He quickly assessed that the drain pump was not functioning correctly. He gave me a honest quote, and he asked if I wanted to make the repair. After discussing with my wife, we agreed to get the washer repaired. He had the part with him and got to work to replace the part. In addition to making the repair well, he spent time to check that the washer worked after replacing the part and that it did not leak before closing the washer up. He then moved back the washer in place even though I am the one who moved the washer in the first place. He gave me a 1-year warranty on the repair as he used a genuine LG part. A guy whole management recommended wanted $6000 to fix it. The convector cost $4000 including installation. I told that man I would roast before handing over $6000 I made an appointment just yesterday and the man showed up today on time. He was very professional. He took the convector apart. Dirt and dust had clogged the drip tray. While it was open he cleaned the dirt and cat hair that had collected. The total charge was $295 !!! I was very happy. I wrote him a check.
