They installed the appliance and when it didn't work, they said that the connecting hose was bad when they hooked it up. Why wouldn't you say something when you saw that! For example, "Hey, I'll hook this up for you, but there seems to be a problem with the hose. You should have that looked at first." They just hooked it up anyway. Now the brand new dishwasher doesn't work AND we were unable to get back the old one, which probably still did work. The warranty we paid extra for is now useless because the company will charge for the service trip if it is found that the dishwasher still works. There is no accountability. We might as well just buy online from a big box.

They sent a technician who did graciously fix 3 of the 6 chairs, but for whatever reason, they left before working on the other 3. Ashley refuses to send a technician out to finish the work because we are now outside of the 1-year warranty, despite that we reported the original issue immediately after the set arrived, well within the 1-year warranty. I can't recommend Ashley Furniture given the lack of commitment to customer happiness and I personally do not plan to buy any further furniture there - practically speaking, as we are in the process of buying a new house, we will need furniture and so the cost of the loss of our business is quite a bit greater than sending a technician out to touch up 3 chairs.

WHAT PET? We have a retriever, she can't un-pull threads that were never sewn in the first place, or get to the bottom of the couch, or in between the pillows on the zippers and whatever the liar said. The lady on the phone was too busy eating her food to actually give me an answer.. couldn't understand her while she was stuffing her face.

Sunday before Thanksgiving the lower heat element in my oven died. I ordered the part and it…read morearrived on Tuesday. I went to install it and noticed the terminal connector was fried. I called and visited seven different appliances parts and hardware stores. No one had this part and some places never even heard of the part. I am the matriarch of my family and do ALL of the cooking for Thanksgiving. At this point I am three days behind on my cooking and prep work and I am litterally freaking out and losing any hope of my oven being repaired before Thanksgiving. I called Handy Appliance Center and spoke with Cruz. Not only did he know exactly what part I needed, he told me he had the part. Cruz and Handy Appliance Center saved our Thanksgiving.
