The gallery is designed beautifully with all of the newest in fixtures. The receptionist is welcoming and friendly. It would be beneficial if you call ahead and schedule an appointment if you desire to ask anyone a question because all of the associates appear too busy to be bothered thus the one less than stellar award star from me, but hey, if you don't mind that then Ferguson is a place a dreams to design or remodel you kitchen (indoor & outdoor) and bathroom spaces. read more

If you ask the receptionist a question, she wants to know if I've worked with a salesperson. You can't see a salesperson except Monday-Friday during business hours. I work too. I asked if they had a sample or display model of a shower fixture I saw on their website, but was not on display, she said I needed to talk to a salesperson. I asked about making an appointment and her response was that I need to go online to make an appointment. After that, I walked out. I don't think I need to make an appointment with a commission-only pushy salesperson to answer a question. Probably 20% of my cost is their commission. read more

First off, you really need an appointment to shop here, even if you just have a couple of simple questions. Otherwise you will be lucky to have someone help you within 20 or 30 minutes. After checking in, I walked around their gorgeous showroom. I had just stopped by after going to the gym, and was dressed as such. I really got the feeling that I wasn't dressed well enough. Maybe that's why no one wanted to help me. At one point, I was able to speak with Craig, but he had to interrupt our time to take a customer with an appointment who had arrived early. I looked around and the showroom was pretty busy, and about 10-15 minutes later I was greeted. My associate was helpful, fast and knowledgeable! From the moment we spoke and I shared my plans for two simultaneous bathroom refreshes, she listened and heard me. She immediately figured out my priorities, my budget and my likes and dislikes. Valerie helped me figure out the right mix of fixtures, coordinating with colors and textures. And she offered brilliant creative ideas that I would NEVER have thought of. We recently bought a very high end over the range vent hood from Ferguson. We paid Ferguson to have it installed properly. The installers could not get it to work. After two weeks of frustration dealing with Ferguson to have some one come out to find out the problem, we finally had a tech guy come and look at it. He found that it was improperly installed, they had failed to connect the control panel to the power. So much for professional installation and customer service. I recommend you shop elsewhere. read more

We have gone twice in the last week to purchase items for our master bath remodel and are extremely disappointed in the customer service. I'm not sure if we look like we can't afford to be shopping there, but twice we have asked for assistance and were told to make appointments. As we walked away, others walked up to the same employees and they were helped readily. Definitely somewhere I would NOT recommend for anyone to go and shop unless you enjoy being ignored. read more

Employees' penny attitude cheapens such a beautiful store. How unfortunate! Keep in mind, every customer who walks into the store is a potential buyer because they already know what you're selling, price point, and employees are there to help customers and hired to do so. Unfortunately, they only stared at me when I was walking around for 35 mins when I came in today. Even when they were passing by and pretending not to see me, perhaps they assumed customers would have to beg them for help. Couple females were looking out from their office, then when I tried to make eye contact, they immediately turned away. Then when a female finally helped me, she acted as if she was too good for customers, and I thought I came in to buy products. I hope she gets paid more than just hourly rate. Notice I'm not the only one talking negative about customer service. Management team: if you walked into a store and got mistreated, would you ever come back? Simple concept. Also, your employees seem to be lacking of training on basics like "hello, how are you today?" Or "maybe just make eye contact with a smile". Victoria rocks! I rate her customer service at 10 out of 10! I worked with her to finalize plumbing selections for a master and guest bath. First she took the time to really understand my preferences. Then she used her extensive knowledge of products across many brands, to make recommendations that exceeded my expectations. Ultimately, she followed through by answering my questions and ordering the items with lighting response time. She directed me to a bathtub that was the perfect match for comfort for my body size and soaking my shoulders - it even has a head cradle. She also recommended a 2-in-1 shower head that simplified my shower design. Without her, I would have never known that this design existed. read more

I am getting ready to remodel my kitchen and 2 bathrooms in a new condo. I was looking for a fresh selection with a good mix of high end as well as others. Saw Ferguson ad and wondered if it was worth the drive over from Vero Beach, where we have very limited selections. After reading the reviews here I wouldn't waste my time. Customer service is very important to me and should be to everyone. If the service is awful at the beginning what kind of follow-up would happen if a problem occurred. I would never shop this store. Note, if all employees in the store are avoiding customers, this is not just one individual who needs training, the management needs training. Too bad. read more

Customer service was 0 out of 10. We were in the store for 45 minutes not once did a salesperson ask if we needed assistance. A friend referred us to Holly, a saleslady, however she was busy, and we needed an appointment. We stayed in the showroom regardless and walked around, not once did the six other sales associates offer to answer questions. Back to basics is needed for this business. Ferguson, my happy meter went down rapidly with my last experience. 2 years ago we did a reno project (our 4th and final renovation!) We had used you in the past and were never blown away, but loved the one stop shopping and the selection. Bought all of our plumbing products and lightning fixtures from you. We left feeling good about our purchases. Fast forward to today (well, 2 weeks ago) when 1 out of 3 LED light fixtures went south. We called and spoke with Missy. (She's the reason for the 1 star-you all other's get zero!) She said she'd have to ask about the bulb and a consultant would get back to us. The next day, Missy was kind enough to call back and say that a consultant would be contacting us and that she didn't know if it would Ferguson would warranty it because I didn't have my consultant's name from 2 years ago. She was kind enough to take the time to explain that they purge their records every year and they have no record of us. But, not to worry because a consultant would call us back. 2 days later....no call. So we called again....blah, blah, blah, here we are almost 2 1/2 weeks later and we still have no bulb, no call and honestly, at this point, I am going on line and ordering a $100 bulb because Ferguson will get no more money from me. We purchased a shower head and two faucets on a Thursday from Ferguson on Alden Road in Orlando. That Monday (4 days later) I returned the two faucets in an unopened mailing box. I did not get an instant refund as I was told that they will call me when they process the return through their warehouse people. It is now two weeks and they still have not processed my refund after I had made at least 5 phone calls to them. I was told that it takes time for their warehouse to process the returned item to insure it is in good condition. I was told that they will call me the next day and the next day never came. They have not returned any of my phone calls so I finally contacted by credit card company and placed a hold on the purchase. Every store in our area (Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) processes a refund on the spot, this practice of lying to their customers and holding back a refund by Ferguson in unacceptable. I will never return to Ferguson and would not recommend it to anyone. read more
