Experience was beyond awful. My husband and I ordered bed as we just moved with our three month old baby and we actually ordered it through a company on the Tiktok shop. The company said it would be delivered through the 26th-28th. It came to the fed ex warehouse in my city (15 min from our home) and sat there for 4 days. The fed ex tracking kept saying delayed . The date changed to the 31st. By then we still hadn't had it . So I had started calling on the 30th actually bc of the delay and I spoke to two people. The first said she'd start an investigation into why it's delayed. The second said they'd give me a call by the end of the day (30th). Early early morning the 31st I spoke to another woman who said she'd reach out to the warehouse directly to have them locate the package and figure out what the hold up is. She was great. She said she'd call me by the end of the day. She also gave me her direct number and extension. Which was great. Well the first rolled around, we hadn't had a call. So we called the extension and someone different picked up. She was very rude when we were just trying to find our package. It felt like she was just jerking us around. She said we received an email the day before (we didn't. She sent it WHILE on the phone with us) and asked us to reply to email with all these irrevelent details that FedEx already has - for a fact. Details like "length of item, dimensions, contents of package , color, details on outside of the box," (??? Fedex has easier access to this info than we do??? Like what??) and so after she rudely jerked us around forever we asked to speak to a supervisor. She would not connect us with one. So we hung up and called the FedEx ship center again (third time- fourth including the extension we dialed previous) - and got connected with someone who FINALLY stopped beating around the bush and told us the package couldn't be located and to get a refund. NOT on the company we ordered it from. COMPLETELY on FedEx. Still no answers into where our package went. Perhaps a FedEx worker stole it - as I don't know how else it goes from being in a transit truck at a warehouse for days to disappearing in thin air. Just awful . read more

Multiple incompetent staff. I talked to 6 staff in 24 hours trying to resolve my issue with my delivery. My issue remains unresolved and my delivery will be sent back to the shipper. FedEx refuses to hold it at their location without authorization from the shipper, so when I got the shipper to authorize FedEx to hold my shipment at their location for my pickup the next day, they said they would, but they did not. I'm not sure how much money FedEx and my shipper will lose on this deal, and at the end of the day, I will not have my package. I put a hold on my box days ago so that I could pick it up from a FedEx facility. I have a screenshot that the hold was placed. But then FedEx never acknowledged it. Instead, in theory, FedEx tried to deliver it to my residence twice after that. Once being today at 652 am. Which is a lie because I've been home and no truck came. Also, I have a tracking device inside the box, and the box never left the FedEx facility. In addition to this, FedEx sends contradictory updates via email etc. The communication is atrocious. And I have NEVER received one door-hanger hard copy notice proving that FedEx ever came to my home. Zero. I've spent $210 on this box and now have to take off work to wait for this box because I have no idea what FedEx is doing because they lie and contradict themselves. So now this shipment is costing me over $600 including lost wages. Not to mention stress and frustration. I trusted FedEx. NEVER AGAIN. Worst experience of my life. Awful from beginning to end. But still no end in sight. Because I have no idea where my $210 box is. Except to try to track it myself with an internal Tile tracking device. Fail FedEx. FedUp. This past year Fed Ex has delivered to the wrong address or lost my packages more than 50% of the time. More. Than. Half. Of. The. Time! I don't get packages every day or even every week but do average a few shipments a month. I hate having to ask the retailer for a refund and I really hate not getting something that I ordered and paid for. Today's mis-delivered item was potatoes. Dehydrated hash browns. That might seem like a small insignificant thing, but I live in a very rural area and don't have easy access to the store. I was looking forward to those hash browns. I hope the person who got them instead of me appreciates them. I wish there was a way to get Fed Ex to do a better job, but it looks like I'm at their mercy. read more

I Had to Do One Star, Because Yelpe Won't Let Me Do Zero Oh my God, I don't even know where to start. Let me try to sum up if I can... I walked in the store to ship a package and met the employee named Morgan. He made so many mistakes with my package that we had to start over a couple of times which apparently made him very uncomfortable and insecure. I was super patient with his aggressive and snappish attitude until he literally snatched the pen off my hand with full power while he was literally yelling at my face. I was accused of touching the pen 'for the fourth time' according to this person that it even shocked his coworkers. Then he totally went crazy and started yelling, mocking, making strange gestures that was really 'juvenile'. Again, he had the guts to even lie 'about the number of touches' to the pen. One of his coworkers called his attitude very unprofessional while one other apologized at me on behalf of him. Thankfully I have recorded everything as a voice memo which is already sent to Fedex. I am 40 years old, been to so many countries in my life, but I have never felt this awkward at a store where I was the customer. It was a strange experience, but it's still not over. So, same day, I called the store to talk to a manager, and I was told that the manager was off 'for a week or so'. Then, I asked for an assistant manager, I was told she was going to be off for a while, too. So, this store has no managers present, at all. When I said I'd like to come discuss this with a manager, the person on the phone said that it wasn't a good idea, because Morgan was still mad?! So, I have literally been told by a store clerk that I shouldn't walk in the store because an employee was having a mood swing that day. She had also told me earlier that they were on high alert because of the virus, that's why Morgan probably acted that way. Then I told her that I worked for the school district and responsible of distributing meals to families during a pandemic, but it didn't give me the right to mistreat somebody else. Not over, yet. I called the store back the next day. Same person put me on hold without even asking my name when I asked for the manager. She recognized my voice and kept me on hold for half an hour, finally they gave up and the assistant manager decided to talk to me. I told her that I would have liked to discuss this with her, but she said I could only walk in the store to ship packages, she would have only talked to me about the shipping! She totally refused to talk to me about that in a very strange way. Like I said, I have voice recordings from the store and also from these two phone calls. The store one is already turned in Fedex. I can go on and on and on about this store (except for Grant, he is cool, unfortunately he wasn't in that day). It is badly lacking professionalism, they have no idea about customer care, and it smells like puberty inside thanks to Morgan. I am sure Fedex is losing so much money because of all that, they lost my $28 at least anyways. And the future ones. I will make sure that we will switch to UPS at our MMSD office, too. Just stay away from this location, it is a battle of nerves to simply send a package. read more
