Unable to reach anyone by phone. Tried a couple of times and was sent to a FedEx shopping support group with no info on this location

I am not sure if this is the location but we have issues with our fed ex delivery driver! He drops our packages off at the wrong apartment or puts it in a locker and doesn't send the code to us, then we have to go to our apartment's office to see if they can get it out for us! Apparently he's the regular driver for Canyon House Apartments and he SUCKS!! He needs to be retrained!! Luckily we have had honest neighbors who bring us our packages but my husband almost lost a rare/discontinued item!! Then trying to contact Fed Ex delivery is IMPOSSIBLE!! read more

Deliver to the apartment door and stop just assuming we want our furniture delivered to the mailroom of the apartments. How are we supposed to know, that u need notes for the delivery to do the basic . To make matters worse they can care less to fix the issue. Now the furniture is just sitting in mail room. read more

Had a package sent and again it didn't arrive on the day it was promised. Fedex is really bad and not what it once was. They were the icon of performance and efficiency but they somehow lost their way. No wonder they are not as successful and profitable. Stocks down and they wonder why. read more

I could not believe how rude the lady at the front desk was. She basically mocked my boxing and the fact that I wrapped it. She told me next time don't put paper around it or she won't take it. Package was not delivered when it was supposed to be Driver stated that they attempted delivery which was untrue. I was at home all day. I paid for Rush delivery but FedEx was not in a rush. I wish UPS had been an option from the vendor. read more

FedEx blows goats! The local store was fine and efficient. But the company sucks! My next day package was two days late, and as I'm writing this it's still not delivered. Why would you advertise next day air when you can't deliver. You can't talk to any real person to get an answer on what's happening. I lost a client on behalf of there incompetence. Just like in CASTAWAY, the plane has gone down. You guys just plain suck! Never using you again! They're as bad as USPS and that's run by the Federal Government bunch of idiots. read more

Ordered a projector using FedEx overnight. Item was put on truck for delivery from Fedex New Bruanfrls. Driver never rang doorbell or knocked on door. Sat by my door for over 5 hours in the morning just to see a door tag on my door. Got a text message from FedEx stating I can pick up item at the New Braunfels location at 8 p.m., however FedEx customer service says they close at 7 pm. I have to wait another 24 hours for an item that I paid overnight shipping surcharge for. This is the worst experience I've had with FedEx in a long time. Dishonest drivers rushing during Christmas time and putting door tags on people's doors without actually waiting for the customer to answer. Avoid FedEx New Braunfels at all cost! read more

Paid for overnight delivery. After the 2nd day the driver stated "delivery attempted" when there was no attempt. We are an open business.

Did not receive my package from the Dept of State and was told there was a "New" driver who was helping out and didn't have the gate code for my condo complex. The driver was in Wimberley and would drop it off later. Terrible service from a terrible company. My visa package is now delayed. read more

On Feb 20, 2020, I received shipment notification of an order via FedEx. On Feb 24, 2020 they claim to have attempted delivery, left no notification, and made no attempt to call even though my number was on the label. Exact same thing happened the next day, Tuesday. On Wednesday at 3:04, it got a little more interesting. They claimed to have dropped on my package: Wednesday , 2/26/2020 8:27 pm NEW BRAUNFELS, TX At local FedEx facility 3:04 pm CANYON LAKE, TX DELIVERED Left at front door. Package delivered to recipient address - release authorized But, then this showed up: 8:27 pm NEW BRAUNFELS, TX At local FedEx facility I NEVER received notification of an attempted delivery. NEVER received a phone call about an attempted delivery despite my number being on the label. So, it was like, "we'll get the customer's hopes up that we're actually going to do our job and drop off her package, when in fact we just don't give a crap" Normally, whenever I get a package from FedEx and it's dropped off I always get a delivery email confirmation. But, I got SQUAT!!! And my package is now back at the shippers and I get to pay for it to be delivered AGAIN!!! But, this time it's coming to me by UPS who is NOT a franchise!!!! read more

Had to mail something while being out of town. Found this location very easily. We walked right in and were greeted immediately. We didn't know what we needed but the lady behind the counter was very helpful and showed us exactly what we needed. She was super friendly and got us in and out in a few minutes. read more

The driver said that "he had a bad day".Which that gave him the right to drop the box our Chrystal chandelier came in then proceeds to kick it out of the truck. We refused the package.The WORST service ever. I wish I would have recorded him. The second time he delivered packages , 3 ceiling fans and lights. He left them at the bottom of our long driveway by the road, which anyone who drove by could have stole them. He could not drive his lazy ass to our house and at least leave them by our garage. This driver needs to be reprimanded or fired! I believe on high dollar items they should ask for a signature not just drop off boxes. read more

We are 4 neighbors who live on a private road off a highway in Lockhart, Texas. In the past 2 weeks, we have had horrible incidents with FedEx. First, a neighbor down the street called me & asked me if I knew who a person/address was because there was a package left at her door. It was one of my neighbors down our private road. Then, another neighbor was waiting for an important item but didn't receive it on the day it was supposed to be delivered. She drove down the highway next to us & saw a box tied to a gate on some private undeveloped property. Being curious, she stopped to look & it was her package! The next day, the FedEx driver went to this neighbor's house & tried to deliver a package to her that was not her package. it had a different name & address on it so she told him the direction on the highway where she thought the address could be found. Then, a couple of days later, I ordered an item that was supposed to be delivered 3 days later but was not. The next day, I was driving out our private road & saw what I thought was an empty box on the side of the road in the overgrown brambles & poison ivy. I thought someone had littered so went to remove it & it was my package! It was sopping wet from a rainstorm the night before & the cardboard box fell apart when I picked it up to reveal numerous insects inside. I tried to call FedEx customer service & was put on hold for 1 hr, 8 min, only to get disconnected about 10 seconds after a "real" person answered. I then sent an email outlining the issue to FedEx & today received a response to that email saying they were experiencing high volume so were "not able to address my complaint at this time." I called a local FedEx location who transferred me to customer service. After another 45-minute wait, I was told they were not accepting complaints at this time & to email them. I told the man I HAD emailed them & got the same answer about not handling complaints, so he transferred me somewhere. A computer voice asked me to choose from a list of options which I did. I waited on hold for 5-7 minutes & another computer voice came on & said "we're sorry, your call cannot be completed" & it then disconnected me. There is no way to find a FedEx number to call & speak with someone who will help as I have spent much time looking for one. What is this thing about "not handling complaints at this time"???? That's RIDICULOUS. read more

Let me start by saying this is more an indictment of the delivery driver than the shipping center, but as it was delivered from this facility I feel it's fair to fault them as they employ him/her. I walked downstairs at 11:38 to find a tag on my door that I had "missed" the delivery at 11:30. Interestingly enough, I was here all along! There was no knock and my doorbell didn't ring. If you were a delivery driver, would you think to knock or ring the doorbell? I have three dogs that always bark (go nuts) whenever someone rings the doorbell or knocks, and they were silent. Or, perhaps since it's chilly out (27°), the guy/gal didn't want to wait the fifteen seconds in the cold? This was a very important package, a new smartphone for my wife. Her phone broke 4 days ago and she needs it critically for her business, so she falls another day behind. I had to rearrange my work schedule just so that I could be home during the day today to receive this package. And the guy doesn't even ring the doorbell? Lazy, pitiful, absolutely no excuse. No local phone #, so I called the 1-800 number, they were hardly helpful. This angers me incredibly. I will avoid using FedEx in the future, if at all possible. One star for legible numbers on the door tag. read more

FedEx Ship Center - Sigh - Shipping Centers Near Me - New Braunfels, Texas

If this is an indication how all Fed Ex service centers operate, I will never try to send ANYTHING. On Thursday, I got a notice on my door indicating that the FINAL attempt to deliver a package had been made. Guess what? They never left the first or second notice. Also, there was no phone number for the New Braunfels center where the package was. I had to google it to find it. Then, when I tried to call, which was well before the place was supposed to be closed, all I got was a busy signal. Not just one try, I tried a couple dozen times in an hour. Just on a whim, I called again at 3am, and I still got a busy signal. So obviously the person on site had taken it off the hook. I called the national center and received less than stellar help, but I did manage to FINALLY get them to agree to transfer it to the local package center instead of making me drive all the way to New Braunfels to get the package, which I could have resolved easily if I had had a first or second notice in the first place. (Maybe.) Not that any of this is much of a surprise, in retrospect. I work in the shipping department at work, and the drivers that come there are not much more accommodating. read more

Once again FedEx has failed to impress. The delivery service for this location sets the bar low and yet still manages to fail to meet it. I live in the country, but still on a major road. The first demonstration of FedEx's efficiency was the "delivery" of sensitive electronic equipment clearly marked and packaged in Pelican cases. Apparently the driver thought he was responsible for air delivery and threw the packages over a 6-foot fence and into a pasture. Best guess he was trying to determine just how much protection those high-dollar cases provided. In that situation - not enough protection. While "extra" services like case testing is welcomed somewhere, I wasn't a big fan. I decided to avoid FedExtra, but as is often the case, some vendors still aren't aware of the extra services they provide. On the second delivery, FedExtra struck again. This time the driver threw the package over the fence (hmmm, I think I see a pattern here). A box of books from Amazon landed on and broke a water faucet. This flooded the top area of my property and led to the failure of my well pump. That was a pricey mistake and I never got a replacement for the books destroyed in the effort. Just reliving the experience makes me appreciate all the extras FedExtra has given me at no additional expense. Finally today, I had a time sensitive letter delivered to my home. I had my 20-something son patiently waiting for the call for the delivery. We have a call button at the front of the property for just such occasions. Apparently, pushing the red button that says "Call" was way too much of an extra for me to ask of FedExtra. When I called the "customer support" number, the guy told me four different times there was no record of my delivery. Each time I had him repeat the tracking number back to me. Each time there was a digit missing. Apparently the extra training provided to FedExtra employees does not include knowing how many digits are in a tracking number. Then I made the mistake of asking for the number to the local office so I could do the driver's job for him and pick up the package at the office. I was told there was no direct number to the office. Right, it's a major business center and they don't have telephones there. Back when I received my second FedExtra delivery, the center manager gave me a business card with the office number on it. I should have held on to it, but then again, I didn't see myself enjoying all the extra services again. read more
