He had the "Hot Lips" Salvia microphylla sage we wanted plus after discussing our garden purposes, the owner gave us some ideas that we really liked and appreciated. We ended up only purchasing 2 Hot Lips plants and for the other 2 planters purchased Mexican Cigar plants or Cuphea Ignea plants. All in an effort to attract hummingbirds and butterflies. Everywhere I had called and asked for them, the average price was anywhere between $25 -$35 but each plant only ended up costing me $20 so I also saved around $20 - $30 total.

A not-so-average plant ranges anywhere from $50-$500. Wowza. They also specialize in rare plant clippings, so you can purchase your dream plant at an affordable price. I'll definitely be returning to in the future. But first I need to last six months without killing something. You have to drive into the lot and go to the second set of buildings behind the street. Plenty of parking there and lots of shaded areas. When you first walk into the shop, you're met with the register area with lots of beautiful plants. To the right of that is the live plant wall that is jaw dropping. The plants are gorgeous and so healthy and happy. Directly in front of the front entrance if you go straight, is the room where all the plants are for purchase. I was like a kid in a candy store walking in here. So many rare plants and many different sizes and price points, it's doable to snag your dream plant. I grabbed a philodendron white Princess and a syngonium red spot tricolor. Plants were very healthy in THE BEST soil for the type of plant. I am a return customer and can't wait to visit again.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect before visiting, but as it turns out, this isn't a nursery, which makes sense since their name clearly says, "Farm Supply." While they do have a small selection of herbs and vegetable seedlings for sale, the majority of their inventory focuses on potting soil, soil amendments, fertilizers, and other gardening and farm supplies. I was really impressed by their fertilizer selection. They carry brands that can be hard to find elsewhere, like Royal Gold, and they have the full lineup of FoxFarm fertilizers - which is exactly why I came here for the Japanese Maple blend. I also grabbed a few redwood plant stakes, as they were reasonably priced for what I needed. That said, their potting soils do seem to run on the pricier side. For example, I've seen FoxFarm Ocean Forest for less at other locations. However, if you're ever on the hunt for a specialty potting soil or amendment that's tough to find, this is definitely a place worth checking because chances are, they'll have it. The staff isn't overly warm, but they are helpful when you ask questions. Parking is easy, with plenty of spaces on site and in the adjacent lot.

There were only about six options that looked like actual flowers or blooms, but I am happy with the final result based on their selection. I think it looks pretty and chic. The flowers held up well as I arranged them. They have sturdy petals. I do think that the options are pricey, but the quality and sturdiness of the flowers are worth it.
