I had to send a lot of work equipment back to a prior employer today and it needed to be packed very well for travel. The employees at this UPS Store were amazing! They worked together as a team to organize and pack all my fragile items for shipping. They explained the costs and benefits of insurance and answered my many questions. Run, don't walk to this UPS Store! Their service is top notch and they made me feel like a valued customer. They offer many services, including: printing, faxing, fingerprint services, and mailboxes for rent.

I met Mike and he was awesome, friendly and explained exactly what I needed to know about UPS and USPS shipping for eBay. The store is very organized and they have SO many items and services. They are in a very convenient and perfect location in the shopping center by Target on Frank Lloyd Wright East of 101. Along with great customer service Mike also was a pleasure to speak with, with wonderful stories explaining many of the items he has on display in the store. I also discovered in hindsight Airpark Pak n Ship is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau and has a C+ rating for failure to respond to customer complaint.

I went in today to mail several holiday packages, and was in and out very quickly. Their computer saves all the addresses where you mail packages, so everyone's info was in the computer from last year, making it a very streamlined and quick process. They also offer packing services, which is super convenient. Everyone who works at this location is friendly and welcoming. It's much less stressful than standing in line at the Post Office.

The employee/owner was on a personal phone call the entire time, didn't greet me when I walked in, and was trying to work with one hand while staying on the phone. What bothered me most was watching her scan my packages and then throw them onto the floor. USPS handling guidance specifically states that packages should not be thrown or otherwise mistreated. Regardless of what is inside, customers should be able to trust that their packages will be handled with reasonable care after dropping them off. As the owner, I would expect a higher level of professionalism and much better care when handling customers' packages. I had planned on using this location regularly, but after seeing how my packages were handled, I don't feel comfortable bringing them here again.
