I'd rather naw off my own finger than deal with Brad Clark or any his team ever again. Like other reviews warned, he will take over half your deposit for an already clean house. He is absolutely useless when fixing things that are the owners responsibility. He useless at everything, to be honest, and that fact that his entire career is based on managing and logistics is a complete joke. You'd be saving your money and mental health by not renting from these people. Feel free to reach out with any questions. I have at least 37 emails from Brad giving me the runaround I can forward.

They have to be the most incompetent, asinine company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From the moment we moved in we had problems. The mailbox they had was outdated and would soak our mail when it rained, on top of that the key would barely work so I told them they needed to fix the issue because I was unable to get my mail at points and they tried to tell me to contact USPS because it wasn't their mailbox. I quickly confirmed that was a lie (there was no USPS logo but I called the post office just to confirm). When I called them back, they confessed it was in fact their mailbox and they ended up replacing it with a USPS mailbox so they wouldn't have to deal with the same issue ever again. Problem solved, right? Wrong. They purposely gave me a key that didn't work. Because well.. they are trash. We found cockroaches immediately after moving in and they took a month + to get the house sprayed. Missing/torn screens, blind slates, etc. took several months to replace. They wouldn't maintenance the tree that covers our patio - it's mostly dead and drops leaves and bugs on everything. Everything felt like pulling teeth. They are worthless. Anyways. You've reached the grand finale.. They had us move in without disclosing that their was a active & vicious "navy service" German Shepard next door - which of course we only met after signing the lease. This is something we would of never accepted had we known (we have two small dogs under 10 pounds). This dog had been biting chunks out of our adjoining fence. So what did these slumlords do? They proceeded to tell me they couldn't do anything and that dogs will be dogs. When I threatened them in the event myself or my animals got injured (the fence had holes big enough for the dog to fit it's snout/mouth through) they decided to pay a worker from Home Depo to come and nail plastic planks across the fence. I kid you not..they didn't replace the janky fence. They put PLASTIC PLANKS across it. Our dogs ended up getting into an altercation one day in which the owner allowed his dog to clamp onto my forearm as I was reaching for my 9 pound Pom to avoid him getting chomped to death - I had to go to Urgent care and now permanently have a scar on my arm. If the dog hadn't been "federal property" and the laws weren't so difficult around that, I would of sued this management company and made sure the owner lived in a bush. There are a million places to rent STEER CLEAR from these imbeciles, they're all as dumb as a box of rocks. I was actually looking forward to the day they tried to pull ANYthing with our $$$ - I had a lawyer waiting on speed dial. Brad, Alysa and Raul - GOOD RIDDANCE, don't let the door hit you on the way out! Oh & P.S. if anyone reading this doubts any of this, feel free to message me - I have receipts for days!

My experience with Cameron was great until it wasn't. He went completely ghost and did not put in the contract with the sellers that they could take the pots in my front porch. They were there the day before for the walk-through. Cameron mentioned the sellers would be taking some plants,(he should have put that in the contract if the sellers wanted to keep) come to my surprise the day I get the keys. The two front plants are completely gone! Completely unacceptable also during the inspection as well many things were missed, and Cameron and his team recommended this person.. Disappointing experience due to a lack of professionalism, communication, and transparency…read more Our primary contacts throughout the leasing process were Daniel Morgan and Raquel. After we initially declined the lease because the rent was outside our budget, the homeowner personally reached out and invited me back to the property to meet his family and neighbors, answer questions about the home and neighborhood, and discuss the rental terms. Following that meeting, we reached an agreement on a revised rental price, and Daniel and Raquel sent us an updated lease reflecting those terms. We took the time to carefully review the lease and ask questions before signing, as anyone should when entering into a legal agreement. During that process, we felt pressured to sign the lease quickly, despite simply trying to understand the terms of the agreement. We ultimately signed the updated lease and promptly submitted the requested security deposit in good faith. Based on our understanding that we were moving forward with this property, we declined other rental opportunities, which were no longer available when we unexpectedly had to resume our search. What followed was, in our view, the most concerning part of the entire experience. After signing the lease and submitting our security deposit, we received no communication whatsoever from the leasing company regarding next steps, confirmation that our documents had been received, or when we could expect a countersigned lease. We found this unusual and reached out ourselves the following day. Only because we initiated that conversation were we informed that the property had continued to be shown after we had already signed the lease and submitted our deposit. During that conversation, we were told that another applicant had offered the original asking rent and that the owner had decided to move forward with that applicant instead--just 10 days before our scheduled move-in date. While our security deposit was ultimately returned, the handling of this transaction fell well below the level of professionalism, communication, and transparency we expected. We invested significant time and effort into this process, including meeting with the homeowner and his family, negotiating revised lease terms, carefully reviewing the lease, signing the agreement, submitting a substantial security deposit, and making housing decisions in reliance on the understanding that we were moving forward. Our real estate agent, who has more than 20 years of industry experience, told us she had never encountered a situation like this. Regardless of the legal status of the lease before it was fully executed, prospective tenants deserve timely, transparent communication--especially after signing a lease and submitting a security deposit. In our case, we received no proactive communication and only learned that the property was no longer available because we contacted the leasing company ourselves. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company. We encourage prospective tenants to obtain written confirmation regarding when a property will be removed from the market and when their tenancy is considered secure before signing documents, submitting funds, or declining other housing opportunities.
