we had a horrible experience here, please beware! we are both SO sore and having a lot of body pain after getting a massage here. I could barely sleep last night due to all the back pain, nothing about our massages were relaxing or enjoyable. We also were overcharged and upselled without both of our consent. we asked repeatedly to be softer and you definitely get what you pay for here and I refuse to ever visit a place like this again. This is always such an amazing experience. When they take you back there is a handful of tables for treatments & a few spaces to the right for regular massages. I've visited several times for the reflexology massage and once for a deep tissue massage. The reflexology massage is inexpensive and gives you the relaxation and pain relief that you need. My favorite part was when they used pressure points on my ears, neck, and head. I truly felt relief at the end of the massage. The deep tissue massage however did not relax me and didn't release the knots in my upper back. In addition, I was uncomfortable during the massage because the masseuse was kneeling on the massage table and straddling my legs. My guess is that because she was a petite woman she couldn't fully massage me from the sides. Regardless, I was uncomfortable. As I mentioned before, I have a lot of knots in my upper back and she didn't try to release them. She focused on my lower back which had almost no knots. When I left, my lower back was in a lot of pain. It went away the next day, but it really made me start to wonder how these workers were trained. Some negatives: Each time I've come in, I was asked for my phone number without a greeting. (They use your phone number to reserve the time slot.) During the massage, the masseuse commands you to turn over. The workers are very abrupt. The towels they use to rub off lotion are extremely tough and the only soap in their bathroom is dish soap. Lastly, facing a TV with blue light during a massage is not relaxing. Overall, I would rate this business based on the reflexology massage a 3 and a 2 for the deep tissue massage. read more

Sometimes good, sometimes bad. If you fall asleep, they stop rubbing, so you have to stay awake so you get what you pay for.

My husband and I came for one-hour massage (my hubby got a table/back massage, I got a foot/reflexology massage). It was AMAZING. Our masseurs were very talented and we left completely relaxed. They were attentive to our request for less or more pressure, and made us feel very comfortable. Very clean. Nice aromatherapy. Very attentive and polite staff. They actually give you a full hour massage; not 50-55 minutes, actually one full hour. My hubby and I have been to a few reflexology places, but this one is now our favorite. I highly recommend it. She was very professional and respectful and quiet. i chose the 90-minute massage, and I consider it money well-spent. This place is cheaper than many other massage studios in the Fort Worth area. This place is amazing I will go here time after time after time again. The staff is wonderful, the setting is perfect for couple messages and you can get group ons regularly. Now don't get me wrong the first time I went here and got our couples massage I hurt like hell when we left the place. But they next day I felt absolutely wonderful! Like nothing else I've ever had before. I wish I could afford to come here once or twice I month because self care is much need not only for the body but the mind. The closest thing to torture that I've ever experienced. No personal info was requested from me or my husband, such as what our massage preferences were. They simply walked into the room, laid hands on, and started the torturous kneading. One of them couldn't speak directly to my husband because he didn't speak English. My masseuse had to translate and direct him to adjust his pressure. Afterward, we were not even offered water, which is customary after releasing toxins during massage. We left standard tips on the massage tables, and they asked my husband for more tips on his way out. This place is the absolute worst, most unprofessional that we've ever seen. Had a massage at this place and it was awful.... the worst massage I ever had... I paid 100 for a couple massage to have someone basically rub lotion on me. I have gone on three occasions and their service has gotten worse each time... this last time... I set an appointment for a Friday night 7:30 and two women were our massage therapist... both me and my husband were not pleased.... my arms dangled from the table until they were numb... my feet weren't touched at all and my neck is still aching... they should be connected to the nail salon next door because you never quite know what quality you are going to get... My husband and I loved this place. We would come almost twice a week for the past 3 years but during our last visit everything went downhill. We called ahead, like we always do, to set up our appointment at 5pm. My husband gets the full body and I get the foot massage. We get there and we are told that we have to wait 20 minutes. We waited 30 minutes before my husband's massage was started. I ask how long for mine and was told 20-30 minutes. I left. My husband continued his massage. As I'm leaving another couple walks in asking for the same foot massage and proceed to get their started. I was extremely upset. When my husband left the lady was doing his massage did a terrible job. Will most definitely not be returning to this place. Can't beat the price for what you get! One of the techs cured my sciatic nerve back pain through an acupressure technique which is why I went here in the first place. I was almost crippled from back pain and refused to see a Dr who would just tell me to take a pain pill.. First session I was fixed! had a huge knot in my ankle area that was causing me all that pain! I've been every month since for the past year! Only downfall is the turn over rate is high. I get someone I really like for a couple times then they leave. Make sure to get a loyalty card! For every 5 visits you get that 5th one 1/2 off! I do one hour reflexology for $30. 08/15/18 11:00am Wednesday. Oh my oh my! Don't let the outside fool you it is in a strip center. I phoned ahead and made a reservation for an hour later. I was greeted promptly and taken back. I will admit I needed a foot massage terribly. I have taken up running again the last week. I lay back and he gets started on my scalp and shoulders. He also massage my hands and arms. The hands could have been given more deliberate attention. He then gets started on my feet I will say that it is by far the best foot massage I have ever had. He did some stretching of my ankles which was wonderful. I am thinking my massage is done then he has me turn over and works on my thighs and shoulders and neck! Soooo great! $40 for over an hour. They have a sheet on the counter with a guide for tipping. He was so good I had already decided to tip him $10. I might have been offended, but the massage was worth it. Others might be though. I am one who personally loves deep tissue massages...but these people go so deep that it causes pain and makes it impossible to relax. Even after asking twice, the massage never got easier. As I paid out I said thank you and went to leave and the lady at the desk requested I leave a tip for the guy who gave the massage. I am typically one to tip when I feel it is deserved, but they do not work for tips and tips should be earned. I did end up tipping because I felt they wouldn't let me leave until I did...do NOT recommend and I will never go back! read more

They are very good..excellent massages at an affordable price. You just have to communicate what you need.

This place is dark from the outside so it looks a little scary but it is fine on the inside. When you walk in there is a reception desk and a woman working there when I was there. There is a curtain that leads to the rest of the massage area. The advertise price on their brochures that are in a box outside of their door are not correct and you will be charged more than what is advertised on the brochure. I don't know how legal that is but that's what they do. You can however get the 60 minutes of reflexology for $30 which is printed on their door. I chose 40 minutes of massage and 40 minutes reflexology. The 40 minutes of massage is in a private area with a curtain between you and the rest of the room and a typical comfortable massage table. You can Undress to whatever level you are comfortable with. They do use a lot of oil as indicated in other peoples reviews. So be sure that you're not trying to go somewhere and look decent after you are done. I am a medium to light level of pressure customer and they were able to reduce the firmness. I think they were surprised at how light I like it. However they do not ask anything about your health or previous surgeries or anything before they go to town on you. And it's hard to communicate to them because of the language barrier. So I couldn't fully relax since I've had a three level neck fusion and I'm always worried that someone is going to mess it up. They did not it was pretty comfortable and enjoyable. However I would not get a massage there again just because I couldn't get as relaxed as I would like and I couldn't communicate to them exactly what I wanted. As far as the reflexology goes I would definitely recommend it. You are treated to a lounge chair that is very comfortable and I had them add a pillow underneath my lower back which made it perfect. I had seen other people bring headsets to listen to their own music however they do play instrumental music that I believe is American not Asian. So it is definitely relaxing however sometimes you can hear them whispering or when their clapping other peoples skin you could hear that so if you want all of those kinds of noise gone I would recommend bringing your own earphones. Otherwise you start with your feet in a basin of water with knobs on the bottom that are very nice and lightly massaging as you move your feet around. Above you the masseuse is giving you a full neck and head massage. That head massage was the best massage I have ever ever had on my head. I almost went to sleep they even massage your temples and face to really help you relax. Again if you're wanting to go somewhere after this I don't think it's a good idea I have banks and I had greasy bangs and they were sticking straight up when I was done. Just a note of warning. After that they lay a towel over your eyes and they also lay a towel over your body and just your shins and below are exposed then they use lots of oil and start massaging your entire foot toes ankle and up your leg to just below the knee. 60 minutes of this treatment is sure bless and the pains that I came in with felt much better afterwards. I would definitely recommend going for the reflexology treatment as far as the massage I would go somewhere else. Of course this is just my own two cents. Also when checking out I was going to add a five dollar tip since I already been price gouged on the cost of the service because I was going off of the brochure they have outside and those have not been updated. The lady said in broken English that they have tip ranges for the service prices and showed me a sign they made of what a tip should be depending on how much you spent on your service. Basically she was telling me that I wasn't tipping enough. At that point I felt like not tipping at all. So I ended up just giving them some cash for a tip and paid for my service. But just wanted to give you a forewarning so that you're not shocked when it happens to you. read more

Have had 2 massages here in the past, and they are great! But... poor customer service. Whatever you do, DONT buy a Groupon. They will not let you redeem on the weekends, and they never have an appointment available when I try to schedule. I could walk in as a full paying customer and not have to wait, but have to schedule an appointment 4 days in advance since I have a Groupon. Disappointed to say the least. All I can say is that was life changing. I came in and got a 30 min foot + 30 min back massage with Tony and he was amazing. He got all my areas in my back and focused on the areas he knew needed it. My foot massage was great, he even used hot stones. My body feels so much better and the tension I had is gone. I will be back at least once a month to see Tony specifically. My ex surprised me with a visit one day because I had been having some back pain. I have to say the massage that I received was wonderful. We got the basic foot massage but I was unaware that they actually massage your entire body. With clothes on this massage was awesome I can only imagine what a true full body massage will feel like. I randomly went into this building since I drive by it anytime I go to Petsmart just to see how much it was...I don't know if it was a special deal or if they always charge this but it was $30 for a 50 minute reflexology on my feet and 10 minutes on my back. So I went ahead and gave it a try. It was truly wonderful. They take you into this larger room with rows and rows of beds and they have you lay down and cover your eyes. It's very quiet and peaceful even though there were other people in the room. I noticed they had privacy rooms I guess for a more traditional massage if you want to get one of those. The employees were all very nice and attentive to my comfort. I felt really good and slept well that night afterwards. 5 stars, I'll be returning for sure. read more

I was in town visiting family for Thanksgiving and thought it would be a nice treat for my mom and me to get a foot massage together. I live in Los Angeles and get reflexology therapy often. I didn't expect Feet Worth to offer the exact same quality of what I'm used to but I also didn't expect it to be so poor. Stroking my foot up and down with pressure for 10 minutes is NOT reflexology (NO pressure was applied to reflex areas or zones except for a minute on my toes.) I do not think the masseuses are trained in proper reflexology therapy. Also, I opted for a short back and shoulder massage. It started out ok...just whatever...nothing special or great about the massage...like I could probably do a better job. Then it got terrible. When the masseuse was working on my lower back, he was standing in front of me and as he would reach down my lower back his crotch would bump the crown of my head. At first I thought it was an accident, then with every stroke on my back I would get a head bump with his crotch...this has NEVER happened to me when getting a massage...EVER. After the 5th head bump, I moved my head down lower on the massage table further away from him and at that point he started working back up to my upper back so he didn't have to reach over me as much, meaning bumping my head with his crotch was no longer an opportunity. Looking back, I should have said something but I was honestly confused...like did he think that was proper technique or was he a perv? I suspect it was the latter. It was really a horrible experience. My mom also received a back massage and today the back area of her neck is swollen and she is in pain. She said she thinks her masseuse did not know what he was doing. Needless to say I will never be returning to Feet Worth. Train your masseuses in proper reflexology therapy. I'm not sure if Texas requires a license for this type of massage therapy but they should because it is very specific. Also, I would question if their massage therapists all have a license for basic massage therapy...didn't feel like it. Finally, let your male masseuses know that they should NEVER bump a female's head with their crotch. Seriously, W-T-F?!? read more

It is an odd arrangement with 3 rows of reflexology stations - while I wasn't private, it was actually quiet and peaceful. They do have private rooms for traditional massage - but their standard service is amazing and only $30 for an hour. Super relaxing and therapeutic. read more
