Kraig was good to tell me them over the phone the day before, but it sounded like he said it was a PCM, when in fact, it was a BCM. Wish he would've been more clear, but not a big deal. When we were walking out there, we noticed the right rear tire was flat, even though my car was towed there & was a-ok at that point. Kraig stated it must be a slow leak; wasn't like that a couple of days ago. This was a Tuesday, yet they're closed on weekends (??). In checking out the tire, he then said it was getting low in 3 hrs. Be that as it may, When I picked up the car after it was done, immediately I saw big white scratches on my rear bumper that was not there before. Went in to inform Kraig & while we were looking at it, I then noticed a smaller mark on the front bumper, which was completely repainted just a few months beforehand & was also fine when it was towed there! He tried to downplay it & said he'd get ahold of the owner. In the meantime, I received photos from the tow truck company proving it was fine upon arrival there, yet Kraig said the owner was only willing to pay for the back bumper! Thankfully I disputed the charges with the AMEX (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), so then he caved in & paid for both bumpers. I later found out they will actually use a quad runner ATV to push in and out cars if necessary!! The tire was suspicious since it happened well into their possession, but I let it go since I wanted nothing else than to move on & put this behind us. If all this wasn't enough, they didn't even have the courtesy to use a paper floor mat, so my car was rather filthy especially on the driver side. Unless you want your car treated like this folks, there are places very close by (Ewerts Automotive, Art's automotive) that treat their customer's cars with more respect & are much more reasonable. Low integrity automotive charges approx $185/hr, which is comparable to dealers!!

I also told them I thought I had a bad wheel bearing. They charged me almost nothing because it was something bent that they straightened. If they would have charged me for a wheel bearing anyway, I wouldn't have blinked an eye. They are honest, fair, and awesome. They also will send you electronically a quote for every piece of work they might do, and you can individually accept/decline the jobs. Matt is a stellar guy, and I missed the secretary's name but she is always kind and patient with people (even those that might not deserve it). I tell everyone to bring their vehicles here and I firmly believe it.

As with the time before, there was no wait time, and service was fast! I had just got a new vehicle recently and was frankly paranoid about when I needed a new oil change, as I had previously wrecked an engine for not remembering. The tan gentleman (not sure if White or Hispanic), was fantastic as well. He gave me information about the three types of oils available without being pushy or upselling me. Also asked in a non-pushy way if I wanted my air filter checked out. When his associate (white female who was also very nice) checked on my oil, they showed me the dipstick and said not to worry, as I still had at least 1,000 miles remaining. Very seldom do I go to an auto shop and not get pressured into paying a bunch of money. But rest assured, I will be getting my next oil change and air filter change at this shop. I don't live in Channahon, but I see my friend there every weekend. I had previously used Jiffy Lube, and most of their locations are good, but you guys are better. Knocking it out of the park. I asked what was taking so long and they said they had to run and get a battery. Another 30 minutes later they put my battery in. Today my gf had to take her car to be repaired. The shop said who ever did the oil change didn't put a part back on! It cost her $500 to be fixed. Do not use this company!
