Rude Lady!! My husband and I went to Shop for bathroom & kitchen fixtures, when we asked the lady if she can give us a price she answered rudely and responded with" Im very busy, I can only answer 1 question"(keep in mind there was no customers in the store). It would've been understandable if the store was busy ,but it was empty. I must say that when we first came in the gentleman near the entrance was very nice and greeted us, but when I passed by the lady on the desk next to him she didn't even respond to us when I said hello to her, I should've known better than to ask her any questions at all. Too bad because we actually ended up spending over 10k at another store. I feel sorry for the person that pays this lady. read more

I was introduced to this place by my plumber when I was remodeling my house and needed products for 5 bathrooms . When you first walk in you are surprised by how many models they have in the showroom to see . It's so nice to see the products then looking at it in a catalog . Ardy was extremely nice and helpful in picking everything we needed . They have high quality items and designer items that you can't find at random fixture stores . Irma their sales rep was also very helpful she put in my order and assisted me when I needed to add on more products . She was very quick in emailing me back when I needed something and her patients is applaud worthy . Also they have great cabinet and kitchen handles . I was able to get amazing designer name products that looks fabulous with my new house . I highly recommend them . No stars really. It was time to completely remodel my bathrooms and so I have decided to go to Ardy's two weeks ago. I had previously ordered many items from Ardy's in the past. Unfortunately, they only had one older man working there. Not only was he ignoring me but he was downright rude to me. I definitely was not going to give him my business nor work with him on my remodel. Easy decision....I walked right out. Large collection of $3000-7000 to $$$ much more bathtubs and bathroom fixtures. We walked in with the intentions of purchasing a bathtub, while we were browsing we were "greeted" by a sales guy wanting to know what size in inches we wanted for our tub.. I don't know.. I said BIG, so he asked "something like 70?" I don't know.. show me some... We actually found several things we wanted, however when we found something, the guy right away said, OK this comes in 15 finishes and several sizes, got out a catalog and started telling us what we wanted... we really just wanted exactly what was on the floor.. Eventually, the sales guy, nice as he was, literally talked himself out of selling, a tub, a shower head, and a door lock... I just placed my order for the lock and shower head on Amazon instead. Best place in town!! Went in to browse for a few minutes while i was waiting for an appointment i had in the building and was approached by Danny Lahijani. He was GREAT!! He was sooooo knowledgeable about everything. I know its beverly hills but the prices were very reasonable. I ended up purchasing items for a couple of projects. Danny was always available through phone, text or email. Such a small world cause my plumber knew about Ardy's, he has worked with Ardy and Danny's other clients. There is a reason why they have been in business for 30 years. he had great ideas that really made my bathrooms look amazing. I met the owner Ardy as well when i went in and he was very nice. Wife just returned from seeking opinion, specs, and planning new bathroom. We had some specs and ideas in mind that she discussed with them only to be continually rebuffed that our preferred options are far less and cheaper than the people they normally deal with. Yes - this is what we want. Yes - we do what high efficiency toilets. Yes we do want double-basin sink and not two... On & On. Wife is a very fair judge of character and quiet lenient. But its clear the store only considers you worth their time - even if you are the only customer at 9 am right at opening - if you are interested in what they have to sell irrespective of price and value. I am literally horrified by my experience dealing with Ardy's sales guy Daniel Denton. Never had I experience someone with so little professionalism and mannerism. Upon receipt of invoices, he insisted that I purchase the rough together with trim, I called him for a discussion to purchase the rough first and trim later. He responded not only with extreme aggression, but defensively, calling me wasting his time and just make a decision. So I said I will email him back with my decision, upon receipt of my email (to buy the rough first), he emailed back immediately saying he's not gonna do this business and will void the invoices and delete my credit card information. Seriously!? I could have a reasonable discussion and bought the whole set if it really causes inconvenience. Letting alone, I have spent weeks trying to decide which faucet to go with the bathrooms, he just canceled the order without my permission. I cannot believe this is how he (as a representative of the company) treat their customers. read more

I have read the other reviews and am surprised by the negative ones. I am redoing a house and have been looking for moderately high end fixtures for some rooms, basic for others. I have been totally satisfied. First, Ardy's has a wide selection of prices, some are at the fairly high end, (not ultra high end) but their prices are discounted and fair. Second, where my sales person thought that I could do better on line, he told me so. Where there was a big disparity, I bought on line (one item), with other items I paid about 5% more to know I had a responsible place to return things if there were a problem. The reviewer who said "the most expensive in town," is factually so far off base that one has to wonder whether he has an agenda. Third, my rep has consistently offered me both lower and higher priced alternatives to what I had been looking at. Fourth, he was knowledgeable both in product lines and in the technical aspects of the products. Fifth, Ardy's has an area with close outs, returns, etc that are fabulous deals. Sixth, as my job got delayed, Ardy's stored my order for more than seven months without complaining. Would I recommend Ardy's, I just have. read more

We had a complete remodel done on our house (which required new sinks, showers, faucets, fixtures, toilets, etc. for three bathrooms and a kitchen), so we came to Ardy's and worked with Danny to get everything picked out and ordered. There were a lot of things to keep track of, but Danny is great and helped us manage all the moving pieces for our huge project. He was super patient with us while we contemplated all the styles and options available. He's really knowledgeable about all the products Ardy's offers and he made us feel comfortable with our final decisions. He's also great at getting back to us quickly whenever we have questions. And when a few items were backordered or had long lead times, Danny was really proactive at following-up and worked very hard to get us what we needed on time. He also deserves credit for dealing with three of us (myself, my husband, and our contractor/designer) constantly calling and emailing and stopping by the store -- he really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that everything went smoothly.
