Despite my efforts to be conversant, he was non-communicative, indicating what I should do only by moving my feet and hands in the desired direction. His service was quick and perfunctory, while paying little attention to the callouses on my feet. This same technician suddenly found his voice when checking us out, however, and informing us what we owed the salon. When I got home and inspected my "manicure", all my cuticles were ragged. I hope you have a better experience if you go. We will not be returning to Kim's.

It's hard to find techs that can be consistent with services. I'm blessed to have found 3! I appreciate Christine for accommodating me today! I had a nail break yesterday and almost was going to have to find someone else to do my nails but she was able to squeeze me right in. She gets it right every time!!!! The shop is always clean...her husband did my pedicure today. It was ok... a little pricey for pedi but I'm happy with my nails. Give them a try! I am incredibly disappointed with this experience. I contacted Voorpret Nail Bar on June 2nd and was told the owner was unavailable. Later that day, a woman called my landline to get details about my experience, as the owner had requested to speak with me. She provided her cell number and asked me to text her the details. On June 3rd, I sent a screenshot of my Google review, and on June 5th, I texted additional photos for our upcoming discussion. On June 4th, I was told via text that the owner was out of the country and would call me the following week (the week of June 7th). However, after following up on June 11th to ask when someone would reach out, I have received no further communication as of today, June 18th.
