The person at the counter was very rude. She not only was talking in rude language but also used her expressions as if she was being Karen.

The store manager, Christian, was incredibly friendly and professional during my drop off. He took the time to make sure I had my package to be shipped as best rate as possible. I transferred my package to a bigger Fedex's flat rate box. The box (after transferring) was very heavy and It was hard for me to tape the box. Christian told me to wait for him a few minutes to serve other customers then he could help me to tape it. H also helped to carry it up to the counter. I used to use upsp to ship things, because I like their flat rate boxes. However, after today, I will definitely choose Fedex from now on. I think I like Fedex better. This FedEx store has the worst employee. An employee named Annie screamed insults at me and publicly humiliated me ( in front of more than 20 customers) with the words of "YOU ARE A WEIRDO" "KAREN" "YOU ARE AN EMBARRASSMENT" "YOU LOOK WEIRD" "FXXK" "YOU ARE A GRINCH" "LIAR" . The whole story is I was in store to retrieve my husbands's package on his behalf, he was in store the previous business day but arrived around closing time; thus he was denied service. Today I come in store content and polite, I showed the tracking number, government-issued ID, and a government E-Bill. She refused to release the package and refused to provide a legitimate reason. She then called her manager and claimed she's doing me a big favor, then she asked me to wait for 50 minutes for her manager to finish lunch break. I asked if she can simply confirm with manager through phone call to confirm what's needed to release the package - since I picked up multiple packages from the manager this month, with the SAME CRENDENTIALS. She starts getting irritated and told me to leave or wait. I asked what's the managers name - in case I come later and need to find the manager. She flips out and started acting unstable. When I was filing a complaint though call OUTSIDE of the store, while standing on the public pathway, she comes outside and screams threats and insults so loud that the compliant line can hear clearly , and they were surprised how unreasonable this situation is. Never in my life have encounter such unprofessional person/service. AVOID THIS LOCATION. It was not my first time here to pick-up package, and I never encountered any trouble with the shipping center. The entire conversation is recorded and will remain as proof to authorities as needed. In the end I retrieved the package by obtaining a physical copy of government issued bill. The manager claim they do not release package if your government ID address does not match the package address; you will need a PAPER hard copy of bill (NO E-BILL) to obtain packages. Perhaps the inconsistency of credentials enforcement caused this bizarre situation. But this horrible experience wasted 2 hours of my time, the employee one-sidedly insulted me for at least 30 minutes non-stop. read more

We received a door tag instructing us to pick up our package at this location. When we arrived this afternoon, we were the only customers there. The lady working there, Tori, glanced at our door tag and said, "I need your tracking number, this door tag number doesn't do anything for me." We told her we did not have a tracking number, at which she responded "EVERYTHING has a tracking number" and went on to do her own thing. We pored through our emails trying to see if we were ever sent a tracking number at any point, and when we couldn't find anything, we asked if there was any alternative way of retrieving the package. She said curtly, "well, I'm going to need something, a name, an address, SOMETHING!" "This door tag number doesn't do anything for me!" She repeated. Not knowing whose name she needed (the sender's or the recipient's), my husband asked, "can I just give you my name? I am the recipient." Annoyed, she cut him off in mid-sentence, and RAISED HER VOICE at us, "that's what I said!" Extremely rude and unprofessional-- and it's not even because she was rushing to get back to other customers as we were the only customers there. Avoid this place and Tori if you can. FedEx, if you are reading this, you need to train your staff because no one should be subjected to this kind of verbal and mental abuse! read more

I just experienced why this branch has no stars. Marvaniesha refused 5 packages because the were used boxes. I explained they are unopened returns and in great shape. She said they would have to repackage them. (For a co$t) I asked for a card so I could take it up with management. She gave me a blank one and flat out refused to put her name on it. Once she saw me getting it off her name tag she covered it with her hands and demanded I leave. They obviously don't want or respect our business. I'm happy to go elsewhere. read more

Horrible staffs! The staffs there always try to rip off money by rejecting my less than perfect packaging and offer their packaging service. No way! Today is the 2nd time they rejected my package. There is a tiny (1/2") hole on the cartoon and they said they will not accept hole in package. But wait, who made that hole? This package was delivered by Fedex with a hole in it. So what, should i reject a package when i see a hole? Ended up travel 2 more miles and went to the Fedex office off Auto Mall Pkwy. No problem there! I will never step in to the Warm Spings / Mission store unless they replace the staffs. read more

The lady who works there offered horrible service, was weird about box having noise while shaking and was trying to rip off money by asking me to pay $3.99 to buy fillers, refused packages even after I tried filled in with a bunch of papers myself got almost no noise. I love this location! Marvaniesha and sarah are very friendly, and courteous. They both always help me with all fedex needs of my companies and my own. Its easy to strike up conversation while waiting for the computer to handle its business, and they overnight things for me no problem. I'm not sure why this location has so many bad reviews, must mean ill have little to no wait time in the future! Better 4 me. Avoid. I did an online print order. My husband went to pick it up and asked for "the order." The very unhelpful Debbie said she didn't have it. He showed her the email confirmation stating order ready for pickup. She said email didn't have right order #. He called me and I spoke with her, saying email had only order # we had. Then I asked whether she couldn't just go through the print orders and look for my name. She said no. My husband left. I called back and asked how could it be that I have an email saying that the print order was ready at 11. She looked for the order and said she had it. Said my husband had asked for "a box" which she didn't have. My husband asked for "an order" & showed her an email confirmation of a print order. Why lie? I had to go back. I asked for my order from Debbie. The manager was next to her on the phone and asked me to keep quiet (I was talking normally - asking for my order.) She asked me to keep quiet again and then apologized to the person on the phone saying that "this customer won't stop talking". Really?! I was asking how this happened (she explained it away as Debbie is "new") and then she started gaslighting me - her: "if you won't stop yelling I'll have to ask you to leave." me: "I'm not yelling, I'm explaining what happened" her: "I'm going to call the police." That is just some excellent customer service all around. I've used the Fedex printing center on Mowry a bunch of times and they are normal, do their job. I've never seem them threaten to call the police on a customer with service issue as an added bonus. read more
