I don't feel rushed or as if I'm a bother. The provider Dr Lee is also very knowledgeable and always willing to hear my concerns and never tries to hurry out of the room for the next patient. He has done all possible to assist with my medical issues. The office manager Brenda is also very kind and available whenever paperwork is needed for work or any concerns. The wait is a bit long but because Dr Lee doesn't rush through his patients.

Tried to call back today and after being on hold for 15 minutes I hung up. I only wanted to cancel the appointment but on their website there isn't a place to do that.

The doctor had an amazing bedside manner. She was gentle, professional, and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. My husband and I honestly had a blast with them. Super friendly, easygoing, and they made the entire process feel fun instead of clinical. We also recently moved, and the techs here took the time to explain materials and add-ons in a way that actually made sense. In over 20 years of wearing glasses, no other place has ever broken it down for us like that. I was diagnosed this April with Cataract's that required surgery in both my left and right eye. I did my due diligence and searched the internet for the best laser eye specialists in the inland empire. What I was most fortunate to find the Lobue Laser Eye Center which possesses a father/son team. Both are very highly rated surgeons . I had the pleasure to interact with both of them. I frequent Target for various shopping sprees, having walked by this optical store many times. Eye exams are $75 or so. The designer and off-brand eyeglass frames - which are select, fashionable and functional kept me enthralled, really. I just happened to make an appointment for an exam while I casually strolled in to take a peek at the frames. Last check was a few years ago. Dr. Vanessa Ceballos, OD has a great chairside manner, explaining everything she's doing with the techno gadget used for checking vision and for checking for glaucoma. We discovered some minor, age-related issues that can be easily corrected by an ophthalmologist; once that's done, I won't even need glasses, but for reading. Boo bummer, sort of. I had three, jazzy frames picked out for some transition lenses I had in mind, suggested by the gracious, enthusiastic receptionist, Zoey. Let's not forget Angel. He's ever so amiable on the phone and in person. Loved the experience. No lengthy waiting. Dr. Ceballos gently got to the point to fix the problem. I like the frames I chose so much, I'm going to get non-prescription polarized lenses for a new set of shades. Bamm! They cater to all ages, even kids. Who knew?

Wow, this review is long overdue…read more After moving back from Las Vegas many years ago, our family searched for and tried several other Eye Docs in our local area. Sadly, none of them were what are family was looking for in this type of provider. After searching again, we found Dr. Jury's practice! We have been patients of Optometric Vision Experience for maybe 9 years now: we could not be happier with Dr. Jury and his entire staff, from the front counter to frame searching, frame fittings and drop-in frame adjustments. His office and staff are always very accomodating for scheduling our family's annual eye exams and any appointments we may neeed for any type of eye/vision concern. Dr. Jury himself is great eye doctor and our family is very lucky to be his continued patients. He is thorough, patient, and answers all all our questions in an easy to undestand manner.
