When arriving we were quickly seated and ordered. I ordered the small pho with steak and meatballs. I also ordered Vietnamese iced coffee and a water. The water was quick but the food seemed to take awhile, but I saw very few working. The part that was surprising was that the coffee didn't come out until we were paying the bill. This is hands down the best pho and banh mi place in all of okc and I've eaten at almost all of them! The servers are very nice and quick. Restaurant is very clean and simple. But oh my god this grilled pork banh mi sandwich made me wanna throw myself out this booth!!! 10/10 so fkn good!!!! And the pho is high quality with real chicken breast not that weird rubbery chicken a lot of other places use. They can take all my money here!!! I was very much surprised with this place. It was a rainy day, so pho it was. You are greeted as soon as you walk in, and the restaurant is very clean. I liked that there was an option to choose the choice of meats you'd like in your pho. I chose shrimp and rare steak while my partner got rare steak and brisket. Both for the price of $11.99. Couldn't visit without getting the crab Rangoon, will admit it was over cooked. But overall the pho made up for it making it worth coming back for another visit. I'm never in this area, so I thought I'd give this pho restaurant a try. Pho 54 offers a decent dining experience, though it falls short of being exceptional. The pho is flavorful, but the broth lacks the depth and richness I look for. The portion size was great, and there were a good amount of noodles and meat. The restaurant's ambiance is comfortable and casual. The service is friendly, though a bit slow. I ordered the crab rangoons as well as a P9. I would pass on the rangoons next time as I felt like the cook on the bottom of the wrapper was a bit under, but the cook on the wrapper towards the top were a bit over. Great location and friendly staff. The place is bright and spacious. The prices here are lower than other Vietnamese restaurants. But I wasn't pleased with the food and coffee. Vietnamese coffee had the flavor of one, but it's watery. I was disappointed with my bun bo hue. It had a good portion size, but it was not authentic tasting. It's only spicy due to the red pepper flakes and lacks the flavor of lemongrass and onions. We might give it another try; maybe their pho is what they do best. read more

V-1 is so so delicious. The pork has a crispy edging that's so flavorful. There is a large amount of vegetables of not just noodles. Green leaf lettuce on the bottom. I was so excited to try this new place. As a lover of Pho, I was happy to know that there was another option in the Mid-Del area. - Convenience - The location is in an easily accessible place. Near the highway, nearby hotels, and the Air Force base. The food was prepared very quickly! I was in and out. - Food - The shrimp tempura was pretty standard. The rare steak pho was delicious. However, in comparison to other local Pho places, I usually feel more full from a small bowl. In addition, the amount of Thai Basil that was given was kind of skimpy in comparison to other Pho spots. - Service - Pretty standard. Since our go-to Vietnamese restaurant in MWC closed, we tried this place in Dell city last time we were in town. I always get a vermicelli bowl and it's hard to mess those up so it was good as expected. To date we haven't found a restaurant where we like the fish sauce as well as we did our old restaurant but not going to count off for that. The decor is a little stark for my taste but I'm not a minimalist. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we were never checked on and I was close to running out of tea.
