I placed a order on IKEA. IKEA said my package would be here today. FedEx shows Friday. Why is my package delivery late?

I needed to ship a bunch of samples and get them to CA quickly. The shop was busy and Sheri was working alone. I expected to wait a while. But this was not the case. Sheri was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and cared about the customers. I was beyond impressed. I hope FedEx pays her well and if not, I recommend any business owner to recruit her! Hours are limited due to the labor shortage. See the posted sign for new hours. There are work areas that can be rented to log onto a computer with internet access. Printing is available for a small fee. There aren't very many FedEx stores locally. If you're unable to make it during business hours they have an agreement with Walgreens, so you can drop packages off at your local store. read more

This is my go-to place for printing and shipping, and I drive over from North Salem because there is a vast difference between this store and others. It is very well-managed, employees are all knowledgeable and friendly, and they make every transaction fast and easy. They take great care when packing fragile items and I believe Fed-Ex is the best option for shipping anything these days. read more

I drove in for service from Lincoln City. The manager was sympathetic about the drive so she made sure I left with printing instead of driving back another day. I was happy with the product but mostly the service. read more

Fedex mistakenly doubled my printing order. It cost me $13 more than it should have. I brought the second copies to the store and the manager refused to help me. She was terse, rude and unsympathetic. I left the store feeling like she and Fedex did not care about making customers happy. I gave her another chance by calling her, and sadly received the same uncaring treatment. I recommend using any other printing or shipping business but Fedex. And specifically avoid the South Salem Location. Imagine how the manager treats her employees in light of how poorly she treats her customers. read more

I don't know why I bother coming here. For the second time the USB ports in the self-serve printers aren't working and the customer service is terrible. They hide behind the counter and cannot help. read more

FedEx employee Jenifer helped me get my print order organized and adjusted quickly! She proof printed my products so I could see what they looked like before submitting the final order and even helped adjust my PDF files so that the final result would be exactly what I wanted! Poor communication, rude manager, price gouging. Never coming back.

This place is horrible go down the street to Office depot. I've never been to such a HORRIBLE, did I say HORRIBLE place in my entire life. I have been forced against my will to take my service here because of projects that need printing in a quick turnover time. I have been here at least 15 times, I cannot remember once when I left without some situation happening that proved that this place is filled with moronic drones who couldn't get hired anywhere else.(EXCEPT the assistant or manager lady she's A OKAY with me) The reasons of my rating that actually should be a zero. 1. Deleted my entire years worth of work off my thumbdrive on " accident" when the lady behind the counter said "I don't even know how to get these things out" and ripped my thumbdrive out before ejecting or closing anything. 2. asked if i wanted my print reprinted, because the lady thought my crop marks were smudges, evenly placed around the page. 3.asked why my file was dulled out when finding it in the folder.. "because it's the back up file that a mac makes." i replied as the lady repetitively clicked on it even after i told her that the actual file was the one below titled the exact same thing. 4.asked to open up my thumbdrive because she couldn't figure out how to open it herself. 5.asked an employee to scan my sketches and be placed on a thumbdrive as a pdf.. when i got home the scan was half cut off with less than 25 % of my sketch on there 6.gave specific instructions for something to be printed on 8.5x11 double sided with the first and last on cardstock.. was handed over single sided copies with no cardstock. 7. Explained to a guy that worked there about my scan situation he nodded his head and said so what did you need printed. I ignored his lack of interest of my last visit, and I asked for 5 copies of a specific file as well as other copies from other projects. The manager saw I was distressed so she asked what was going on and then told the guy to give me all of my stuff for free. He placed my decent sized order in a bag to later find out i had only 1 of the 5 requested. 8. Asked for white resume paper 8.5x11 the guys says okay. He steps back to the computer, "so what did you want that printed on?" he asked. I told him again and then he had to ask again what file it was, and then before printing asked me again what i wanted it printed on. I could keep going but i think you get the point I was lucky enough to go in today to be welcomed by one of the guys who has consistently ignored me at the counter, he told me i could place an order for 5 pages to be printed later that night. Well If i wanted to wait i would of gone to the nice printers, so he pointed me to the direction of Office depot, which in the past has never printed to my knowledge. I thankfully left the packed building to Office Depot down the street, where i was greeted, helped by a very nice man who i even had a nice conversation with. and was gone on my way in less than 5 mins. DID i mention that even for a print job of 3 copies of one file i have NEVER LEFT kinkos under 15 minutes even with them helping me as soon as i've walked in because of their ridiculous questions and lack of knowledge in their job. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! thank you kinkos guy for steering me into a different print store :) read more

This is the bigger of two FedEx Print Centers in the Salem/ Keizer area. It's an older location that is very well used throughout the day. When I was there they had one self-service copier down for maintenance, causing the other three to being constantly challenged by the whatnot people were printing. I had to wait for about 15 minutes in the haphazardly formed queue besides the giant poster-laminating thingie (or whatever). Man... I was really glad I wasn't in a hurry, I used the time to hop on their free Wifi and send out a few emails. The staff behind the counter seemed really friendly and many customers walked in and greeted them by name. Cool thing about these print centers, you can save your documents to their website and you can just log into their copiers and just download it to print at any of their stores across the country. I found that feature pretty freakin' cool. I am liberated from my hardware. I've ready used that feature many times. This as good as any of their locations, I've just never had to wait in line to print stuff before. read more

Great Place!!! I showed up at 12:40am and the store was empty but a lone clerk. I had an 11 by 7 piece of paper that I needed to blown up and get lamented. The clerk, a man in his 60's was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. I can use a copier and scanner but I was lost in a store with all kinds of machines. The clerk was a pro, helped me pick out the right size and was able to suggest things to save me money. I blow up my paper to 4 feet by 4 feet. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. It only took that long because the lamenter had to warm up. The clerk was finished with my project I was amazed. It was better than I could have hoped for. Great place, I will be using them more in the future. Also the price was very reliable. read more

Came in on a Saturday, and was unable to log on to any device with Dropbox. Had to go to the counter for help where they had 2 people working. There were around 10 people in the store needing help. In the end they told me to email them the document, so they could print it manually. Their wifi was slow, and uploading 2 pages on gmail took around 15 seconds. One of employees even mentioned that they regularly have problems with their internet connection. It seems like the company does not care about their image or quality in the slightest, and their goal is to just make a quick buck. read more

I noticed alot of poor reviews and I must say I havn't done any " professional " printing so I cant say for sure how that experience goes. I have gone there many times for traditional consumer copying. Although i am fairly adept at doing things like that the staff has always been really helpful and made good recommendations. I really feel like even if you go in for a .09 cent copy you get a 10 $ experience. This one older lady in particular has always been super helpful. I regret others have had such a poor experience. My only complaint is that the faxes are in fact quite expensive. read more

HOW ARE YOU STILL IN BUSINESS KINKOS!? Don't waste your money here. Although I'm positive that all corporations have long distance plans built into their business model, kinkos likes to charge $2 a PAGE for LD faxes. So my fax wouldve cost $16. no thanks. Secondly, fire everyone. The guy was SO freaking rude to me. yeah, YOU, the one in the glasses and floppy hair you KNOW who you were!! I'll quote us: Me when my stuff wasn't printing correctly: "So, should I put them all on the thumb drive?" YOU: "uhh, well YEAH" cool surfer dude with an attitude? Shut up and work dude. Horrible customer service from Sahori. I have never written a poor review before, partly because I believe everyone has bad days, but this went WAY beyond a bad day. She is the assistant manager and did not greet us when we came in and when I said hello she still did not acknowledge us as she walked to the counter. When I asked her about properly greeting us she was flippant said she had and did not smile, apologize, at all except to say "I am sorry you feel that way" There are much better options for printing needs in Salem and I strongly suggest going where you are appreciated and avoiding this -10 customer service. read more

Just had the best experience at this fedex, this amazing social butterfly kept fluttering around helping everyone in sight. Super knowledgable and helpful, friendly, a bit in your face but knew the answer to everything in an upbeat quirky way. And they have a new feature where you can print from your iPhone through DrOPBOx! awesome! Super stoked on that new feature . Although the planners were overpriced even on clearance, those place deserves 5 stars, also for its convenient location next to Life source Natural foods ! read more

My grandfather came into this location 12/14 to see if there was any cardstock available. Most people, I'm assuming, know what cardstock is. Especially when it's described to you. You should especially know what cardstock is when it is described to you if you work at a FedEx Print & Ship Center. He described what cardstock was, somewhat stiff paper- MADE FOR CARDS OR PICTURES- that he could make a card on. The lady helping him - middle aged, wrinkly, skinny, brown haired, sharp nose, about 5'3" - proceeded to tell him in the 5 years she had worked there they had never received such paper, in the snottiest attitude she could muster. He pointed right behind the counter, telling her that it was right behind her, and that it was the paper he would like to purchase. She proceeded once again to tell him in a snotty attitude, very slowly, "Thiiiis isss cardstock." with a smug look. I'm sorry, I get you are having a bad day. You probably hate the holiday season as do many customer service workers. But my grandmother is in the hospital, and he needed the cardstock to print off pictures of us for her to make a card. He actually cried when he told me how much of an idiot you were. Good job lady. read more

Self service here equates to no service. When we finally got help to complete what should have been a quick business function, the manager interrupted and asked the employee helping us to return to the counter right away. We will be using the UPS store from now on. read more

Varies dependent on who is working. Younger employees seem to ignore direct requests for help and act too busy to provide assistance. Staff seem preoccupied with projects behind the counter with expectation you know their machinery, technology processes intuitively....also expensive. Fred Meyer fax much more economical. read more

Not helpful, not knowledgeable, plenty of staff...no one helping to familiarize with the pay system...or anything else. 1 person actually said "I'm really busy with stuff behind the counter." Had to ask for the scanning glass to be cleaned. Gunk all over it...and therefore, on all my copies. NEH-ver going back. read more

Sean was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We needed help us to scan a document and send it via e-mail with the self service terminal. We appreciated Sean's genuine and warm demeanor and that he was able to navigate the computer program with patient instruction to us.
