My full physical literally only consisted of my BP being taken and a generic blood panel that didn't even come back with conditions I already knew I had. It's basically a referral center, but even the doctors they refer you to aren't accepting new patients. To top off the horrible experience this place offers, Dr. Cuneo actually wanted to withhold vital information about my health. I've never heard a doctor so adamant about not sharing health information with their own patient. I'll definitely be following up with my lawyers as I'm not even sure that's legal. DO NOT GO HERE. They don't care about their patients.

Her quality of care is very high She is young and I used to be skeptical about young docs. No not her! She is a smoking gun when it comes to treating her patient. She is very current with the modern medical science. Her compassion for non-insured patients is beyond compare. She gives discounts on cash patients, sometimes I wondered how does she survive if she charges so low. For Dr. Tran it is not all about making money but making sure her patient is well at all or no cost. She is awesome and I highly recommend her. She also does same day appointments. Her front office and back office staff: changing at times. She always had a new assistant everytime I saw her but this did not change in my medical care. Check her out. You will not regret it.

Go home and get some rest and plenty of fluids. You know, crap like that. MAN, I hate doctors... ...or, at least I did, until I met Dr. Silverman. Lemme tell you something about this guy: I called his office one night complaining of really bad pain in my throat. It was about 5pm on a Friday night and I had no idea who to go to - the emergency room is never a help ANYWHERE, so I chanced across Dr. Silverman's name in the yellow pages. His staff was very friendly and squeezed me in THAT NIGHT so I could see the doc, who even though it was close to time for the office to close by my appointment (they close at 7, thank the moons!) still stayed to talk with me... ...and man, did he ever! Not only did he find out what was wrong and prescribe antibiotics, he sat down and talked with me at length about my entire medical history, helping me to get some help with other issues that I had always wanted help with! He was kind, attentive, and made me feel like a valued patient that he actually had a vested interest in healing! Imagine that! We have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes to be seen. The front desk staff, medical assistants, and doctors are all very attentive. Visits are addressed very quickly/efficiently, but we alao never feel rushed. I have chronic pain and complex conditions. They always show me respect when I am trying to suss out how to approach a nagging issue until I can see my specialists or PCP. Sometimes all I need is an ear and to make sure I'm okay, and they do just that. My son has asthma and severe allergies during seasonal changes. It's never been an issue coming in every three months to talk about another flare up and how to manage it until we can see his PCP. Bonus points for location! Oil change and car wash in the same lot. Coffee and donuts across the street. A block east there is a Rite Aid, a Whole Foods, Dollar Tree, Burgerville , and McMenamins.

What I don't appreciate is being told incorrect information, and getting no response from them when I reach out. I.e. I was told to go to a walk-in clinic for a specific test, it needed to be done quickly. I drove to the clinic they suggested, that test is not available there. I then try to call the office and reach out via their portal, and do not get a single response. I get frustrated and just decide to deal with the pain. Ultimately I ended up going elsewhere to take care of my issue. Ultimately, I understand they're busy, most places are, I can look past this. Then the very last time I went, was for a routine visit, in which case, after being checked in and brought to a back room, the person taking my vitals started questioning whether or not my insurance was going to cover my annual visit. I said I believe it would, it usually does (It would have been, I checked with my insurance after this) -- however, instead, they suggested canceling this appointment and making a later appointment in the year because the insurance coverage was unknown. I was now questioning things myself, so I agreed. Before I left, they sent in a very nice woman to have a brief conversation about how my life is doing currently, and that was that. I now see my insurance is being billed over $300 for that. I also owe a balance. Insurance Code 99213. To tell some random person I didn't know that it's hard raising young kids under the age of two. And the weather is nice. Less than 5 minutes. I really want everything to work out at this place, but I am really starting to question things.
