Over the years I have had many many cases of wine shipped to this FedEx store and held for pick-up due to the close proximity to my house. The wine has always arrived safe and I have gotten text notifications to advise me when they are available for pickup which is a nice feature of the FedEx system. The thing I have always noted about this location is the friendly attitude at the pick up counter, which is much appreciated especially when you consider it is usually woman that are hauling my heavy boxes of wine from the back with never a complaint. The smiles I get and occasional friendly banter on where is the party is most commendable considering they are moving boxes around all day long and many of them heavy like mine. Aside from the obvious shipping business this location also has workstations, printing services, faxing, stationary and presentation materials for sale at this location. The two women that worked here were very rude. They didn't acknowledge that I was even there and when I finally wave them down to ask a quick question, they were just very short and unhappy during the response. It was if they were being bothered customer service was terrible. read more

Shipped close to $400 worth of boxes and insured items here-- I was very clear with them to pack the fragile items and make sure enough paper/bubble wrap was added to the shipment--- shipped to Dallas, one of the boxes arrived crushed with classic commodore computer arrived smashed. Another box had a snow globe that was smashed into pieces. FedEx is awful and the employees at this store have no idea how pack boxes. Half my shipment I shipped at the ups store down haggerty and everything arrived undamaged and securely packed. I now have to file insurance claims with this FedEx shipment and I'm sure they will do everything possible to not pay. Stay away from this poor store. read more

So, I have a big project for school that I had to print out, and I didn't want to do it at home. I decided to send it off to Fedex to do, along with hole punch so that way I don't mess it up. I've used Fedex office and print centers before, but not on this side of town. I looked and found four Fedex office's in my area, but this was the only one with good reviews. Because of that, I chose this one. I don't have time to screw around, and need the project done right the first time. I called the store first and they told me that I can upload the project to their store website, and choose my options from there. So, I got online and found it easy to do. The websites pretty self explanatory, and I was able to upload all 60 pages, in three parts with ease. I got to choose some options like did I want it in color, (no) what landscape I wanted, and a few other nominal things as well. I was able to pay online, which was easy and quick. I didn't need to make an account, (nor did I want to at this time, since my printing is sporadic and random for larger projects like this.) I also got to choose what time I wanted it to be completed by. Granted, I was doing this uploading early in the morning, but wanted it done that day. A few minutes after I uploaded it, I not only got a confirmation email stating it was received, but that someone was already working on it. What? SO QUICK. I was thrilled. I quickly called the store and told them who I was and to please three hole punch the project! The girl on the phone was super cool and said ok, and that she was the one working on it. Even better!!! Plus, no extra charge for that. She told me that it would be completed in 20 minutes. Mind you, this is all before 9 AM on a Saturday. Efficiency! While my project isn't the biggest, baddest or most complicated, it's for my class, and it's a big deal to *me.* Anyways, I got to the store after 9 am, and I told the girl at the counter (who I talked to on the phone) and told her who I was. She handed me my box with the project inside and everything looked great. I couldn't have been happier. I love Fedex, and this location rocks. I would totally use them again, and they did an awesome job helping me out and getting stuff done quickly. I could have gone to a closer location, but because I didn't have time to play around, I drove the extra mile here and am glad that I did. What a gem this place is. Really snooty employees. This one employee claimed their system won't print labels from the barcode that fedex corporate provides via email for the FedEx centers to print your label conveniently... after she kept complaining about it and saying it won't work and it's obsolete, she finally scanned my phone and what do you know, the label printed out.. Such a bad attitude. She then made me purchase a box and said I wasn't allowed to use the free fed ex boxes for ground shipments which I been doing for so many years without an issue. This place just wants to up charge and nickel and dime you to death.. just like she wanted to originally charge me to self print my label. I hope corporate does something about this location. I been coming here for years and it's consistently getting worse. I will now avoid shipping fedex and start shipping ups to avoid this office. read more

I love having this FedEx nearby, they always are able to handle my printing or copying. I took my passport picture there and they made sure that I was straight and not leaning one way or the other. I was impressed that the staff was diligent in ensuring my photo was accepted by the passport office. It is nice, clean, they are professional, and very helpful. They could increase the staff, there is often a wait, but other than that this is a good store. read more

They have the worst Customer service her name is Kellie, I'll never come back to this location she let me spend 35 minutes at the store to print it out some paper I have and then she said all the machines is not working I cannot fix that today it was 825 until 9 pm, and when I entered the store I spent five minutes until she came to the front desk and her eyes were red she looks like she just wake up, I always go to FedEx in different locations and this is the worst location, she shouldn't be in this position with Fedex which they always have a great service read more

Called and spoke to TWO different women about a problem and it involves the police. They were so disrespectful and rude when I was asking questions and they did not care to help and even basically told me that too. The way they talked to me was especially surprising when I said I would have the police with me and they said they didn't care either way regardless and that they would not help me, or the police. read more

Told me I wasn't allowed to ship shoes in a sturdy shoe box and that I needed to buy a FedEx box. I don't understand because to me a box is a box. The shoe box was just as sturdy as a box I would from this store. Really put off and won't be back. read more

Typically I have great service at this location Alfonzo has been a stand up employee. However one of the managers, Anthony refused to make my copies he said he was too busy and had to attend to other orders. There was not a single customer in the store at the time and it was only 7pm. There are ways to address customers and the way he went about it was very unprofessional. Today I hired a baby sitter and arrived at the store at 5pm allowing plenty of time to make my copies & binding. Today I was welcomed by a friendly young lady named Carmen & she explained I could do a order, but was happy to assist me. I was making copies of my daughters medical records for a competitive clinical trial. All I wanted was an apology from Anthony and as a manger you should be held accountable for your actions. Today Anthony murmured you can call my manger I can give you his number in a smirky tone. I feel sorry for him that he gets pleasure in belittling his customers & carriers such a poor attitude at his place of work. read more

I had the worst experience yesterday with Kellie- she was so rude and confrontational for no apparent reason. I had to print 3 sheets of paper from downloaded images 11"x14" on paper that is 12"x16" or larger. Not that complicated, right? I first came in at 6pm, and while with another customer Kallie told me to use a self service. I told her that I've never done this before and Id need her help please. She said she's too busy with "international order". I said no problem, I'll come back since the store CLOSES at 9pm(!) and went to Costco. I called the store at 7:30 once I was done with shopping and asked it someone is available to help me if I come to the store now. She was argumentative from the beginning saying she's too busy now and just use the email, and she has 4 customers ahead of me. I said no problem, I can wait. When I came to the store, there was just one customer ahead of me. I was lucky enough that another lady (I think Amy) came to the store and started helping me- so nice and helpful. She had to leave, but gave instructions to Kellie how to help. Kellie was short with her too, by the way. After Amy left, Kellie told me that it was too late for orders. At 7:30??!! And Amy doesn't know what she's talking about, and that she's the manager there. She was so short with me, confrontational and would not listen to me at all. I asked many many times to please help me just like the other lady suggested, but she absolutely would not. Rolling her eyes. Sooo frustrating! I just had to leave.
