Day of delivery I'm home waiting specifically because I know it's out for delivery. Nothing. I decide to leave and upon going out my front door I find a attempted delivery notice thats blank except for a tracking ID. I check our Ring doorbell because I got no notification of a door bell ring. Driver arrives at my house and instead of taking the extra step of ringing the Fri kin doorbell, knocks on the side of my house as my screen door is open. Now I have to once again wait around next Monday for redelivery, probably have to sit outside my house because FedEx drivers can't be bothered to ring a doorbell. FedEx is so incompetent. Whenever I see that a shipment involves FedEx I know I'm not going to receive it on time and that's it's going to turn into a fiasco. Never have these issues with UPS! read more

My first one star review! We were directed from a USPS to a FedEx off Sandy to this FedEx who guaranteed us they could ship dry ice and frozen fish. We already had then packaged and in an appropriate sealed container for travel. I have had so many shipments lately that day they will arrive on a date, and all day of arrival until late that day then they change it to delayed. Tell me early. They had the latest one since Thursday for a Next Day AM. I am now going to get it supposedly Tuesday before 1:00. I think I will scream if I hear the CoVid excuse. FedEx attempted to deliver a package and I was not home. When I got the door tag I called to find out if they would attempt redelivery. The person I spoke to said yes, they would deliver the next day. I waited around all day because I didn't want to miss them. Never came. Called again the next day. The person I spoke to this time said they were never going to attempt redelivery and I have to go pick it up. Why did the first person tell me otherwise? He didn't know. What can I do about it? Nothing but write a bad Yelp review. Just use USPS and save the hassle. Also the online tracking system is useless. It said delivery pending all day both days I was waiting. Jokes on me! Went online to see my package was delayed til tomorrow. Says someone came and tried to deliver it this morning right before 9am. No one came to the door or rang the doorbell. Didn't even try to deliver it. Called the 800# and all they said was they would try again tomorrow. No signature required doesn't make sense that package was not delivered. Unable to choose who delivers package because I made an online order. Can't even write about delivery person or nothing except Yelp. And to top it off I have packages that needed to be signed for because of the thousands of dollars each item cost and your drivers just left it on my doorstep to be stolen and forged my signature which was proven. The one time I use Fedex and it's a cluster F*! Estimated delivery on my package April 12..absolutely needed it to be there. No package. Called Thursday the 13th, they "think" it will be delivered on Friday. No reason why, she couldn't say. Have never had any issues with Brown or USPS, will be sticking with them. read more

If I could give a -10 I would. Terrible horrible service. Had a package sent express 3 day delivery. Tracking it it is super close to my house on 4/4 and should be delivered but they are holding it until 4/9. They told me the company that shipped it requested not to have it delivered. Called the company who sent it and they called fed ex and got sent a bs story about a truck breaking down so it had to be held 4 days before they can deliver. I've had Saturday deliveries from fed ex ..and I'm pretty sure 7 days is not the same as 3. So I get to see that my package is close and we'll over their three day delivery timeline and nothing much can do..I'm pissed off. This is bs. The post office is faster than fed ex..at least I would know I would have my package at least 2 days earlier. Im a pretty easy going guy, and usually sees the brighter sides of things, but I couldnt let this one go. It started with a contest I won through Rent a Center for a new PS4. They sent it via fed ex, and never using fed ex before I didnt think much of it. I got my package yesterday and the box it was shipped in literally looked like Fed Ex either was playing soccer with it, or they were using it to put out a fire... Regardless, it came extremely damaged to the point of it almost looking intentional. I can understand some bumps and scratches through the shipment, but this literally looked like someone beat it with a baseball bat. Ive heard some pretty bad stories about Fed Ex before but this proved to me that they live up to their crap reputation. To me, this is like a kid at a school lunch table, the kid next to him offers to go get his lunch for him for a fee, so the first kid agrees and pays him the fee for the pickup and delivery of his lunch.
