The number connects to his cell. Tax ID number: 81-4948120. Email: asaprefrigeration@gmail.com. We hired this con to repair our dryer that wasn't heating. The problem was the heating coil. Lemuel showed my wife a brand new part and instead reinstalled the old part and twisted the coils together as a bandaid fix. Charged us $300 parts and labor. Dryer broke again. Wouldn't heat. Called Lemuel who proceeded to give us the run-around for three days. He then blocked our calls. We had the dryer repaired by another person, who revealed the scam (see photos). We are now pursuing Lemuel Gonzalez in a civil lawsuit. He will be served when he arrives at a friend's home who takes that they need repair. He will never know "which" service call will be met with being served. In the meantime, we want to provide the greater Tampa Bay Area with this public service warning.

To give him credit he did text me to let me know he would be delayed. I should have taken a clue when he showed up in his own vehicle not a work truck. He told me he needed a part and asked for the part money up front. I paid for the part via a check and he sent a paypal statement to settle up upon completing the project. I noticed that my check was cashed at an Amscot . He doesn't even have a checking account this is when my heart sunk. During all this his phone number started out 727-485-0860 but mid stream changes his number to 727-645-3383 again my heart sinks. He calls last Friday to let me know the part is here and asked if he can come now. I stated I would be there in about 30 to 40 minutes. I waited over 2 hours for him. He installed the part I didn't watch him . He started the washer it seemed to work. He was down the road maybe 15 minutes and the washer stopped like it did when I called. He said I'm your man I will be there first thing in the AM between 8am - 9 am. He was a no call no show. I was scammed . He reaches out to my friend the next day and states he had some personal issues. I told my friend he is a fraud my check was cashed at an Amscot. I do not want him back. I will purchase a new machine. OUT $300.00 plus 6 hours lost wages. BEWARE!!!!!!!

When I was discharged from the hospital we were able to pick it up on the way home! I have never been so pleasantly surprised at the pride these folks take in their work! The clothes weren't simply hung at shoulders or folded and put over hanger; these were meticulously placed so the clothing would remain wrinkle-free and unstretched! The hangers were covered by the light blue drycleaning protective bags. I don't ever take that care with my clothes! The folding was so precise and uniform, I didn't want to take it out. No kidding, when you are disabled and have many, many needs - you notice details like this. And -- it is AFFORDABLE!! I'm so impressed with the efforts and product these folks provide that I want to tell them to charge more as they are definitely worth it! I'm trying pickup/delivery today and honestly, I expect them to be eagerly smiling when they knock on the door! Pacoa is a Treasure in Tampa Bay!
