Two days later I found out that the package was not delivered overnight as they said it would be. I went into to talk to the manager about what happened and she said that the USPS delivery is not guaranteed overnight and that I needed to take it up with the Post Office. I told her this was never communicated to me when I dropped off the package and I asked for a refund of the $60 she refused to consider it and told me to go to the Post Office and she was going to do anything. I haven't even ordered my labels yet but I'm already in love with this company. We needed hundreds…read moreof labels for mailboxes at my subdivision and we needed the old labels removed. Innovative signs gave us a bid that was thousands of dollars. When we asked for an explanation we were told that removing the old labels would be extremely labor intensive. We were skeptical at first but then Anton did something I would have never expected. He said that we could save thousands if we removed the labels ourselves or hired some neighborhood teens to do it AND he would personally come out to our subdivision and SHOW US HOW TO REMOVE THE LABELS using a blowtorch, plastic razor blades and denatured alcohol! This he actually did for us; and now we're going to do the removal ourselves and save money for the subdivision then order the labels from Innovative Signs. I should also add that Anton also gave us a choice of label types and spent almost an hour explaining their differences so that we could select the type that would last the longest and be the easiest to remove. I wholeheartedly agree with all the other reviews on this forum about Innovative signs - this is a great company and I hope they prosper.

This is an overcharge of 30%. If you only need a couple of stamps it is no big deal. If you buy a sheet of 20 stamps they charge $19.00 for a sheet that should cost $14.60, or an additional $4.40 for 20 stamps.
