poor customer service, all employees here are crooks, especially "(carlos cruz)" they admit that they do things illegally in their workplace... and their cars are in poor condition... they don't report their car facts accurately to the state of florida. worst place to buy a car.... not customer service oriented, they make you believe all their cars are in great condition, i got my car at 43,000 miles... and in my purchase report, they reported to state of florida that i took it out with 78,000 miles, ive been disputing this for a while, but they have brushed me off many times, im getting my lawyer involved. second, ive heard from other buyers that their personal identity and social security number and all other info has been taken one way or another by this company.... now im afraid for my info being out there, ive even had to call the social security department and all credit bureaus to make sure my info is not used thanks to these people,. dont trust these people.... and to top it all off... carlos cruz told me that the "favor" that he was doing by giving me the copies of the papers and contract that i signed for my purchased vehicle was illegal..... and that if he wanted to, he could snatch it back from my hands, he got in my face and insulted me... when i am the one who bought the car and thanks to my purchase he has an illegal paycheck.... pass the word... dont buy from this dealer... they are all thieves... and very disrespectful... horrible staff and worst of all (carlos cruz) and this dealer allows these illegal actions and is a proud thief. dont buy your car here unless!!!! read more

Compré un AUDI A3 2015 y lo que me vendieron fue un problema al sacarlo tuve que regresar porq la pantalla se le prendieron todos los sensores al otro día lo recogí y tuve que volver a regresar porq tiene botadero de aceite por el cárter bota toda el agua del radiador y decidí no seguir con la compra de casualidad el banco que me iba a financiar me llama por cortesía y le digo todo los problemas que el carro tiene y paró el financiamiento el problema es ahora el manager me robó el Down payment que di que no me lo quiere dar y el carro está en el taller del Diler tampoco me a querido dar la carta que pide el seguro para yo poder cancelar el seguro es decir porq a él le da su gana hoy tuve que pagar un seguro por un carro que no está en mi poder no le recomiendo este lugar a nadie a no ser que cambien de administración read more

Found an Esclade online, for $19,xxx and emailed, called and left messages about it, no returns. So called again later in the day, was told they had it, I mentioned on cargurus (which is directly linked to their website) Shows it for 19,xxx but on the website it was 23,xxx , was trying to see if they would atleast meet me halfway due to their errors, and was told no it was $29.999, and he was like you cannot get an escalde for that price. The Vin provided online doesnt even pull valued on kbb, I was going to check the value myself. The agent that assisted me was Jose and I checked the value myself hes pricing it 4-6k over, and my attachments its for a 4WS NOT RWD, so the price should be even lower. I travelled to Miami from Pompano based solely on prior reviews. I was not disappointed. They have a great selection of vehicles in every price and milage range. I purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Jetta. Although vehicles are sold "as is", I had some issues discovered after driving off the lot. I called Gustavo, my sales representative. After checking with Rafael his manager, I returned to the dealer and all issues were addressed and corrected at no cost to me. They even bought me lunch. Horribly rude staff and GM George. Not willing to discuss details of higher end vehicles just engages or lack of with attitude. You are running a USED CAR LOT! NOT a high end name brand dealership. Used cars areca dime a dozen... if you plan to buy a high end ride worth more than $30k.... take your money elsewhere where you get professional sales people who don't just get a diamond once in a blue moon. FRECO deals in used buckets and an occasional diamond gets dropped in their laps they know nothing about. You don't make enough selling used cars to have such a bad attitude of grandeur. read more

Looking at these reveiws how are lowlife like this allowed to stay in business??? He ripped my son off many years ago on his down-payment. He said he was financed, but then said finance didn't go through weeks later and took the car. He lost thousands that he put down for the down-payment. I remember all of this once more when my husband went on line and started dealing with this guy ALEX from Miami.. it all came back to me No sale today lowlife. Reading the comment posted by Aaron F. comes to me as a surprise. I recently purchased my automobile from Ferco Motors and was extremely satisfied with the customer service and with my car. As I waited to be helped, I was immediately offered something to drink. I was even offered food later, when the rain kept me at the dealership longer than I had anticipated. I've had my car for almost 6 months now and haven't had a problem to date. As a matter of fact, Ferco even found a well priced extended warranty for me. Had a great experience with Jorge at Ferco Motors. Purchased a classic Porsche 928 through auction with Ferco and Jorge's professionalism was second to none. I was out of the country when the auction completed however needed another 2wks to get things processed. Jorge answered all my questions, accomodated all of my requests and even helped book a car hauler for delivery to me and did not try to profit off of the delivery. Hey!! Come one. You charge $800 dealer fee and $600 documentation fee = $1400 total for a car?? That's ridiculous man! I was looking at their 2014 Toyota Sienna. I talked with the sales manager, he gave me the out-of-the door price which is $3000 more than the price. I was astound. Then the told me that they have a $1400 hidden fee and other fees. My experience at Ferco was first rate. The car I originally wanted was held with a down payment, but the other 2005 Honda was available. I signed the "As is" standard purchase form and discovered the passenger door would only open from the outside. When I went to pick up the license plate and registration a few weeks later, I made an offhand comment about the door and they apologized for and fixed it! My experience here was great! read more

Car in pictures was different when in person, wheels and taillights were put on owners car. Bumpers had scratches that needed to be fixed. William and Gilbert agreed to price on car and contract was formed. Upon waiting for car to be ready, I called to find they sold car to someone else as is condition. Bottom line poor business and a shady operation. With so many car dealers in Miami there is no need to go to this place. read more

These guys are scam artists. Take this as a warning, they will lie and say anything to get you to buy a car from them. They told me my vehicle would only cost 18,000 and when everything was done, signed, and i checked with my lender, the total loan amount was 60,000 dollars.
