    Carter Move Mug

I purchased 75 Carter move mugs with custom business logo to give out to clients. I was attracted to this brand due to the sleek simple design, this is still true. The problem is not the design, the problem is I've had MANY clients tell me theirs leak, along with multiple ones I have kept for myself also leak. Great design but defective product. I don't not recommend purchasing this mug.

Be very interesting store with a variety of tea kettles coffee makers drink containers and related items. Very different and artistic. They were having a 20% sale but it was not clear exactly what items were on sale.

I was gifted a Pour Over brewing set last year which took me a long time to try make a good cup of coffee. It improved after a few months, however my coffee was still not quite as good as I could brew from a French Press. After doing a bit of reading on how to brew pour over coffee, plus learning a lot of useful information from James Hoffman's YouTube videos, I decided it was time to add a Gooseneck Kettle to my collection of coffee accoutrements. After browsing the various options I decided to go for the Fellow Stagg EKG electric gooseneck kettle. This was quite an investment since it is one of the more expensive gooseneck kettles on the market. I chose the regular Stagg EKG kettle, not the one with bluetooth capability. Bluetooth seemed like overkill to me. Does a water boiler need bluetooth? The Fellow Stagg EKG gooseneck kettle is beautiful and well made. It is sleek and modern. And it comes in a variety of finishes and trims. I bought the basic black one. It was very easy to figure out how to use. And it was a game changer in my pour over coffee. The gooseneck provides so much better control. My cup of coffee improved exponentially compared to my previous inadequate attempts (not using a gooseneck kettle). Making pour overs is now fun. Absolutely no regrets. The basic kettle has some nice features. You can toggle between Fahrenheit and Celcius. There is a dial to select the exact temperature you want your water heated to. And a "hold" toggle, for keeping the water at that set temperature for up to an hour. I am so impressed with the Stagg EKG kettle that I will save up for the Stagg [XF] Pour Over Set. The only downside is that these Fellow products are on the expensive side for anyone who is on a budget. I ordered the Stagg EKG Electric Kettle in February and within a few months, the wooden knob on the lid started to crack. I know better next time to oil the knob... I stopped by the Mission retail store yesterday to inquire about a replacement lid and staff checked their stock and gave me a replacement lid on the spot - just like that! Awesome customer service! Thank you so much!!!

The Lid disintegrated and leaks and also happened to a gift I gave to a friend.

Had been over zealous about supporting this company and bought 3 sets of products for friends and family as gifts and bought my own Carter mugs for myself monogrammed and all. I was so excited when I received it and proudly brought it to work and felt good about not wasting cups at cafes and keeping my coffee hot all morning! The honeymoon did not last long. Despite replacing the lid the Carter leaks big time and worse the interior is peeling off! I really liked the stylish look of this as well as how hot it kept my coffee. I even had many compliments on its design originally and proudly directed them where to buy Fellow Products. Their customer service is troubling and what should have been exchanged is now going unfortunately into landfill. Additionally they market a discount to teachers and students but don't honor it. I have spent about $500 there and originally felt like I would be loyal for the long haul but between not being accountable for their products as they iron out glitches and with friends telling me their Carters are also leaking, I will continue my search for a quality no-spill coffee mug. Do Better Fellow- replace my Carter using your updated fixes and make this hassle- free so I can restore my original faith in your products

Where do you guys recommend parking?

Hi there! Street parking is available between Valencia St and Dolores St, and metered parking is available on Valencia during the week. We hope this helps!

I brought in two 10lb co2 tanks that I got in a marketplace bulk brewing purchase. My tanks were expired so I got some extra helpful info. co2 tanks expire every 5 years and need to be recertified. If your tanks are expired you can exchange the same size here for a fee plus the refill fee. A 10lb tank exchange is currently $45 for a certified tank plus the refill fee. They don't trade up or down sizes and they didn't have any 10lb in stock but are expecting more in a few days on the next delivery so I left with the empty tanks that I brought. I've driven past this place thousands of times and funally had a reason to stop in and check it out, I will go back here next time I need to.

Great place for CO2!…read more Drive up and there was an employee that was already helping another customer. He was helping load their tanks. He saw me and asked if I had a refill and I handed the tank to him. He told me to go inside and tell them I had a 20 pound tank refill. I went inside and within 30 seconds, 3 people said, "We'll be right with you". Why 3? They were having a team meeting it looked like but the front desk person wasn't there to help me immediately. They were all so polite and nice! After about 5 minutes total, I had paid and walked outside. The tank was already waiting for me outside! I had never been here or dealt with a gas filling situation but this place made it SO SO easy. Cost for a 20 pound CO2 tank was about $50. They did have a $0.39 per pound surcharge due to a shortage. They also had it as a different line item as a "temporary surcharge" so I have no reason to believe they're trying to gouge their customers. Normally it'd have been ~$35.
