Don't even bother. They lie to you from your very first phone call. We called them twice to confirm the availability of a specific car they have promoted on Offer Up. I was assured several times that the car was available as well as several others just like it. I asked them to please be honest because it was a long drive for us and they responded that they would never do that to us..... well they did. When we got there, the person on the lot didn't know what we were talking about. They try to lure you in by telling you exactly what you want to hear and push another car on you. Purchased a car here in early August. If it wasn't for the salesman I would give 1 star. We came for a car that was advertised online for a reasonable price. Of course the car had sold the previous day in the evening. Initially I thought it was genuine but after reading the reviews, I see this is a technique they use to draw people in. That was fine because we found another car that we were interested in. The salesman was helpful and cordial. The main problem with this company is Joaquin, who handles the financial side of things. His unwillingness to even entertain a compromise is mind blowing, not to mention his limited ability to communicate effectively. His garbled speech is barely tolerable. We agreed to purchase a vehicle and went through with the process. At the conclusion of the deal, we mention that the vehicle had little to no gas and we asked "you're going to fill up the gas tank, right?" Joaquin says "I'm sorry it's Sunday and I don't have access to our gas card". I look at him in disbelief and jokingly state "you're kidding me right?, you're really going to sell us a car on empty with the low fuel indicator on",. He reaffirms that he doesn't have a way to pay for fuel. Mind you I had just giving him 4K as a down payment until I secure my financing with my bank. He begrudgingly gives the worker who is preparing our vehicle $10 to fuel it. Mind you this vehicle takes upwards of $70 to fuel up entirely. This needless to say, upset us quite a bit. We were given a temporary tag and told to return once the financing was set up through our bank. I returned two days later with a draft letter from our bank and ask him to void our temporary financing agreement and give us the tag. He goes on to say that he needs to wait until the check clears in order to proceed, which is understandable. This process usually takes 2-3 business days from what I gathered from asking around. 1 week passes and we hear nothing so I call the company and leave a message, that was never returned. 2 weeks pass and I show up in person after making two additional calls with no return call and he tells me in his garbled speech that "they are looking for the title". After almost 3 weeks I call to inquire on the status of the tag and the secretary says "your license plate is ready for pick up",. Joaquin didn't even bother calling me to tell me it was finally ready. I can't understand why a company would employ someone with such poor customer service, communication and follow up skills. Again,the salesman was nice but Joaquin is making this company look very bad in my opinion. I would be very reluctant to return or recommend this business based on the fact that a decision was made to employ such an incompetent individual. Trust me, the car you see that seems cheaper than all the others will have "been sold" but they'll have another for thousands more. They have cars that were supposedly sold weeks and months before but they leave them online just to get you to call or stop by. My experience with Ferco Motors Please check your car well before buying at Ferco Motors, if you do and have a problem they will process, process and process and they will not answer you. Ferco Motors is a company where I had the bad luck of buying a used car with 2 major faults that appeared a few weeks later and they did not respond and also offered me some things that were not true. I felt along with my wife as abused clients, who ignored our dignity, who made us waste time and money, but above all they humiliated us, made us feel that they were the powerful ones, that they had the papers that backed them up and that since we are not millionaires or anything like that, we were treated in the worst way possible. To those who have time I will tell my story in detail. On October 9 we went with Mrs. and Orlando took very good care of us, who upon knowing our new credit situation, gave us an alternative that we took thinking of buying a simple, cheap car that would not give us problems for about 6 months until we could change it. Orlando, when we took the car, a 2010 Dodge Nitro 4x4, explained to us that we should notify him of anything minor and they as a company would see it. On October 10, I inform you that I have problems with the water jets on the windshield, which do not work. He tells me to take it, I do it and they tell me that they are going to ask for the parts that they are going to change. All this in word, nothing signed trusting what the seller said. They tell me that they are going to call me to take him. This never happened. On October 26, I inform Mr. Orlando (the seller) again, that the car has a loud noise that needs to be checked. I went to the dealer for the third time and they checked it, they told me the mechanic was going to check it. Take it for the fourth time to the dealer. On Nov. 8, one month after the purchase, neither the detected noise, nor the windshield water jets, nor the driver's glass activation switch had been repaired. In addition, 30 days later, we did not have a copy of the signed contract, nor the financing documents, nor a copy of the insurance policy, let alone the sheet. I made direct contact with Rafael the Manager, to whom I told him that the car had a serious problem, that I had told the seller, and that according to my experience, it was a problem with the 4x4 that was acting permanently and had damaged differential. On the fifth visit to the Dealer, on Nov. 18, the Manager confirmed that it is a problem in the 4x4 and that it is an electronic part, that he does not know the name and that in the afternoon, through Orlando, he was going to give me the name to know its value. This never happened. He also tells me that he wants to solve the problem. After 40 days, from the purchase of the car, we still did not have a copy of the contract, the bank and the policy, in addition to still not having the Florida state plate, they had to give me a second temporary paper plate. They sent me a copy of the papers on Nov 18 in the afternoon, with the insurance payment date expired and ready to go to court for non-payment and the payment of the car payment to be paid on the 19th... of the sheet, nothing yet. I speak again with Orlando on Monday the 28th and he asks me to go speak directly with the manager. I go on Tuesday the 29th at 8 in the morning, and it turns out that the manager was off that day but apparently everyone had forgotten. I come back on Wednesday the 30th and at 9 AM I talk to the manager once more to find out if he has the name of the piece. They tell me that they are not going to buy any of the bad parts and I ask them to remove the driveshaft from the front wheels. He tells me yes, but to come back in 3 or 4 more hours, that is, around 1 in the afternoon. I arrive at that time, they remove the piece and by order of the same manager they put it back on instructions from the lawyer. In short, it wasted my time all day at work and I lost money that I couldn't work. In the end he sent me to a workshop to have the driveshaft removed. In summary I bought a car with a fault that the mechanics were not able to detect or if they knew they did not inform me. They did not respond at all and everything bad that I said to the seller was not fulfilled, on instructions from the manager, leaving the seller Orlando a liar. I am forced to pay for a car that has a fault, because otherwise my credit goes down. The people at Ferco Motors made fun of me and my family for more than 50 days and they didn't respond at all. When I spoke with Rafael, the "manager on duty", he said "what do you want me to do about it?" A company that doesn't value your time, or bother with communicating with you about your finances or the status of your purchase doesn't deserve your business. But I ended up going because I know everyone can have a difference experience, however I wasn't very pleased. Car prices are way over Kelly blue book value. The car I went to see had a check engine light and different shades of black on the rear quarter panels. Wasn't aware of these condition should've been disclosed because a check engine light and a damaged body shouldn't be ignored. They also offer way below Kelly blue book for trade ins. I can't even give a 1 star rating! These guys are the epitomy of the bait and switch used car dealers and why all used car stores are looked at with such disdain! I called to check that the 5 or 6 cars i was interested in were available and was told yes. I then explained that my daughter would be stopping by to test drive and if she liked one would be purchasing one with her financing from her credit union. Brad told me to come on down and he would help me. I called back and David assured me of the deal I discussed with Brad would be honored. Perfect! Oh wait, Brad isn't even at the dealership and neither is David and the cars I asked about which are on their website, were not there either, but, when my daughter showed up a salesman named Alex said he could offer her a few other options at about twice the price! I call my daughter back and talk to Alex who tells me the other guys aren't salesmen and work from home so they don't have any idea of what cars are at the lot. He then adds that he can for sure get my daughter financed for the more expensive car. Had to tell him we're not doing business with crooks like him and his friends. The kicker to this story is when my daughter was there, the salesman Alex and some others in the office were speaking in Spanish about my daughter and how they could get more out of the deal because she didn't know any better. I spoke and text "Nicholas" multiple times and an hour before going in about a few cars they had listed for sale and with clean titles, needless to say after driving almost an hour 1 way the car wasn't there. An absolute nightmare of a dealer. My salesman was named Frank which ended up being a scammer. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to getting myself involved with this nightmare of a dealer. When they sent the purchase agreement to me for signature, there were additional "fees" (not TT&L) that amounted to $1,384. They called me the next day after getting the vehicle asking if I want a vehicle and calling me John. My name is not John and didn't even realize who I was until I said my name. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM FERCO MOTORS I would like to start by saying I am a business owner and I would never leave a company a bad review but this is one of those rare cases. See attached photos for evidence. I bought a used 2015 Maserati Ghibli from Ferco motors in July 2019. I found the ad on eBay and finalized the transaction through Jorge Palmerola who was initially very helpful but turned out to be a moron. The ad read "Maserati GHIBLI SQ4 Spectacular condition low miles". This car was picked up to be delivered to Canada a few weeks later, the driver noticed a few things off the bat. None of the USB/Cigarette plugins were working, air was coming in through the front driver side window even when it was fully closed. The sun visor was broken. When I received the vehicle, I did a walk through inspection and noticed that the front bumper had a crack which they tried to fix and the passenger side door wouldn't open from inside. Also the USB and aux outlets were damage in the centre console and the front passenger door was missing a light. I made all these concerns known to the Jorge. After one day of driving this car, the check engine light came on. I took it to a reputable shop and they found out that it was MISSING AN OIL FILTER, ENGINE COVER and two screws in the engine compartment were also missing (see photos attached). This vehicle as mentioned above was advertised both on the website and eBay as a Maserati Ghibli SQ4. Few days later I was told by Maserati North America that it is indeed the base model. I WAS MISLEAD IN BUYING THIS VEHICLE THINKING IT WAS A DIFFERENT MODEL AS BOTH ADS SPECIFIED. I don't recommend this place at all. They know that they are selling faulty and problematic cars, and they will not take the full responsibility to either give you back the money and return the car or even repair the damages. I purchased a Chevrolet from there and after not even the first day it started bugging. ever since that happened, I took the car to the dealer for repairs at least 3 times in 1 week, all for the same problem. and when I demanded my 12,000 money back the owner only offered to pay 2,500 for the vehicle, what a joke. I'll admit, this is a tiny bit my fault for not doing my research, the chevy I purchased was for 12k, when I searched it up its easily worth 6k, these people WILL scam you if you don't know what you're doing. After considering making another purchase off this dealer, we saw a Toyota that I was going to purchase, but it had a problem in the breaks. I agreed to trade my Chevrolet and pay a little extra for the 2018 toyota, which only had one issue with the breaks. They agreed to fix it the same day and call me to come and purchase the vehicle. I went home to get the money and to wait for the call. The following is a summary of MY experience dealing with Ferco Motors and is solely MY opinion based on MY experience. Your mileage (experience) may vary. Do your own research and use your best judgement based on what you find: Seems to be a Bait & Switch Dealership!!! BEWARE!! So...I am looking to buy a commuter car and today I saw a handful of possibilities listed on Craigslist, two of which were advertised for sale by Ferco Motors. So, I phoned Ferco this morning about 2 cars they had advertised on Craigslist. Turns out, one of the cars had already been sold. OK. No biggie. However, the other car I called about was still available. Much to my shock and surprise, shyster 'FRANK' (Francisco) suddenly quoted the price of the car $2,000 ABOVE what was being advertised on Craigslist!! When I questioned him about what, to me, felt like an obvious bait & switch tactic intended solely to generate calls or get people into the dealership from Craigslist where they attempt to sell you a car at a MUCH higher price, he denied it stating the price he has on his 'server' is the correct price--NOT the Craigslist advertised price. Frank argued that the pricing in their advertisement was "an error" and that he would need to go talk to the owner (the man behind the curtain) to see if the dealership would honor the price THEY posted on Craigslist!! Classic 'slimy used car salesman' playbook!!! Frank when on to explain that he simply did not have the authority to honor the PRICE HIS OWN DEALERSHIP HAD ADVERTISED and that he would need to take my number and call me back. I then told Frank that if he did not have the authority, he clearly is not the guy I need to be speaking with and asked to speak with the Owner directly who apparently does have the authority to honor the prices they are advertising. Frank hung up me when I asked to speak to the owner.....Just hung up the phone!!! No 'Good-bye.' No 'Kiss my @$$.' No 'Adios.' NADA! Not a word! Just hung up!! Calling back....I got the 'manager' 'Joaquin' who further explained that the Craigslist advertisement is 'a mistake' and that THEY AREN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT APPEARS IN THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS....because, after all, "mistakes happen" according to Joaquin. In this case, a $2000 'mistake' that I only learn about when I call to inquire about the advertised car!!! Meanwhile....they still continue to advertise the car on Craigslist at the 'mistake' price!!!! Joaquin bragged to me that, in his opinion, Ferco is one of the largest used car wholesalers in south Florida. And yet, the truth of the matter is: the price they are asking for the car is, in fact HIGHER THAN THE NADA 'CLEAN RETAIL' PRICE BY $2000, according to NADAguides.com!!!! Apparently the only wholesaling going on at Ferco is the price THEY pay. Based on this particular car, they seem to sell cars at HIGHER THAN NADA CLEAN RETAIL prices. And retail pricing, a buyer can go to any dealer in the country and pay that!! Nothing special happening at Ferco!! And another 'mistake' I learned about in Ferco's advertisement AFTER calling on the car is they're claiming the advertised car has a particular highly desirable feature that the car actually DOESN'T EVEN HAVE!! Again...classic bait & switch tactic!! Educate yourself BEFORE you set foot on their lot! Don't be a sucker and fall for misleading Ferco pricing antics and false advertising tactics!! If they are so incompetent that they can't even get the car details right in a very basic & simple Craigslist ad, what competence do they have to inspect and repair used cars so they are safe for you to drive once you get it off the lot?! It's guys like 'Frank' and dealerships like Ferco that give used car sales people the negative reputation they have!! There are plenty of pre-owned cars for sale out there, at below retail prices, from more honest, competent and reputable sellers eager to have the money and a happy customer!! By the way....each time I asked to speak with the Owner, every employee I spoke with (3 total) all said, "The Owner is rarely ever here." And yet the employees selling the cars must 'get approval from the Owner' on pricing matters. So...while sitting there wasting time waiting to hear back from the sales person who's waiting to hear from the 'Owner,' they tried to coax me into a higher price that they said the can approve. Typical used car sales tactic!!!! If a car buyer is looking for a straight forward, no games, no BS purchase experience--this is NOT the place, based on my experience!!!! Again, the foregoing is merely my opinion based on my personal Ferco experience. Before waisting time with these guys, check with the S. Florida Better Business Bureau and Google 'Ripoff Report' + Ferco and decide for yourself if it's worth the risk!! DO NOT GO HERE. My girlfriend recently bought a used 2016 BMW 3 series from this location. The car has only been in her possession for 5 months and the entirety of brake system has to be replaced from the rotors to the caliper. The car clearly was not thoroughly inspected before being put on sale and she was also told the car had no issues, and that they would assist in anything she needed post purchase. After finding out about the brakes she reached out to get info on if the brakes passed inspection and why they would already be broken. The very rude person that helped her informed her that "there is nothing they could do because it passed inspection. " This is clearly not true, to make matters worse there is no brake sensor that went off which is clearly an issue that the team should have made her aware of when asked if there are any problems. Terrible service, tried to sneak an extra 2000 dollars passed me on the closing cost. Claimed the closing to be 9,600 out the door multiple times, attempted to talk me in circles in order to convince me it was a good deal and once we decided on 9,600 which I was hesitant on to begin with I realized while signing the paper work that it would be 9,600 after the 2k down payment that I already sent. I find it hard to believe that any of the 5 star reviews are legitimate. read more

2 Months Ago I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Tried taking my vehicle in to Nissan for a routine maintenance & was told that the vin plate on the drivers side windshield had been removed & the sticker on the drivers side had also been removed. When I tried reaching the dealer & advised them they said that it could of been the car had been stolen & they had to change the vin for that reason. Yet, when the vehicle was being sold the carfax did not state anything about the car being stolen nor did they disclose that the vehicle had been stolen. Personally I think this is fraud & I am going a step above to get this matter resolved as now my warranty on the vehicle is not valid. Plan on hiring an attorney to see how to hold them liable for not disclosing information. read more

This dealership posted a van we've been looking at for a while so we called immediately to make sure they had the van at the dealership so that we can go look at it. George answered the phone and confirmed that they had the van we were looking at: My husband read George the VIN number with the other vehicle information and they confirmed once again that they had it. We made an HOUR drive to this dealership with a 13 month old baby to go look at this van and when we arrived Alex told us that that van was having problems and they sent it to an auction, even though they JUST updated the posting that same morning, but tried to sell us another van pressuring us saying that someone was there to buy it at the moment. Obviously we said no & left. A few minutes after leaving, we see that the same dealership had posted the EXACT same van on OfferUp 56 minutes prior. My husband called them right away to see what they would say and they said that they JUST sold the white van, which OBVIOUSLY wasn't true. This dealership posts incorrect information on vehicles they carry in stock without a care in the world about the TIME, MILES & GAS people are WASTING. I have never had a horrible experience as much as I did with this place. If i could give negative 3 million I would. I bought a used car from there. It was a honda civic 2008. The only problem RAFAEL said it had was the starter. He assured me that they went to buy a BRAND NEW starter from the honda dealership to replace it before I received the car. LIES. I went home with the car and next day I had a flat tire, a taillight was out and guess what... the car wasn't even starting. So I was stranded. I called Rafael and told him (he was not going to help us) and my mom and I literally had to start crying on the phone for him to come tow the truck and take it back to fix what he said he had fixed already. Fast forward to a week later, I go to pick up the car and surprisingly enough they actually fixed the flat tire. I asked him what was wrong with the starter and he said that they bought a refurbished starter (to save money) of course, when he had told me they were going to buy a BRAND NEW starter. Also as I was there to pick up the car AGAIN I had to tell him to fix the taillight for me. I was also told that there was an oil change done and that everything with the engine was running good. Lies again... my engine light turned on about 3 days later and my maintenance light as well. So i have to go now to fix the thermostat, I am due for an oil change now, and I've only had the car for about a week. I was lied to from the moment I walked through those doors. As a customer that has just made a big purchase from them I would have assumed they would at least clean the outside of the car and the inside of the car. But NO.... they gave me a super dirty car with dirty fingerprints all over it and grease everywhere. I did see them cleaning nicer newer cars, which I assumed since I made a purchase from them they would at least clean the inside. Please I am telling you do not trust these people, I would have rather gone somewhere else and not have wasted so much time with these people. They just want their sale and don't really care about the customer service. They will tell you they are helping you out with the price but they're really not. Save your money and your time. Rafael is the one who helped me out and horrible experience, he seems nice at first but he is just lying to you to get the car out of the door. read more

My mom's car was totaled after 3 weeks without a car we decided to stop renting since the guy's insurance company was giving us the run around. She decided she didn't want to buy a new car, so used car it was. And since we didn't have a lot of money since the issue isn't resolved our best bet was to find a used car in good condition. I was getting scared with the ones people were offering her through her friends. Anyways, I went online and found a car from this dealer, checked the CarFax (said it had 3 accidents) and decided to call and maybe see it in person. From the moment I called it's been a great experience. I spoke to Roger G (ha! sounds like the phrase "Roger that" lol). He was very welcoming and friendly so ended up going the same day. Checked out a few cars in the lot and I was in shock by how new the cars looked were even if they were used. I'm not used to getting used cars, so I was a bit nervous and was expecting the worst. I called everyone on the Carfax to double check if there was any work needed to be done (I'm a girl with automotive background so I check every detail). But they pick out really good ones from wherever they get them from and they price them lower than all the other used lots in the area. I picked out a car and they were upfront about the cost since I wanted to pay cash (all prices online are cash price everywhere btw/fyi so don't get surprised if you want to finance or try to haggle). I met almost the whole office and they were nice to me and my mom. I decided to buy it the next day and as they were washing the car they heard a noise and the owner, Joaquin went above and beyond to take care of it without me even mentioning it. Right there I knew I had chosen the right place because it's shows they care about you and not just about selling. I even went over the shop and was even more impressed with the condition of the car from under. Roger kept me updated for the two days (it was over the weekend) they even fixed the key that was loose and we closed the deal yesterday, Tuesday. I took the car to my shop this morning and the boys were really impressed with the condition and the price, so I'm now sending people over as a thank you. I feel extremely confident & happy with this purchase. The only thing I have to get fixed is the door actuator of the front door and a bushing in the steering wheel and I just did the alignment at my shop.
