I was referred elsewhere by my insurance and just felt I should stop and see what Mark or Eric had to say about my vehicle damage and repairs. It was brought to my attention that continuing to drive my vehicle could lead to more damage, so I decided to leave it at Airport Auto. Eric was managing my repairs and expeditiously provided a thorough estimate providing it to my claims representative. Eric had spent an excessive amount of time dealing with my incompetent field claims representative who horribly underestimated my damage and repairs. Needless to say, Eric stayed strong and did not let this person manipulate him into accepting lower quality parts or perform low quality work and repaired my vehicle to its previous state. They told me they could continue looking into it, but also mentioned that these types of warning signals "sometimes happen," which didn't give me much confidence. On top of that, I noticed my car was returned without proper care there was dirt left in the back seat. At this point, I no longer trust this shop to handle my vehicle.
