A package was picked up in Los angeles to be delivered 50 miles north to Ojai. The following day it was 160 miles NE in new berry springs and the day after that it was in navajo nation Arizona. almost 500 miles east of los angeles. where it remains 3 days later. All of the customer service is offshore. They are rude and hang up when they are unable to answer questions. They refuse to connect you with an onshore representative. These people speak with accents so thick you cant understand and by the time you do reach them you have been looped in an automated system that will hang up on you if you insist to talk to a representative. It is now as bad as narrowing down the products that you buy arent made in china in that now I have to find out who the company is using for logistics that I am spending my hard earned money is using because FED EX is now EX. The driver decided not to leave my package two days in a row even though it read NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. So I went to Fedex on the 3rd d expecting to get my mandatory package but was told it's not there and I just have to wait until they deliver again. I was trying to explain my frustration to the agenayt that I needed that package due to a grand opening but there was no REAL HELP from her. This is the worst damn fed ex location I have ever experienced! For starters I had a cell phone being delivered to me. I saw it was being delivered so I was home and happened to come outside when the fed ex guy just walked into my complex, I asked if he had a package for me and he said no. 10 mins later after I leave I get a update that a attempted delivery was made and that the item would be available at this fed ex location after 6pm. I call them and they assure me it would be there at or around 6. I drive 30 mins out of my way to go there for them to tell me sorry it's already been shipped back to the seller! I asked to speak to a manager about the service I received and the stupid manager won't even come out of their meeting to help a customer. Please everyone do everything you can to get this shit establishment shut down and the managers and employees fired because this is absolutely ridiculous. Fed Ex has a great service. Somehow one of my packages wasnt on time. One came a day later than expected. The drivers are polite but go too fast, running late? If I ever get a package again from Fed Ex, I may have to call. I still appreciate the hard work and service. read more

Was ignored for the first 5 minutes of being in the building, as there was only one cashier and she was too busy watching someone pack their possessions into a cardboard box to help me. Then, even though it says on google maps that this is a print and ship center, she finally tells me they do not print/scan/photocopy anything at this location. Complete waste of my time. read more

This place has the worst customer service! I was waiting for my package to be delivered only for the driver to say that he couldn't get into my building. I know that they've gotten in before because I've had fedex delivered to my apartment door before. Now, when I really need them because the items are perishable, they can't seem to find a way into the building. I spent over 40 minutes on the phone asking them to re-deliver and I even gave my phone number (even though my info is in their system already!!), only for the manager to call me back 20 minutes later to say that they can't deliver. It took me 10 minutes to drive to their office and 15min. To get the package from their agent at the office. I feel like I should have gotten paid for my services!!! read more

1. Hard to find. Off a busy main roadway with a very little hidden sign. 2. One register open. Just two people in front of me so it took longer than it should have. A supervisor came out and looked around at the supplies, offered no assistance and went back to her office (I assume). 3. Clerk could only offer me to call the 800#. Went home and did the online chat. Got nowhere with that. Called the 800#, got nowhere with that. All I was attempting to do was to have the courier leave my package behind the driveway gate because they will either leave packages at the front door (unprotected) or take them back to the office so I will have to stay home and hope I don't miss the courier again. I waited for the delivery until it was time for my daughter to get out of school. Went to get my daughter and sure enough, they guy came and went. Left one package at the door and left a claim check for the other. Lucky for me, I passed him on the way back home. Once before this happened with UPS and the driver attempted delivery in the morning. Because the sender mixed one number on my address, the driver took the package back to the office where they proceeded to put it back on the truck. The package was sent all the way across country just because of one number mix up with my address. That was strange because the driver was smart enough to know it was a one number mistake or he would not have made one attempt to my door. Bottom line.... both times all I ended up with was a frustrating day!!! read more

Giving them a two star because they don't know how to prioritize who to help. After I gave my package pick slip to the rep, the guy proceeded to help others that came after me. He helped the line of customers till there wasn't a line anymore and then told me with my pick up slip in his hand that he can now go to the back and locate my package. I find this terrible terrible customer service. I could have been in and out in under 5 mins if the guy had continue to help me after he initially took my pick up slip. If he could explain why he had to help all the customers that came after me then I wouldn't leave this review. Today is the day i asked customer service to hold my item. I received a courtesy call today. Stating they will make an attempt then leave my package at the station. I appreciate the call. So i picked up my package as scheduled and it wasn't a wait. It wad actually empty. . I thought it was government shut down there too. I gave the agent the tracking number I write down from customer service over the phone. And the agent immediately went and retrieved my item. The staff was very nice and friendly read more

It all makes sense now! Thank you FedEx for allowing my package to be stolen!!! You basically handed my package to the thieves! After reading some of the other reviews I see that I am not the only one who has had some problems with their deliveries. I order packages often on Amazon and most of the time when I come home my packages are sitting right in front of my door. Even very heavy ones. So there are some people who work there that are good and know what they're doing! Unfortunately today I did not get that person- I got the lazy one who rather than bring my package upstairs left it outside of my apartment building for anyone to take. AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPEN SO NOW MY PACKAGE IS GONE!!!! The worse part - had they simply left it inside of the locked door of my gated apartment complex then it would still be there. Gave them 3 chances before writing this review. Was supposed to have a delivery on the on the 3rd. The business is closed due to Covid 19. Note on the door clearly asks for deliveries to knock. Doctor made the 45 min drive especially to be there to receive this delivery. The next day, same thing. We called the sender and they said they have in their notes that 3 attempts were made and note left on the door. This is a lie. No note on the door. No knock on the door and the Doctor was looking at his monitor to make sure he doesn't miss him, truck never came. I'm now on hold for customer service second day in a row and no luck. Easy to find, but a small parking lot. Just go down the driveway and you'll see it just past the Costco. The people behind the desk and friendly but they get you out and about your day quickly. I like being able to schedule my packages to be held at this location so I can pick them up at will. I don't always ship FED EX but when I do I visit this location. read more

Everyone knows the usual status quo with postal workers you go in. Expecting them to be rude, mean short and all look as if they are going to go hang themselves in the stock room. This FedEx is the exception and should be the rule for all locations. Rasheeda was very helpful in helping to retrieve my packages. Rushing to fight traffic I forgot my wallet at home. I was very irritated and short because the only reason I was here was because my deliver person doesn't attempt to access apartment buildings on fridays. I showed Rasheeda a little attitude and she still was professional, informative and very downright sweet. I came back was assisted by Haylee and to my surprise the nice happy professionalism had doubled by 3 fold because all 3 clerks were attentive nice and in great spirits. I didn't not get the name of the other clerk but I hope the management for this location is able to recognize the energy this team is bringing to a necessary but at times demanding workplace. I made an unexpected visit here after my parents mistakenly thought the person at the door was a solicitor instead of a FedEx delivery confirmation. My package was not able to be delivered because no one was available to sign for it. The driver left a redelivery form at the door but I figured I come to this location because it was on my way to school and the package was time sensitive. Parking here is plentiful and I had no problems finding parking right next to the entrance. I arrived around 330pm and surprisingly I was first in line. I was lucky because as I was being helped by one of the staff members about 3 more customers came in walking after me. Picking up my package was fairly quick. I showed the pick up for that was given to me as well as my ID to verify who I was. The lady who helped me went to the back, grabbed my package and I was on my way. read more

i genuinely want this company to close down. i think their business is just really for the money not for consumer's satisaction not even for honest service. some people who work here do not do their job properly. it's stressful to see fedex notifications about est delivery date and later it will say failed delivery attempt, because supposedly the person is not there. this is a big lie, so many times i was home waiting on my package. waited for hours on my packages to be delivered and yet delivery person never knocked on the door and had the odacity to lie on their deliveries saying failed delivery attempt. even with no signature required they do the same thing. even when i change my manage my delivery to just place it in front of my door. never follow it. basically i had observed delivery workers lie, lazy, and incosiderate. i hated to see my packages to be delivered by fed ex i know for sure it will be a disaster! this has been a problem for years. lawsuit might be a solution for this! read more

This delivery of parcels from this office is more than likely the worst I've ever had. Constantly have to call their office to complain that the guy just puts a door tag on our mail boxes and doesn't bother to deliver to the door. Let me start this review by letting everyone know that I have Cancer. My energy isn't as high as most people and everything I do takes much more effort. I have a brand new distiller that just broke and I count on this for clean water. Luckily the company was kind enough to have me send it back. They had FedEx email me a shipping label. The email states I could print it myself or bring it to FedEx and they would do it for me. I ran out of printer ink and was too tired for another errand so I just packaged up the distiller and drove down to this location. When I got here there was one FedEx employee and a long line. Granted I know I live in Los Angeles, there are lines everywhere. Most corporations only care about the bottom line so scheduling one person on a Tuesday around lunch time to help everyone is normal. They have benches so I just sat down and patiently waited 20 minutes for my turn. When I got to the counter I handed my phone to the employee and she already knew I needed her to make the label. She then says "Oh our scanners never work on phones" I know this because every store has a problem. However I thought she would simply look at the numbers in the email and manually type it in. Nope there are no numbers for her to type in. She began to scan my phone and then said "No this won't work. You will need to go to a FedEx shipping Office." I thought I was at FedEx??!! I then said well can't you print out my email, I can forward it to you. Her reply "Oh no, we can't print anything here" Ummm so how do all these packages get labels without a printer??!!! Again she tells me I need to go to another location that can print my label. I am not trying to direct my bad review towards this employee, but rather towards a fortune 500 company like FedEx that can't print anything? That's like a gas station not having oil?!!! You ship packages all over the world!!!! Did I mention that YOUR email says take it to a FedEX office and WE can print the label for you??!!! Did I mention I have Cancer and didn't want to drive around town looking for a FedEx office that can do what they say they can do?? If you won't spend $59 bucks for one lousy printer at your locations for printing the emails YOU send out then simply DON"T SEND ME AN EMAIL STATING YOU CAN!!!! Picking up a package that they said they tried to deliver, but I don't think they even tried to deliver. I think when they are running late they just note that the address is wrong or no one was there to receive. The lady said I was not the one noted to receive the package, but later found my name in the notes to pick up. Why would I have a tracking number for an item that doesn't belong to me. I also needed to show my driver's license to pick up so why would I risk doing a crime if they scan my license to secure information. The delivery drivers obviously don't make an effort to deliver customer's packages. Its their job to do so, I was literally waiting outside my apartment complex to wait for my order, now that we have a gate so people can't come in, they don't even make an effort. The delivery truck literally passed by the main street which I live on the corner of and just carried on. Didn't even stop to try to drop it off, and marked it as "Customer not available or business closed"...what a load of crap, I wasted my time sitting outside. What a happy camper he is and he just makes waiting in line so fun. Horrible service from FED Ex. My package was suppose to arrive Thursday at 10:30am, was delayed then scheduled to arrive on Friday. I was home all day waiting for the shipment to arrive as I needed the package by Friday. I track my package, it said they attempted delivery but no one was available at the residence and that the delivery person left a missed delivery slip. Lies. No one rang my doorbell or left a slip. Delivery was not attempted and the "delivery" was falsified. And now the estimated delivery date says Monday. The delivery employees are too lazy to get out of their car to attempt a delivery.
