The best deal on any hay in town! $10 will get you a big bag of Timothy, straw, or (there's one more can't remember). Great deal. All the staff are super friendly and have everything you need. At the moment they have baby chicks! You can go in and buy any amount you need and or different breeds! They have everything you need to get your little farm going. I find any excuse I can to come to The Feed Barn. Everyone there is nice, knowledgeable and helpful, they carry all kinds of goods for all types of animals. They have reasonable prices and have even special ordered goods for me. I usually just buy feed and straw for my ducks here, but I also browse the treat bin for my dog. They have a great selection of natural goods, and they even have a self-serve dog wash station. Oreo the friendly kitty comes to greet you as soon as you pull in, make sure you stop to pet him when you arrive, and move him out of the way when you leave (he tends to lay behind tires). There are also several other cute critters inside - a parrot, a rabbit, and usually a puppy along with some more aloof cats, can be found scattered about. Everyone there greets you with a good attitude and a smile. I also indulge in buying stickers every time I go in, they have a really fun selection!! Great self dog wash is only $15! Also have a buy 10 washes get one free punch card. There is no gate to open the tub so if you have a big dig you need to lift them in/out. There are stairs to help you. Also need a collar as I use a slip leash and there's only a clip no slip tie. It has been a few too many rabbit hops since I've set foot in the Feed Barn to acquire some of that ever so delicious Timothy Hay or so i hear it's delicious because my rabbit hasn't stopped eating it since we brought it home. They pretty much have everything to feed all the animals in your barn as the selection for all the different animals is really good as well as totally reasonably priced for anything you might need! They offer a variety of feed by the pound from rabbit pellets to peanuts as well as many other various bird seed mixtures all for a great by the pound price! Our main reason for coming here is for their Timothy Hay it's fresh cut and my rabbits have always gone cray cray over it as you can smell the freshness in every batch. You will enjoy the Timothy Hay just as much as they do because the price is super right about $8 for what looks to be about 3lbs a super good price for a good amount of hay! They had this awesome rescue parrot in the store named Chili he was quite the character as you can hear him making his presence known the entire time we were in the store as well as when we were next to him as he was just super cool and about as friendly as most birds are. The staff here was very friendly and nice with any questions we asked as well as very helpful when it came to the products in the store we inquired about purchasing. This is without a doubt an awesome local business that's doing it right and definitely the place we will be buying all of our rabbits hay from for now on as they really can't be beat with the quality as well as the price! Also don't forget to Check-In for a 10% discount off of your purchase for your furry friend! Good prices but service was severely lacking today. There was a lady there who was barking orders at a couple of people, and when we asked about whether the chicks inside the store were silkies, we got a curt "no" and she walked away before coming back and, in passing, told us silkies would be 3x smaller in a tone that was not friendly. Later, we bought a bag of hay and I went outside to retrieve it from her and I said "thanks very much", but she just walked past without acknowledging. My wife said that the other two people inside were a lot friendlier, but I didn't have the pleasure of interacting with them. I'll probably stick to the feed barn in Newport Beach rather than come here. read more

I love the feed barn! I get my timothy hay and a bunch of rabbit toys here. They have a stamp card for bags of timothy hay. The bags are about 8 dollars. They also have a great selection of Oxbow bunny toys which are Chester's (my bunny) favorite. Overall such a cute place and love that I get to support a small business. read more
