Been here twice. Both times the employees weren't very nice or welcoming. The first time I had to wait 5 minutes or anyone to even acknowledge me, I knocked on doors before someone yelled " I'm coming" (I could hear people talking/ joking in the back)... the second time there were 5 people ahead of me in line and 4-6 more people came in while I was waiting. I have never had such a pleasant experience at a FedEx center! I ordered a new laptop and it couldn't be delivered without my signature so I needed to go pick it up. I found this location very easy to find on Salisbury between Bowden and Butler. When I walked in there was no line! I was sure there would be a wait as the one on Pritchard always has a wait. Also I noticed the employees were smiling and laughing. They made pleasant conversation, checked my ID and got my package for me. It was such an easy and pleasant experience. They also have shipping supplies. If you don't want to use a FedEx box, they sell plain brown boxes as well as tape and other supplies which actually aren't too expensive. I would definitely recommend this location for shipping and if you need to pick up a package and can choose a location, this one is great. read more

Fedex in Jacksonville is pitiful. Every time, Every time, the delivery driver(s) deliver a large, heavy, package to our house, they leave it at the front of the driveway by the sidewalk, rather than simply drive up the driveway and place it on our front porch. Our front porch is 250 feet from the sidewalk. It is also a circular driveway. Just drive up and drive off. Go figure. Lazy? Unable to read and follow instructions? Management problem? Poor supervision? Who knows. All I know, imo, is they are useless. We have delivery instructions on the manage delivery Fedex app. read more

I cringe a little every time I receive a tracking number and it's supposed to be delivered by FedEx. I can't count how many times I've had an item delivered outside the promised date or how many times I've had to go to this location because they feel like they don't want to drop my package off - Even if it doesn't require a signature. Nothing against the folks working here because every time I come to pick up my package, as long as I have my "missed you" slip and my ID I get my item however I shouldn't need to come here for an item that the driver doesn't want to drop off because they don't feel like it. This is a ride out to BFE for me. We should have an option for the driver to drop the package off at the closest FedEx location like UPS does. read more

I usually drop my shipments here, as there is rarely a line, and the staff get me out of there in no time, unless I have some questions myself. Today I got excellent service with Bruce. I had a self created issue with my shipment, but he helped me work it out on the spot so I could get my parcel on the way. I always appreciate it when associates take the time to actually help, and facilitate what I need to get done. Thanks again and happy with my experience, hope Fedex never forgets their front line people who can really make or break a customer service experience. A+ for Mr. Bruce. read more

Horrible customer service, horrible shipping times, gives you the run around, plays with your time and money, no appreciation or consideration for any of their customers and customers with a FedEx account that uses pick up services. They need to be shutdown. read more

Warning, paying for overnight shipping from fedex is a waste of money. I rarely write reviews. This particular situation warrants a negative review. I paid for an overnight delivery. The package arrived at the Jacksonville terminal on a Thursday night for Friday delivery. It is now Tuesday and the package is still at the facility in Jacksonville. I have given the local facility information, fedex non customer service department information, shipper information and I offered to meet the driver. No call or email Friday saying my overnight package will not be delivered. Currently fedex has changed their incentive process to get the over package delivered on time. Refund excuses due to Covid and the holidays. So why waste your money? You probably won't get your package overnight because they don't have a system in place to motivate timely deliveries, no refunds for being late. My overnight package has been sitting at the local terminal for 5 days. Let's see if they blame the holidays and Covid. read more

FedEx is a joke. Original delivery was scheduled for Friday, Aug 30. Signature was required so I took the day off work. Then, at the last minute delivery was changed to Saturday Aug 31 between 2:15 & 5:15pm. (No reason given). I couldn't afford to take another entire day off work, so, I made arrangements to to be home during the time their automated system stated it would be delivered.. They delivered at 1:11pm, left a note that would reattempt a delivery on WEDNESDAY--4 Days later. I called and was told they are closed Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday. I was told after I called that the delivery time is only an estimate. Really? Is the delivery day only an estimate too? Why bother sending an estimated time of delivery if, as the FedEx operator said, we have all day to deliver. (I even sent a message on their website to deliver after 3pm.) I was also told that they don't have contact with the driver and the facility closes at 1pm. (I was willing to go pick it up). Apparently FedEx are a part time company. I can't afford to take another day off work in the hopes that this package might de delivered. Too bad for the seller but I have no choice but to return/refuse it. Utter ridiculous company. Sellers beware shipping with these people. Buyers beware buying from sellers who use this company. Save yourself the headache. Totally frustrated. Brendan. read more

When the driver does not feel like delivering your package they just select the attempted delivery and call it a day when not true...they LIE!.never attempted delivery. It does not matter that you paid for 2 day delivery and it was a Friday to be delivered so now they say we will deliver on the next business day. That is day 5..not 2 day guaranteed delivery. I cannot believe how they just LIE, LIE LIE!!! terrible service here in Jacksonville Fl in the Beach Blvd area. The delivery driver will Lie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! unacceptable Fedex.
