They could have done better. Unfortunately, a few things were missing and had to be brought back…read moreand one of the legs to my ottoman was missing. Plates and cups that were packed were broken. No one was reading the "fragile" signs written on the boxes. And when they arrived at my new location not all the boxes ended up where they should have been placed. I paid a lot of money and don't feel like I got the quality I deserved.
