I was very worried about my dog but he would send me pictures and updates about his health so I can enjoy my vacation. When I got back from my vacation I couldn't put his drops in by myself and Pat continued to come by and help me out with a Cosmo. Truly going above and beyond has call of duty. Last night Cosmo was attacked by another dog in his face and was bleeding profusely I called Pat and he drove me to an animal hospital. Once again going above and beyond the call of duty. Not sure what I would've done without him last night. So if you're looking for a pet sitting service that truly cares about your Pats I highly recommend Pat and Jen

Day care, boarding, and the other services (ie. nail trimming, etc) are top notch. When our dog is there she only spends time in a crate for nap/sleep time. The rest of the time it is open play in a gym-like area or outside. You know the place is pretty awesome when your dog, upon know she is in the parking lot, goes nuts and can't wait to get inside and then greets the staff by giving kisses and rolling around on the floor.

The one thing I have to…read moresay is that this is a very fun place for dogs it looks like they're all happy in there and you can actually view how your dog is doing with other dogs where there's cameras everywhere. Which is pretty epic I think and the one thing I would say is when I went to the front they didn't want to hand me over the dog so they're being very careful which is a good thing to hand me over the dog I'm sitting for today. As a matter of fact she was being very careful given me the dog to take with me. Even though they know my name and they knew I was coming in today. Furthermore they had his name wrong and they called him a different name which I corrected them. So other than that I have sat this particular dog several times in the past and I always pick them up at Dogtopia, love this! I also noticed they do have dog treats in the very front and a jar. That was a nice gesture to give treats to visitors and their dogs bringing them in or taking them. As a dog lover myself definitely would recommend this location they're very careful with your dog and make sure they're treated with great respect and treated very well. They even send you home with a report card of how the dog did while being at this Cool place! One negative I have to point out they have a school right across the way for children so they do tend to have a lot of parking and 1 guy that was backing up almost hit me today. I had to yell at him but he seemed like he might have been a little off. Picking up his children. So that is the only negative I have to say is that when people are picking up their children you could back into them so you have to be very careful at this location. Other than that I'm sure I'll be back again for another dog sitting job. Happy yelping guys!

I was very worried as I haven't left them for more than a couple days with anyone before. They had me leave the dogs for a daycare for a few hours free of charge to see if they would get along with the other pups and they did great! The owner really knows how to introduce dogs to each other safely and with minimal stress. We receive pictures of the pups having a great time almost daily and upon request. We're so lucky to have them so close to home! They really took great care of our dogs and they got lots of play time with other pups. The price was also very competitive. I 100% recommend them and I hope you don't waste your time and/or money with some of the price gouging facilities that don't actually care for your dog. They came in over once the sitter in the house was to buzz sending me text messages then getting to know my dog so she could walk her I have to work all weekend long and they just cancel the service with no warning or anything so now I'm stuck and my dog will be in the house for over 8 hours by herself. Gusto Dogs is really the best! I first contacted Kristen when I moved downtown, and my biggest…read moreconcern was not being able to come home in the afternoons to take my dog out. Kristen and David (one of Gusto's dog walkers, and really, like, the greatest guy) came out to my apartment to meet my dog and set up a game plan. Everything clicked. I wasn't worried about not being there for my dog, and even more important, my dog was happy. But it's been all of the extra stuff that really makes these guys the best. 1) They're pros. These are not neighborhood kids trying to make extra money over the summer. I have absolutely no incidents to speak of. My dog is safe and happy when he's with them. 2) They go out of their way to provide the best service. Whenever I've had to make a last-minute change in my schedule, they've ALWAYS found a way to work around it so they can be there when I need them, even going so far as to rearrange their own schedules. One weekend, my fiance and I had overlapping trips and neither of us would be home for a 24-hour period. Kristen and the team were ready with a plan for swinging by throughout the day, making sure our dogs were fed, taken out, played with, and then put to bed. Oh, and my fiance's dog -- a very big ridgeback mix -- had just undergone serious knee surgery and had a strict medication schedule. No sweat for these guys. When I got home, everyone was happy and healthy. 3) Speaking of my fiance... it actually took me a little while to convince him that it was worth it to get his dog out for the daily walks. He had gone two years without needing someone to take his dog out in the afternoon, why pay someone to start doing it now? But it only took a week for us to notice a difference. His dog is BIG and VERY energetic, but with a 20-30 minute walk in the middle of the day, he's much calmer when we get home from work. Still a big barrel of fun and energy, but not running laps around the coffee table. 4) (And last one, promise) Our dogs love these guys. Their reaction when David shows up is hilarious. It's like their super-fun uncle just got there to take them out. As a dog owner, it makes me really happy to see my dog so happy. So, like I said, the Gusto team is amazing. We plan on using their services as long as they're offered (hopefully, forever). Could not recommend more highly.

We have utilized their services frequently for giving food, medicine, and lots of attention to our cats when we travel. I know that my sweet (and very affectionate) elder cat is in great hands when we are away from home, and am especially comforted when texts and pictures are sent letting me know that everything is ok. Gusto Dogs even has a special little helper who loves to give plenty of gentle pets when she has the chance to visit. They are insured, reliable, trustworthy, and so compassionate about animal care. I never worry for a second when we are away from home.
