They didn't have the niche toilet cover I needed (# SM-QRS58), but the staff were diligent and nice enough to to examine the broken one I had brought in and searched far and wide the database and found the PN I needed. They gave me the info so I could order it on my own. I just wish they had a fast delivery system, because I would've really liked to pick this niche cover up within 2-3 days. BTW parking is ample around the back. Update 2 weeks later: the new cover arrived in the mail! I installed it. It's almost a perfect fit. Reviewing based on their availability of parts. I was installing a water softener & whole house filter. DIY of course. I had purchased a 90 degree elbow (push to connect) from Amazon. HUGE MISTAKE AS IT LEAKED (some random off brand). Well Home Depot didn't carry the shark bite 1 inch 90 degree push to connect so I quickly called Ferguson. They picked up and said they had 10 of them! Arrived there. Grabbed myself 2. Same price as shark bite but it was their own brand name. Definitely not shark bite brand but these were legit as heck. I installed them and zero leak!! Ps they take credit card and cash ... but for credit cards, you need to bring the actual card in. THEY DONT TAKE APPLE PAY so you need the physical card!!! Overall, love this place. They have all the diy plumbing tools that you'd ever need. read more

I went on a Saturday and was disappointed to find it closed. So, I can't really distribute any stars. Would've been nice to have that information posted somewhere, but I suppose one would eventually figure that out after driving around to the back of the building as instructed only to find the gates on both sides of the structure closed. Well I've been here a few times, there prices are through the roof!!! The manager contacted me after I left a bad review and said he would adjust my pricing for that day. Well I'm back to give them another shot, I bought a 17 dollar 11/2" dwv fitting and they charged me 77 dollars each for them!!! WTF?? After I complained they say ohh let me fix that! What a scam stay away from these scam artist, save time and money go directly to Recce Plumbing. Customer service and great product is what you will get here at Ferguson. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the appliances and products. Maurice in particular was very attentive to our ends and help us pick out the best products and at a great price. So far we have gotten: -Faucet -Beverage cooler -Fridge And I got my eye on a couple other appliances. They have private parking lot so parking isn't problem, even help with the loading hour merchandise into your vehicle. Bottom line great customer service, can find name brand appliances at great discounted price. read more

Terrible Customer Service. Paid Ferguson a fortune for a freezer and another fortune to install it. The freezer didn't work out of the box. Ferguson washed their hands of the situation and referred me to the manufacturer who won't replace the unit until they make three attempts to fix it, which is going to take weeks. What am I paying Ferguson for if they don't stand behind the products they sell and install? read more

Needed a bathtub and had a lot of issues with the big stores finding what we wanted. Online does not help as many sites don't have the sizes of tubs correct on their site or there are other anomalies that did not want me to buy one that way. I went to the Plumber's Warehouse hoping they would have something on hand or that could get to me quick. It was a great choice. The staff on hand was really helpful, they found the right item I needed and they gave me a good amount of options. The price was on par and I got free shipping to my house. The only ding is that shipping is a little long for the items being at other locations in So Cal and making it to me but over all it was a great experience. If you need a tub, sink, fixture for kitchen or bath I suggest a trip. read more

I purchased a $649 bathtub at this store and was going to pick it up at the Carson location. I canceled the order after realizing the tub was just too deep. I was charged a 10% re-stocking charge. Just to clarify... I never picked up this tub... in fact, I never even went to the branch. When asked to remove the re-stocking fee, I was told they would bring it from 25% to 10%..... $65. When I explained that the item was not special order and that it had never left their facility, she explained to me that the item was moved from stock to will-call. I was charged $65 for them carrying an item just a few yards. Very disappointing. read more

Avoid this place! Nobody in this business really applies a 25%, plus shipping, restocking fee any more when you return something. There's way too much competition. Sure, the $188 Kohler trim costs $3 (not a typo) more at the store in Costa Mesa where I bought my replacement : Expressions. But the last place won't rob you of $150 in penalties when you return something, like Plumbers did. And not only the return policy of Plumbers is disturbing. The salesperson lured me into the store saying "we have the full Kohler line". Sure, until I started checking the Kohler website that night. On top of that, Plumbers orders from warehouses hours of driving - or even cross country - away. Unless you go pick up your order from one of those warehouses, you'll have to wait several days for your stuff, and pay shipping. Expressions has free next day delivery from their warehouse in Anaheim. Plus a huge warehouse with lots of stock in the back. The female sales person at Plumbers who "helped" me (lose money) wasn't bad at all. But it's clear she needs to sell, sell, sell. At Expressions the atmosphere is much more relaxed. And you'd really have to have used a toilet before they'd refuse a free return or exchange. (lol) Again: avoid at all cost. Google what you want and plenty of competitors will come up. read more

Have several serious plumbing issues that I knew had to be dealt with right away and I suspected were going to get quite costly fast, so I investigated what was needed to insure that the plumber who was to come out to my home the next day would have everything there and be ready to take care of the many various issues. I got there just a wee bit before closing time as I was in a state of panic after making a wrong turn onto Edinger and found myself in grid-lock late Friday traffic that wasn't going to allow me to arrive much more than a minute or two before closing time at 5pm! But I must give praise to the several awesome employees of Ferguson Plumbing Supplies as all three made an exception by helping me out as much as possible! 1) The man in the Ferguson Plumbing office who took the time to come to the door and direct me to the actual area I needed to enter to purchase the parts required. 2) The young man at the gate who took acceptation and let me enter after I pleaded that I had just drove for 1 hour in heavy traffic and needed to have the part ready for my plumber the next day. 3) Jesse behind the counter who took all of a second to figure out the exact and correct part I needed and did so while being extremely kind, informative and reassuring!
