Unreasonable Print Charges - Avoid This UPS Store My experience here was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to warn others. I needed to print a single black and white return label (not Amazon-related), so I emailed it to the store. Normally, UPS stores charge somewhere between $0.15 and $0.75 for a standard black and white copy. But this location charged me $2.68--for one 8.5x11 sheet of plain paper, with maybe half the page actually used. I explained to the employee that this wasn't an Amazon return--it was for Babe Hair--but they told me it didn't matter. According to their "policy," any label printout, regardless of whether it's Amazon or not, is automatically charged at this inflated rate. Not even a sticky label--just regular paper. I've dealt with their Amazon upcharges before and now take all my Amazon returns to Whole Foods instead, which is completely free and much easier. I thought this would be different, but clearly not. This store seems to be looking for any excuse to upcharge customers. Bottom line: if you need to print something, especially a return label, don't go here expecting regular copy shop pricing. You'll get ripped off. read more

My senior mother-in-law went to the UPS Store at 8340 N Thorneydale and they charged her $181.98 for doing one picture calendar, this is taking advantage of a senior when she had this done for $19.50 per calendar. Do not go here they take advantage of you. read more

I hate dealing with UPS. Had the misfortune of dealing with Livia (manager) today. She informed me she could return my Amazon return. I she gave me a full break down for the reasons why she couldn't return it. Ok no problem. If you're a 3rd party UPS and for all the reasons she mentioned can't ship my Amazon return I'm ok with that. But her whole tune changed when I asked for it in writing. I needed it in writing so I could go back to Amazon and show them the store they sent me to could fulfill the request. She got extremely rude, shouted, and kicked us out of the store. I will be filing a complaint with Amazon regarding this. Whole thing just seems shady if it's store policy, yet you can't put it in writing. read more

Amazon has two types of returns 1. Green, blue, red color coded returns. Amazon clearly advises customers to not pack as store owners are supposed to pack in clear poly bag and ship with similar color coded items in a big box. Amazon pays for poly bag and carton box. 2. Drop off items clearly advised by Amazon while a customer processes online returns. These items must be packed and labeled by customers before submission at any store. Reimbursement to stores by Amazon is not enough for store owners to cover the cost of a box. Amazon. Most customers understand this but some customers try to get a free box. Boxes are inventoried and so with no valid transaction, stores can lose money. read more

I went to return an Amazon pkg. fast and easy right. Except for a women in front of me that insisted she get her papers notarized. Livia told the women she had an appt. scheduled for that time slot. I receive fragile medication every three weeks through UPS that requires my signature. The drivers are so nice & timely. One driver came back three times in one day to make sure I received the meds. If you feel like being nickle and dimed, this is the store for you. They charge 50 cents to enter info into the computer. Even for a package whose shipping is already covered. I am really not impressed with this store. read more
