Three employees working, all made eye contact with me and turned their eyes to walk another direction (only one appeared to be actually working) and there were no other customers in the store. I had to ask if someone could help me, and they heard my ask and told me I would have to jump through hoops to get them to help. I thought the deliveries were bad enough because they're always damaged, but it seems like the IDGAF attitude must be coming from the top down. read more

It wasn't a bad attitude, it was just the typical teenager attitude of "I'm not in a hurry, why should I move quick for you?" This location is fine IF you have your parcel all packed up and labeled, just want to drop it on the counter and jet. Anything beyond that though - if you actually need interaction with a person or machine - you'd be wise to go elsewhere (UPS store on Kitty Hawk is my personal preference. The 24 hour FedEx on Naco. 410/Bandera FedEx for stellar customer service. Or even the Universal City library for basic printing/email on the cheap) My biggest peeve with the place. .. it's ridiculously overpriced. Apparently they don't allow you to just plug a flash drive into a printer (why? !??) - patrons must use a computer workstation that has a rental fee per minute, which of course operates glacially slowly, with an $0.89 per page printing cost. That results in things like a $15 charge for printing 4 B&W pages from my flash drive. ..jeez, I could've just gone further down the strip to the Big Box Office Mart and bought an ink cartridge for less than that, ugh! Not to mention that on each of my visits the staff has been, at best, indifferent and unhelpful, but occasionally just flat out rude. FedEx is not reliable, they constantly leave packages in the road. One was by the trash my neighbor caught it before it was thrown away. Medications that are labeled fragile that for some reason the pharmacy for my daughter continues to use this company, these meds cost a ton for us and for our insurance. FedEx continues to leave the packages on the side of the road. The best is a pictures from driver stating the package is delivered, the package is mid air on its way to the street. Forget calling to complain, they don't care. Luckily our pharmacy had enough to and switched to UPS. I will never use FedEx or purchase from anyone who uses them. read more

Wanted to cut and print 25 pages of one item, so I came here. The whole purpose for this place is to quick print something, right? It's 6:10pm. I went in, waited in line. There's 4 people behind the counter - one of them is a courier, maybe 2, but that still makes 2 or 3 employees. I tell the clerk I emailed her a job for printing. Without asking anything, she says they aren't printing anything without a 24 hour wait. I only wanted one thing printed and cut. One thing. She didn't even ask how many, what kind of job, or even offer the self service options. She simply told me nothing is being printed without a 24 hour wait. I shouldn't be surprised - they weren't handling the courier very well, either, for some reason - it took everyone in the store to help the courier get the items prepared for the truck. Weirdest, most inefficient Fedex Office I've ever been in - and since these places are so bad comedians make fun of them on their best days, you gotta know that means this one was really, really bad. Kudos to the office place across the street for printing my order - took them 5 minutes total. read more

I call the location and ask where they were and the guy explained that they were across from The Forum and they didn't update none of the mapping sites. Can't quite remember the name of the gentleman that helped me, but hats off to him! I went in to ship an item I had sold on Mercari. I had a pre-paid slip, but no experience packaging items for ship. The gentleman offered to package it for me, at a small fee of course. Upon receipt, the person I sold the item to said it was very-well-packaged, which I appreciated because, though I know it's the guy's job, knowing it wasn't just thrown together in a mad-dash crunch for time made me feel a lot better about trusting him to do so in the first place. read more

Came to this location three times in two days. Normally I go to the one off 410 & Nacogdoches since they're open 24 hours, but I didn't want to fight traffic, and it was before 8pm. I like their self service section, although it's a lot smaller than most locations. But seeing as they're in a strip mall and not a free standing store like most locations, I understand the lack of space. Plus, this location is not particularly busy either. Was kind of disheartening that I had to buy 24 letter sized envelopes because they were out of the 5-pack that were labeled on the shelf. Again, not the location's fault, as they are on an automated delivery system. The staff was kind of slow moving, but they were helpful. I chalk that up to them just being young, though. I think most of their issues simply come from being in a poorly thought out location. read more

Super helpful folks here. I ship out of this location every Friday. Last week, I made a mistake and shipped the wrong items in a box. I dropped off the package at FedEx an left on my way. Five hours later, I realized my mistake. I rushed up to the store and the same clerk immediately greeted me again. I told him my mistake and he sorted through hundreds of packages just to find my box so i could fix the error. Super helpful folks here. Thank you for great service! read more

I went to this location to buy an SD Card. I let the guy in the front know what I was looking for. His response? "Are you in a hurry? If you're looking for an SD Card you should go across the highway to Best Buy. They will have a 32GB SD Card for like $16.00" I was a little surprised that this guy was sending me to a competitor for my business. But he did. So I figured this guy didn't want my business. I went to Best Buy. And guess what? The 32GB SD Card he told me was going to be $16.00 ended up costing me over $40.00!!! Yea I will not be returning to this FedEx. I'll be telling all my friends and family to avoid this place. Just lost a customer thanks to the guy in the front. Hey management! You should train your employees not to send your customers to competitors. read more

I use this place only if I have to....the reviews complaining about rude and poor service are still valid even if they posted months or years ago. Very little courtesy, no kindness, and just plain full of "so what..we don't care" kind of attitude. They act like you've got no place else to go. Stop in if you have time to be treated like an inconvenience to the staff, and if you want to get frustrated with the mediocrity. read more
