Due to the lack of communication, I had to drive to the showroom several times to reach him in person, which is over a 45-minute drive for me. Eventually, I was able to obtain all of the materials needed for my projects. Overall, Ken did assist with selecting the fixtures for my projects, which is part of his role. However, improved communication, responsiveness, and a more welcoming customer service approach would greatly enhance the experience for future customers.

I walk in to ask for an order update and 1 piece had been previously delivered to the store and the 2nd had arrived that day. Again, no communication items had been received. I ask for previous email to be sent to my email for review and emphasize that IF we were going to invest in a steam shower we would have to order asap as the shower is currently demoed. She was outstanding from start to finish. Cara took the time to walk us through options, helped us narrow down our choices, and made sure we left with the perfect tile at a great price. After our first purchase we realized we needed three more boxes. We went back, and Cara happened to be there again. She made the process quick, easy, and just as smooth as the first visit.
