The man behind the counter was really rude to me and just kept saying (about 5 times) that they were a cement contractor company and said their cement had a sealant in it and it didn't look like it was crumbling to him. Turns out when I…read moreplaced the order providing ALL the information needed that the third party floral service did not give them the delivery address, but no one called me or my daughter since they did have her phone number, supposedly my phone number was not provided; either way, no follow-up calls to remedy the situation was made. Had I not called the floral shop directly to double check on the delivery, I would not have known. Terrible disappointment and terrible service. Fresh Ideas should not use BloomFlower as a third party, now I consider them to be just as incompetent!
