The Drivers make a lousy attempt at verifying someone's home. just leaves and Im sitting right inside the house cars in the driveway

Yesterday I was waiting on a computer to be sent to me by my school in Florida, let me tell you it wasn't easy for me to get off to stay home that day but the package needed a signatur. I never got the computer although I left notes on the door stating I was home all they did is said knocked twice loudly and while was in the bathroom for two minutes I am now going to be two days late with homework it's not fair the driver dosent try to deliver the package he's terrible at his job read more

I missed a package and had to come pick it up, there's clearly marked signs amount the area for customer entrance. Clean parking lot and friendly staff that had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. read more

Are you kidding? Your rude driver just pulled up blasting music. He places a heavy delivery halfway hanging off my steps. Very dangerous, could have tipped off and landed on a child or old person. Over the last several years I did business with companies shipping FedEx. 6 out of 7 packages were delivered to a different address. I even had one package out of 7 delivered two days before current delivery from same company and the delivered to wrong address. The driver is a LIAR. I've been waiting for a package that requires a signature. I've been at home all day, and suddenly I got an email saying there was an attempt but I wasn't home. The driver did not leave my package at the facility so I could pick it up today. He literally took a picture of my address and left. No door knock. No door bell (I have a ring cam). No attempts to even notify that he was my house. What a CROOK! I took off the day from work waiting for a package this FedEx driver never tried to deliver. He also never left a door tag bc you know why? HE NEVER WENT TO MY DOOR. read more

I had a Christmas present that was supposed to arrive Christmas Eve but for some reason it didn't end up on the truck and I got a delivery exception that the delivery address was closed, which it wasn't. Fine, these things happen. I drove to the FedEx ship center with my tracking number and ID. The very nice customer service agent figured out about where the box was, went in the back, found it, and brought it back to me. Easy as pie. Not everything goes smoothly when it comes to getting things delivered on Christmas Eve, but these guys definitely made the experience a very pleasant one. read more

We've had two shipments that we were waiting on through Fed-Ex, in the last month. They were pricey shipments so they both had to have someone sign for the packages. These lazy clowns need to be retaught on how to do their job, but of course Fed-Ex swears their drivers out doing their jobs correctly, We had one Fed-Ex driver, who did approach our door and only made a faint knock at the door for less than 2 seconds and walks off. This recent incident no ever showed up, again we have security cameras proving all this. Fed-Ed needs to get a grip on their employees. read more

I've had nothing but bad experiences with FedEx. I'm currently awaiting my 3rd delivery attempt, which I don't expect to go well. I specifically added a note on the delivery ticket to have the driver come to the rear entrance to make the delivery and provided my mobile number in the event that they needed further instructions. The first attempt resulted in a door tag being left on the front door with no contact attempted. I left the door tag up for the second delivery attempt with a note written on it to come to the rear door. This time a door tag wasn't even left. I contacted FedEx and requested the driver come back as the package is time sensitive. I was told the driver would be returning later that day. They never showed up. I also called FedEx again to ensure that the driver was aware that they needed to come to the rear. We'll find out today. Why have the option to add a note if the drivers aren't going to check them? I'll never use FedEx ever again. read more

FedEx is possibly one of the worst companies that exists. I have gotten numerous packages over the years from them (not by choice) and have NEVER gotten it on time. On the other hand, I have also gotten numerous packages from UPS and have maybe had them be late twice. But even more than that, when UPS gets it wrong or drivers late, they admit it, apologize and remedy the situation. FedEx does none of these things. They make up excuses, dismiss your concerns and are for the most part incompetent. If you are a business owner, do not use FedEx. You're better off with UPS or a smaller company. I actively seek companies now who don't use FedEx when shopping online. I have no qualms with FedEx dying as a company. I would be perfectly content with FedEx and Comcast going to the garbage compactor for bad companies with terrible customer service. read more

Incompetence abounds. At FedEx, like much of the world, things are out of order. The employees are rude and have bad attitudes. They treat the customers (who ultimately pay their salaries) poorly. Snapping at every customer walking in about the door sensor in an 8' wide establishment is foolish. How many idiots does it take to PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR? Should have listened to the reviews. This place is so bad. Service is terrible. The caucasian lady in the front was nice but not helpful. Watched me moved a 70lb box in by myself and then only to tell me that they don't ship that here. Asked me to fill out a form and then tell me that it goes by what's on my license. This is my least favorite fedex depot out of the umteen I've been to. The worst customer service and disorganization I have ever seen. The employees are loud, rude, unfriendly and lazy. I asked for a specific legal envelope and their response was "if it's not out we don't have it". Well, when I asked for a manager all of the sudden they had a stack in the back. This depot needs some serious reorganization of staff and management. Oh, and they forget to empty the express drop box out front!! I know this because my packages were late and that is what they told me. Also, they said they empty it before the time it says on the box. Tip: even though fedex.com says last drop off for express is 8pm-it's not. They decided to change their hours to 7:50. read more

I am completely fed up with FedEx in general. I ship and receive hundreds of packages a year through FedEx, UPS, USPS, and even DHL on occasion. FedEx is the ONLY service that has ever lost my packages and its happened three times in the past two years! How can they lose packages when the other major carriers don't. I don't get it. This Christmas was the last straw. I ordered a simple gift card from Best Buy which was shipped on 12/18 from New Jersey to me in Baltimore, MD. It was initially scheduled to arrive on 12/20 (Friday) well before Christmas. On the 19th, tracking showed it at the sort facility in White Marsh, MD (about 5 miles from my home). I thought, great. It should easily make it to me by Christmas. By the 23rd (Monday), still not here. I called to see what the issue is and even go pick it up if necessary. I was informed it could not be located and a 'special search' would be done. It was finally located and delivered to me on 12/28, well after Christmas. If this were the first time, and being it was Christmas, I would have been forgiving. But this was the third time they lost one of my packages and the last two times were not during any holidays. They always located the package, eventually, but always 1 to 2 weeks later. I know my luck isn't that bad especially since it has never happened with the other carriers, which I use more often! Unfortunately, I can't stop companies from shipping things to me via FedEx, but I will never ship anything myself through them. Not worth the risk. read more

Been waiting 3 days for a package that was supposed to be out for delivery....literally watched the guy the first day it was supposed to be delivered sit in front of the house for a minute and just sat there....diddnt get out of the truck or anything and then drive off. Driver claimed to of attempted delivery (got a notification ) but our business was closed. First off we were in our driveway at our residence, also two other on the main level. The woman on the phone gave me a fake name and said she could not get drivers gpa for safety. A lie!!!! Then she guaranteed it would arrive by four the following day once they couldn't get in touch with the driver. I then spoke to who claimed to be a manager. He said he could not tell me even what day it would come. We were waiting to leave on vacation and the package had to be signed for. We didn't want to leave and then they attempt delivery. We left a day late and it came was said to be delivered 3 days later. It had to be signed for and they claimed my husband signed but we have proof we were out of state. Package still missing and when they bring anything they just chuck packages anywhere. The best is infront of garage, white box, white garage. We don't go outside garage before we pull out. We have caught it many times but once we ran one over and once they did. We have a sign saying delivers on porch. But they can't read or don't care. Awful customer service. Had they just be honest the first day and say he wasn't delivery on said date we would of been ok. But to be told different things by different people is nuts. Maybe rude to say but a man who speaks barely audible English says he's Bill. Really? Get your shit together. One star is too much!!! I want negative countless stars. I hate this company! Repeatedly late with deliveries. Twice there have been "delivery exceptions" noted (both were fabricated), which were not requested. Fed Ex does nothing about it. I would never recommend using them as a carrier. read more

Their customer service was terrible, their location is inconvenient and their drivers are completely incompetent. They charged me extra for Saturday delivery, and then they didn't even attempt to deliver on Saturday, despite leaving me a door tag. They are absolutely the worst shipping service and when I challenged them that their competitors have never had problems delivering to me, they had no response.
