I was particularly impressed by the tile work and paint job in the laundry room. I am very critical of paint jobs, and I was pleased that I didn't have to redo anything due to sloppiness. The kitchen cabinets were stock cabinets and were pretty much installed in a few days. Zeus was also accommodating to some last minute additions. All in all, I am very pleased and if we have anything else to do in the house, I'm calling them. I wish I had pictures, but we need to do some tidying up still before that happens.

We worked with a representative named Taylor who mentioned he was new, but the level of customer service we received was unacceptable. After making changes to our order changes that were clearly discussed an extra cabinet was sent by mistake. We also never received any layout instructions or dimensions for our contractor. We had to call multiple times before Taylor realized they had not been sent and finally emailed them. Additional items were added to our order without clear explanation, resulting in unexpected extra costs. The island was sent larger than ordered, and we were charged for it. Instead of receiving our sink, we received a box full of laminated flooring samples, which delayed our countertop measurements and installation. We were told we would be notified the moment the sink arrived to avoid further delays, but no one reached out. I called to follow up and was told it had already arrived. I ended up picking it up myself to prevent my contractor from being delayed even further. When I called to express my concerns, I was told the only compensation offered would be a $50 discount. Due to these delays, my contractor is still unable to complete my backsplash installation. On top of everything, the store refused to take back the unnecessary extra cabinet because my contractor assembled it despite the fact that it was sent due to their mistake. I truly dislike leaving negative reviews, but this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had with any store. I will also be contacting your corporate office regarding this matter.

They explained that certain sink components are difficult to find individually because they typically only come with the sink itself or as part of the original installation kit. Unfortunately, the only way their available options would have worked was if I purchased an entirely new sink. Even though I didn't leave with the part, I appreciated that they pointed me toward another store that might have it and didn't try to upsell me unnecessarily. Solid customer service and knowledgeable staff, even when the answer wasn't what I hoped for.

Finally found it at Ferguson's! They were fast and fairly priced. Their retail price is higher than online, as it's based on volume. Very happy they ordered the exact part for me, instead of an entire assembly like hardware stores. Fixed it in about 5 minutes and the ankle biter is no more! + Ambiance is clean, well-organized plumbers' dream garage. This is NOT a retail shop. All but me were plumbers in line picking up their orders. +++ Everything plumbing is sold here from gleaming faucets to tiny gaskets. basement remodel : I hired Nick Ray to remodel a home in Roswell. The previous owner did some…read moreremodel work in the basement by expanding the bathroom and adding a small kitchenette with cute tile etc, he also divided the living area into a smaller living area and a bedroom. We hired Nick to open up the two rooms, remove the paneling walls. Sheet rock them and raise the celing from 7 ft to 8 ft. Nick re- worked the duck working so that the ceiling being raised would work. He installed Saltillo tile flooring in the area to match what was already in the living portion of the room. But to top it all off, I was so glad I hired Nick, as he uncovered a great mistake the previous owner did when he added the kitchette and expanded the bathroom size. The previous owner cut out load baring wall that supported the upstairs hallway and bathroom. Nick came up with a solution that saved taking the bathroom and kitchette out. We also had him take live edge walnut wood that we bought in Tellico Plains and created a bar edge around our pool table, redid the stairs with the walnut steps and reworked the kitchette to have raw edge details. The basement is now a masterpiece that no other person can have. Thanks Nick for saving my home from collapsing on me and giving me a uniquely different man's cave for my wonderful husband.
