I got a foot massage and a chair massage. The foot massage was ok. I've had better. The chair massage was mediocre at best. They have 2 chairs. I was asked to sit in the smaller one and after 5 minutes I stood up because the part you sit on was too small and it was digging into the back of my thigh. I was moved to the larger chair and the masseuse either didn't know how to adjust the chair to my height or didn't want to do it. My face was literally on the hardware at the bottom of the part that you're supposed to put your face in. I will not go back and waste my $ on a mediocre massage. Save your money. This was a disappointed day.... first off I would've never chose this place. It was the gift card that was given to me and I have been trying to call set up appointment for the whole week. Could never get a hold of anybody so I went down there after work 6 o'clock, the police was empty. The lady I guess who managed it was not very customer service orientated to say the lease. I tried to explain to her my frustrations they offered to do the massage on the spot and it wasn't really prepared, but I figured I didn't wanna go all the way down there again and waste my time at any rate ..... they take you in this room and it male and female and you're taking off all of your clothes pretty much an open area I didn't felt uncomfortable with that but try to do my best to stay positive and enjoy a massage but I gotta tell you it's one of the worst massages I ever had and the other problem with that location is it's it's in the mall and it's open concept so you can hear all of the baby screaming and people talking in the mall or you're trying to relax and get a massage the masseuse person a gentleman no English so it's hard to communicate and I'm just glad that it's over with never recommend it had to say, but it's true. I recently had spine surgery and one of the side effects is not being able to walk properly. I'm having to use a cane to walk because my right leg lost strength and both feet are swollen and sore. My orthopedic surgeon recommended massage therapy to promote blood flow in my lower extremities. I can honestly say that after one 60 minute session, I am feeling much better. My feet are less sore and the pain has decreased. I'm planning on going back next week for a second session. Fingers crossed, but feeling optimistic. read more

When I brought that up to the owner, he was a total jerk on the phone and said he did not care about the Federal act, and to go somewhere else. For the past 3 years, my wife and I, along with her cousin have been visiting Las Vegas every 6 months (March and October) for our Birthdays and we stopped by every time. I stumbled upon Feet First while waiting for my wife while she shopped there at the mall 3 years ago and decided to try a Feet massage/Full body combo. I felt so good after my session that my wife and her cousin wanted to try it out and took advantage of the available time slots that were available at the time. They too, walked out of there very invigorated and relaxed. We now book our appointments before we leave for our 6 month trips to Las Vegas. I've even referred a couple of my co workers who now also stop by while they visit the 9th Island. I've read a couple of reviews that were not as positive as ours, but I can only speak of what we've experienced. Looking forward to our next visit in October 2023. read more

I tried this place out because my parents talks highly of them. My son and I got the combo massage. Everything was fine until they have u face down. They don't move the sheet that covers the face hole. As the therapist massaged, I was suffocating cause the sheet was stink like they never changed the sheet. I was smelling someone else's sweat. I received a gift certificate last year to be used during 2020, but because of the pandemic, I did not use. I called the business to see if they could extend the expiration date due to the unfortunate conditions of the pandemic and they refused, needless to say they could only give us through the month of January 2021 to use with an additional $25 dollar charge.... I can understand the issues small business are having due to the pandemic, but precisely under the current conditions they should think about gaining customers rather than loosing customers.. It took her long before the therapist had to go back and tell her I was there waiting for service. The ambiance is not great, being in a mall by where the kids play and scream makes it hard to relax. I wanted a full body massage, but realized this wouldn't be possible, given that all the spots are in a single space. The spot I really wanted worked on was under where my sports bra sits, the closest we got to that was getting my shirt and bra moved up and a towel shoved under, so as to not get the massage oil on my clothes. Which quite honestly, was not comfortable and did not allow for her to really get my shoulders at all. I was never asked how the pressure was and quite honestly I couldn't really even feel when she was "massaging" my by body. This was by far one of the biggest wastes of cash I have ever spent and sadly was a terrible one year gift for my boyfriend (sorry babe, next time we will go to massage 1 or massage well). After getting his head crushed because the masseuse couldn't really reach his back to massage him, and having a few uh oh moments when the masseuse would smack his legs after massaging, almost smacking more than just his legs....... Quite honestly I will never be going back here or recommending this place to anyone. Massage well on West Sahara is a great place to go, I know it's a drive, but you'll get your moneys worth and they actually massage you. Had a gift certificate for here which unfortunately expired January 13th 2021. The placed was closed due to Covid for 4 months. After asking if they would still honor it, since money was paid, they refused. There is an assembly bill that protects consumers from these things. Assembly bill 279. Spoke with the manager who laughed at us and told us he would not do anything about it. Laughing at a customer is not good customer service. We didn't want money, just a 30 minute foot massage. The lady that we spoke with in the beginning didn't care either. They got our money and we got nothing. That's one of the problems with today's society. We are not " all in this together", rather "get what you can get at others expense!" Will never go there again and will tell everyone I know about our experience. read more

This is down the street where I live in Henderson. But there are tons of places like this and even better and cheaper in Chinatown and much gnarlier massage. But if you are close by this place and need a quick massage sure why not. The receptionist is super nice but the massage ( I did the chair one for 30 min ) wellllllll... the guy can do better . My granny can massage my back with more strength than this guy. But I can't complain, they know pressure points than Grammy does. I will not come back here anymore not because they are not good. I can just get more for my money in other foots spas around town . So go for it if you need a quick quick fix on your neck and back and shoulders. So happy spa massaging! :) read more
