I normally come to this location to drop off Amazon returns, which I truly appreciate that they are an Amazon partner. The staff who works at the counter are always friendly and efficient, especially when I have to look up my Amazon return code. When having to send a package via upstairs they are also friendly and efficient. The location is easy to get in and out of. read more

They are amazing!! I have been going to this location for years and last week I had to mail back an e-bike. I had no box and was short $11 on the total. The new owner went above and beyond and covered the difference for me and found a box. In this day and age that is just unheard of!! I've been working on documents requiring a notary recently, and have determined this is the ONLY place in the area with employees who know what they are doing in that regard. This includes banks, which are supposed to have notaries but seldom have someone who can provide the service when you need it. If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely put me in the worst position. I made an appointment with the notary for 5:30pm. The notary left at 3:00 without even calling me to cancel the appointment. DON'T rely on the notary at this location they are completely unreliable and don't keep appointments. read more

I have been going to this store for over 10 years and there is no better UPS store. The UPS store at this location is the best out of all the UPS stores in Mid to North Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley. I love the fact that they stay open later than most of the UPS stores. They are conveniently located off of the 101 and Shea Blvd. The staff is always excellent, well mannered, friendly, and very efficient. There is very little waiting and they are quick, super helpful, and nice. Their notary services are also excellent without an appointment. I was lucky to get Doulas who really knew what he was doing. He was very careful, accurate, and precise. All in all, you can't beat this wonderful UPS Store. read more

I went there to have some things notarized (my notary application for one thing!) and they guy there was NOT wearing a mask and didn't even know how to notarize correctly. He did all my notarizing wrong. So I spent 60 dollars to have things notarized, all of which were returned because they can't accept them! 60 dollars down the drain and I have to do another application and pay again to have things notarized. read more

I have been visiting this store for over 3 years! Ivan is the manager and has always gone above and beyond to help me with printing, faxing, scanning, mailing, etc! I like to think of it as my office because it's the only place I can focus and get what I need finished as I'm always scanning through a million emails etc. Ivan has always made me feel welcome even when I come in with so much work and he's got a line to the door! I will tell you that to send packages this place is great. But I paid $14.00 to have my photo taken for my passport. Well after submitting my renewal application with the photo, The application was rejected as the photo was done incorrectly. So I now went to Costco, paid $5.00 for 2 photos and got them in 5 minutes, no appointment needed. Now I have to wait another 6 weeks or a total of 12 weeks, 3 months total. Ridiculous. You would think they would know how to take the correct photo. read more

Had to mail a large package to North Pole, Alaska, and, of course, didn't want to wait in line at the post office. I called this UPS Store, and talked with a young lady, who cheerfully told me their hours, and informed me that it would be less expensive to ship parcel post through the post office itself. The next day, I stopped with the package (it was huge) and a young man helped me. He was just as cheerful, and again informed me that it would be cheaper to mail through the post office. I just wanted to get it in the mail, and told him to go ahead and ship it. He also informed me that there would be no guarantee of delivery time (I knew that parcel post was shipped to Alaska by slow boats, and sometimes took up to 30-45 days to get there). That's all you can hope for - cheerful service, and people that inform you of options and possible problems. read more

Wow! Dropped a large, heavy box this afternoon to be shipped. I normally need a cane to walk, but can manage the short distance. My wife asked if I wanted to go to the car, and sit down, versus standing there. Joseph, SPRINGS into action, asks his associate to grab a chair, and he wheels it to the customer area so I could have a seat while we were doing the transaction. That my friends is customer service! If I could give 0 stars I would. First time I went here to mail a package it took longer than the longest line at the post office & I was their only customer. I don't know if it's a training issue??? So I tried their services a second time just out of convenience of where the store is located. Again, the service was slow & no one seemed to know what they were doing. If you're looking for entertainment & want to watch people walk around looking like they have been transported to an unknown place than by all means walk into this store. But if you are looking for efficient & good customer service, keep it moving. To top it all off, the last package I entrusted to this establishment did not make it to its destination. They of course blame UPS which they say if no affiliation...but it's a UPS Store. They accepted zero responsibility and offered to resend at 20% discount. No thanks. read more

Took confidential shredding to the UPS store on Shea in Scottsdale, Arizona. They charged almost $40 for two boxes, then I realized that the secure container with a lock on it was not in the front of the store like the other stores. The guy said he would put my stuff in the container in back. After I left, I realized my boxes were just sitting on the counter. I hope they were put in the container at some point, but this defeats the whole idea of shredding and security. Now I will never know if there is some stack of papers in the back of this UPS Store and/or if my very confidential documents were ever put into the secure container and comprimised. Such a simple thing for them to put the container in front so people can put there papers directly into it. I would never trust this UPS with my shredding again. read more
