Packages are always delayed. I have a package just sitting at the facility right now and they will not deliver it for some reason. When I check for updates online it says at facility, delayed. Probably lost :( read more

I came in yesterday with a LARGE package of three motorcycle wheels (56.7 pounds) to mail off for a warranty exchange for the family business. Thankfully this FedEx location has customer parking spaces directly across from the entrance. I was helped immediately by a kind employee who let me drop the package I was carrying on the counter right away. The FedEx Ship Center employee was extremely kind and personable. She pulled up the business account file, and we got to filling out all the information. She made sure we double-checked all the information to ensure it was correct. She also let me know which shipping option would be the lowest cost (since it was not a rush), and that ground shipping would arrive in four days. I was in and out within 15 minutes and had a great experience. Thanks so much! read more

My husband and I stopped by recently so he can mail a card but the employee let another customer cut in front of him so Bryan waited for a bit then he left so we could take care of other errands then went back. Employees (all of them) were rude and kept mumbling, no eye contact or talked to him. Used rude gestures towards him so Bryan left because that's rude and not how you handle a paying customer. Everyone needs training how to work with people who have disabilities especially Deaf and Hard of Hearing. read more

Fedex has gotten to be the worst delivery option available. They throw our packages here anywhere and don't look for the Apt. numbers. It's becoming a hassle to have anything delivered by them. We used to have a driver that would drive up on the parking lot and walk to which ever door number was on the package and deliver it. Now, they just throw the packages at the front of the building which has no unit number visible on the outside. A few of the tenants have gotten their packages stolen as a result of this. Horrible. I have called and reported this several times to no avail. Unhappy customer! read more

If I could get this location zero stars I would. I went in to pick up a package and the first lady I talked to was pretty rude to me. But then I had to speak to a manager and right off the bat she was VERY RUDE. Even the girl next to me trying to drop off a package was saying how rude they all were. After 45 min they said they couldn't help me so I had to leave empty handed and have no clue what to do next. They said they couldn't give me a store number to call and get it all figured out so I have no clue what to do. The worst customer service experience I've ever had at any business. read more

The service here was above and beyond. I was shipping a late Christmas gift and the employees helping me did everything to keep my shipping not only as inexpensive as possible, but also better secure my package within a better box using various materials. They were very informative about my options for shipping and made an everyday shipment a nice experience. I will be back for future shipments with this FedEx. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. So unorganized, someone "missed my package" at pickup time so it got left behind. There are no consequences when fed ex screws up, they don't care. You will get your package when you get it. Use UPS or USPS read more

I wish I could give negative stars. I tried to send four pieces of paper through the mail and I couldn't without a drivers license. I had a picture of my drivers license on my phone, but they wouldn't accept it. I drove home grabbed my passport and came back just to find out they didn't accept that either! They are very uninterested in trying to help the customer. read more

They totally messed up on one of the shipments and was no help at all!! Had a door tag that says another attempt would be made, and then to find out that was the last attempt and the guy marked off the wrong box and it got shipped back! Offered basically no help or any compensation. Unbelievable!! read more
