When explaining the ID verification for shipping, she did not explain anything, and she just held up the policy to my face. When I asked for a dolly, she just pointed in a direction. When I said where? She just pointed with two hands in the direction. The dollies were located behind a false wall. If she just would have said, "go down the hall, and you will see them on the left," that would have worked. She was a pro. She was hard to understand, rude, and did not mind pissing you off.
