I will be suing Blackman Plumbing. I placed an order for over $20,000 to find that I did not receive two very expensive faucets, one shower body, one set of vanity legs, and on top of this an incorrect sink size. If you're doing construction, your contractor signs for many packages. Unfortunately my contractor signed for a bulk order without checking each box. According to Blackman they could not find a proof of delivery, however their policy is to inspect packages within 48 hours, otherwise there is nothing they can do. This is terrible service and the salesperson Benjamin Carrick did very little help to resolve all of these issues. He even asked that I pay more for the incorrect 9" smaller sink that I installed without double checking as it costs more. It's absolutely horrid, I will not be surprised when the judge sees that this has happened to many clients. Absolute incompetence. Blackman does not produce any of their products, it's just an over-glorified showroom. There are plenty of other places to buy the same products. read more

When we began our process of remodeling baths in our home, we were initialed overwhelmed when we thought of the choices that would be making from the tiles to faucets, sinks, tubs, cabinets etc.... And then we met Lauren Regan who stayed with us each step along the way. She possessed extensive knowledge of the compatibility of styles to the space with which we worked as well as our tastes, each products durability and type of finish that would optimize the look and work well with the fixtures as we chose them. Blackmans Plumbing Supply showroom in Southampton is an absolutely beautiful showroom full of the newest trends and the highest quality brands. The designers at this showroom are super helpful and extraordinarily knowledgeable, specifically, Rita C, who my husband and I were lucky enough to land our first appointment with. Rita seemed to pick up my style almost immediately and she enthusiastically pulled out tile colors, fixtures, and everything else we needed to create an exquisite bathroom in our new home. She has an amazing gift for design, both beautiful and practical, as well as an awareness of budget and the ability to work within mine. Salesman Ben Carrick has an encyclopedia of plumbing fixture knowledge in his head and is so helpful! Yesterday I went in to order the finishing details (towel racks, etc.), and he spent such a long time with me, making sure that my bathrooms would look great without me spending more than I needed to. He also spent a long time with me working out where the countertop surrounding the tub should be drilled for its fixtures (this is not standardized as it is for sinks, at least in my case). Went their for a simple part. Never going their again the man at the front counter with the spiked white hair and yellow American eagle sweatshirt it's prob the rudest person I ever came across doesn't even greet the customers was very snippy and didn't even help me it's a disgrace that he's working the front counter and should be fired if you don't have ppl skills you shouldn't be working the front desk.....,this clown from Customer service just commented on my post and says the same generic message but still nothing gets done smh read more

She was amazing- experienced, professional, detail oriented, budget conscious, efficient, patient and just extremely pleasant. I have worked with Ben Carrick and Geri (upfront) with my major bathroom renovations. Any problems such as height of faucet, replacement of sink was handled quickly to avoid delay with my contractor.I submitted a return for a faucet and received a credit within a few days.
