We've gone to BULBS on Victoria, went to Lamps Plus even ordered online and that was a struggle in itself. The issue was that we would buy the bulbs at these other places on their recommendation but the bulbs will heat up and blow or just turn off. We switched the ballast and hired a electrician and nothing. We stopped using our kitchen lights for over a year. Than we found this gem. We walked in showed Ron rhe ballast and he knew exactly what bulb we needed. We ordered the special order bulbs and they worked but our bad we ordered them too long so they stuck out the can. I called Kendra and they told me that special orders are non refundable but she offered us a solution to swap them out. Kendra went above and beyond with assisting us and was the most pleasant person throughout the entire process. Thank you for lighting up our kitchen once again and providing the best customer service I've received by far! I highly recommend this lighting company.

He set up an elaborate display with portable lights to demonstrate the effect of new lights. It was spectacular! Though the install took a bit longer than initially expected, the result was fabulous. Thereafter, Dale suggested that one entire area along the street could also use lighting. We had never even thought of that before, and he was 100% correct. After almost a month of no forward progress Dale came out and walked my property. Again, he promised a written bid and then followed up with NOTHING. Overall, I was promised booking/ bid/information on at least four separate occasions after turning in all of my paperwork promptly with no follow-through. Seven weeks later and ABSOLUTELY nothing has even been received to date. It sure would have been much more professional and easier for everyone if you just said you didn't want the job! Stopped at Lowe's but was sent here as what I needed would take over a week to get delivered. At Ferguson ... staff isn't the friendliest . Many walked past me without even asking if I needed assistance as I walked up and down the valve aisle like a dummy. Anyway I couldn't find what I needed and was helped by one of the workers once I walked up to the register.
