Hayden had to run from the back to tell him to leave and go to the back but he wouldn't. He wasn't listening to her. Good thing I had my 1 year old with me. Had to change his diaper and feed him and thats my priority in life. I didn't have time to call the police and file a report. He needs to be fired right away!! Alot of people dont have jobs these days and hes very lucky he has one, but he needs to be fired!! The worst representation for a great company. I would honestly go to this UPS location over the location in Newark LOL. For some odd reason, the one in Newark tells their customers to remove returned Amazon items from the manufacturer's box...? It's a much weirder process there so I prefer driving a bit more to just go to this location. This location has 2 self-serve kiosks for returns where you use a tablet to process the return. Soooo much easier and even if the lines are out the door, they go by quick! The employees here are also really nice and helpful. I would say it might need a little bit of improvement on tidying up but seeing how busy they are all the time, it's understandable! read more

Waited in line for almost 20 minutes to drop off an amazon return and then when I get the to the front the lady asks me to use an automatic kiosk, I ask her if I could just do it with her because I've been waiting for a while and now i'm in a rush so, she's not happy she has to do work, starts lecturing about how I should have used the machine (which I didn't notice to be honest, maybe they could have put a sign up or something and then I could have tried the machine instead of waiting). It's Saturday 4:02pm. 12/7/This location closes at 4:00pm. There is a customer in the lobby being helped and 5 staff members standing around . I get up to the doors and they said it's closed. I get it I'm 2 minutes late. I tell the lady I have labels on the box and it's ready to ship. They all look at me and say no come back tomorrow. Come on.... It's " a drop off" People like this shouldn't work for the postal Service I understand that I'm a little bit late, but I don't need much service to just drop off the packages which you could just easily open the door and grab the package and put it in your box. Wow this is awful it Christmas eve and I had a package to pick up on the ups website it states open till 7:30 pm. Called and recording at store said the same thing. Tomorrow is my daughters birthday and Christmas. Her gift that was on back order and promised that I'd have before Christmas finally was really tonbe picked up. I worked till 4:90 and went straight there i went to open the door and it was locked though people were in line still. I knocked in the door and they said sorry were closed! This is a shipping company which I'm sure up to tomorrow is at the busiest time of year who would be closed at 3:00 and not make sure it is very clear on webiste and message of this. My Christmas is now ruined and I saw about 7-10 other people trying to get in with the same issue! Today, I came in to get a document notarized. I came in a little before 5pm. No line. They have barriers in place so social distancing can take place from employees. Kanchan was able to help me quickly and efficiently. The document I needed notarized was double sided; she offered to give me a jurat as well, which I appreciated. I was in and out. I paid $15 for the notary. You will also need to sign your name in a book as well have to stamp your right finger. Will definitely come back if I need something notarized! read more

Very Rude customer service from an old lady, charging tape for small pieces from me and other customer didn't.. weird customer services

**During COVID-19 Review** I came here on a Sunday to return an Amazon package because many of the other UPS locations generally don't operate on the weekend, especially Sunday. Upon arriving at 11 AM, there was already a decent sized line outside this UPS location. There was at least 7-8 people ahead of me in line. The line moved at various paces depending on what customers were there for... some took way longer than others because they didn't have all the shipping information they needed readily available. Anyways, by the time it was my turn (30 min later), the UPS staff that helped me was very courteous and professional. We maintained a 6 ft. distance and he scanned the Amazon return barcode from my phone. He printed out the label and confirmation receipt within 2 minutes. Ta-da! Side note - There is a line that you can form on the left side for Amazon drop offs. Wish they had a bigger sign for this. -1 star for the long wait and not haven't a bigger sign for Amazon drop offs. Otherwise, great location and it's awesome that they are open on Sunday. read more

I'm always using this location as it is closest to me but the lines every time I come here are out the door! But all I ever have is just 1 package but I normally wait about 20 mins or so every time. This location has employees yelling at customers to close the door, yelling at other employees what to do, just all around a stressful experience brought on by a short brunette lady. I was thankful for a tall young man who calmly pulled me aside to help as the other employee was causing a lot of stress. Eh... prices are way too high for the 1 star customer service experience here. You pay double almost triple the amount for a box just to mainly have a physical address... and I found out that every city po box office location has a physical address you can use. Then this UPS location charges $5 to email them something to print. I had an Amazon return and just needed the label printed. Insane $5. The clerk them said well if our customer computer was working it would be cheaper that way since it's only $2.50 under 5min plus the cost of what your print. I walked out. *don't buy a box here, go to the city locations and lay half the price *ask a friend to print a pave for you. This place is way to expensive even to print one page. read more

I did an Amazon return using "Package less ups dropoff". After the associate scanned the code on my phone and printed the label, she handed me a new large, clear plastic bag to place my item in; she then affixed the label. I don't get if... "packageless" with plastic is considered more friendly to the environment than cardboard boxes? Isn't UPS supposed to pack it instead of having the customer pack it? By the way, this store started having kiosks where customers who drop off returns may print their shipping labels in-store. This should only be an option that people are encouraged to use, and the UPS lady should not get annoyed when people prefer to line up for personal service. read more

This place is super busy during the weekend (especially on Sunday!) so if you do go, prepare to just wait. It's in a prime location in Fremont. Other than that, the staff are super nice, attentive and try to work as fast as they can. I got my passport photo taken here at the last minute and they were able to take a photo of me, print, cut and sell it to me in less than 15 minutes. They're not "trained" photographers so don't expect studio photos lol. But they get the job done and that's all that matters to me. read more

Just went in to return my Amazon packages, both weighing about 25lbs each. Dina, the person assisting, (March 6, 1:58pm) made me carry both packages into the back office while she also had other assistances available that were her colleague. I felt like I was working for them. I asked is her "is this normal to make a customer bring their returns to the back of the office" I felt like I was working for free for them. As soon as i shared the details of my situation with the workers, they shared that they don't have it and they don't have a way for them to track the package internally.
