On a 30 minute quick wash, it would take about 2 hours. After 3 visits and replacing a soap valve and a timer module, the problem still existed. Frustrated, I called All Appliance, a factory authorized company, and within 15 minutes, they diagnosed the problem to be a faulty water valve. It was ordered and replaced and all is great. I contacted Alpha in an attempt to negotiate some sort of refund, be it all or partial, explaining what actually fixed the problem, and the owner was not, in no short terms, going to entertain the notion of any refund of any amount to me. I paid $120.00 for the wrong diagnosis, bought 2 parts I did not need, and somehow in her mind, she feels it was not there fault. I would steer clear of this company for appliance repairs of any kind.

Unfortunately we had to get our builder involved who then forced them to give us our money back, because even they knew Harmon was ripping us off. We are ideal customers. We paid for everything in cash and made our home accessible to them to come and go when they needed to come in and fix/pick up the fridges. They made us late for work, and miss appointments because of not showing up at the times they told us they'd be there. Another was ordered promptly but again the manufacture must have had a problem with this model. I switched to another brand that they sold and am completely satisfied with the unit. What I was most impressed with was the great communication and service I received from this company. I felt like I was not just a customer but a personal friend the way they treated me. If we pay the $99, we would be refunded the entire amount we paid $149.00; or we would receive only $119.00, if we get a refund without paying the $99.
