Last week the LG fridge I purchased stopped cooling. I called a repair service to have it repaired. Repair service "fixed" my fridge - but in the end I was out some cash and still had a fridge that wasn't working. I called PJ in an effort to find another service tech to look at the fridge. Instead PJ said to come in and he would help make it right with a good deal on a different fridge. Purchased a new fridge this AM. PJ worked with me and i bought another fridge at a great price. It is refreshing to find a company that will stand behind what they sell. He owed me nothing as I knew that I purchased scratch and dent appliances and any warranty that might have existed had long expired. Great experience buying there - highly recommend!!

The plumbing area we have had nothing but problems, and them blaming us or saying they do not stand behind warranties. We have returned the tub multiple times due to issues, and when we found our most recent issue on it, they said that since it was started to being installed then they can't take it back, even though it is a quality issue. I am very disappointed and need to find a new place for higher end plumbing needs

This review is for the truck rental portion of the Home Depot store located at 1705 Annapolis Ln,…read moreoff of Hwy 494 and Hwy 6 in Plymouth Minnesota. I was a bit worried about renting an enclosed cargo box truck from this particular location due to some of the negative reviews I have seen online. But this was the closest truck rental to the city of Hamel, where I had to pick up a 6 foot x 4 foot water holding tank to transport to South Haven. Online stated that the cost would be around $145 dollars a day with unlimited miles. I would need the truck the following day from 1000-1:00 pm. I reserved the truck online, and put down a $150.00 security deposit on my credit card, and went to pick it up in person the next morning. I was helped by an African American male (I didn't catch his name) in his 20's who explained everything to me, showed me where the hidden gas tank cover was, and walked around the truck with me and inside the cargo bay to point out the existing damage so I wouldn't get dinged for it. He then gave me the keys, and I was on my way. At about 12:30 pm, I returned back early to the Home Depot to drop off the truck. The same guy was there to check me out. I informed him I topped off the truck with gas, and told him about the low windshield washer alert that kept popping up, and that we didn't use it since it was raining all day. He told me no worries. He then explained the final cost, and that it would be deducted from the posted security deposit I had left earlier for $150. Lucky for me the final total came in less than the quoted amount online, and the rest of the deposit would be credited back to my credit card. All in all, I had a great experience at this Plymouth Home Depot location, and if I needed to rent another truck, I would do it here again. Great service and professionalism!

They were laid on delivery completely forgot to deliver the hardwood to stay relatively on were forced to pick up all of our supplies after paying extra for delivery. They installed the hardwood floors buckled. The trim is all misaligned and needs to be completely ripped out and redone. The doors have been sitting in the basement in their boxes for the last month and a half with Home Depot saying that there's going to be a guy there tomorrow, but that tomorrow never comes. And on top of all of this, we are still missing one of our and no progress is being made. I your money and go somewhere else.
