They took the time to special order one for me since what I was looking for was not available (my research had shown they were somewhat hard to get so this was not a surprise). It was right at the end of model year 2013 and they were kind enough to go over the pros and cons of ordering a 2013 vs a 2014 which I don't think a lot of dealerships would have done. Agreeing to the price was very easy and once I placed the order they did a great job of keeping me updated on its progress as it was being built. The Wrangler actually came in a month earlier than we thought it would which was awesome because the weather that time of year was perfect for riding around with the top down. The day I came to pick it up they had everything ready for me and I was in and out of the dealership much faster than I ever thought I'd be. All in all a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Per a mishap at a quick lube business, I had to take my truck to Renaissance to get repaired…read morecorrectly. They were able to get me in very quickly, diagnose the problem and help with a path forward. The service manager, acting as a mediator, was able to communicate the issue and paperwork to the quick lube business where the mishap occurred. While there, I had the pleasure of talking to the sales manager also, frustrated by the situation that brought me there. He was very knowledgeable about ALL of the brands of vehicles they had an the lot. Though my truck is still there, waiting on an aftermarket part, I would recommend them. The only issue I have with them, not giving them 5 stars, is they do not have rental/loaner cars available yet. I believe this is because the business is still new. Hopefully that will change.

Chris also took care of this for me so I could get to work. Chris was great and I would highly recommend them for all your auto parts. Being a single, older female service like this is priceless.
