Unfortunately, I found this business to be unreliable and disorganized, based on my experience. TLDR; I needed my car junked, but they no-showed/rescheduled on 3 separate occasions and lacked communication. My car was at my parents' place, 30 miles away from me, and since I'm required to be present for pickup, I wasted a lot of time and gas money for their no-shows. Initial appointment: We were scheduled for a Tuesday 9-10am pic-up window. At 9:45am, they called explaining that the driver had a family emergency, which is totally understandable. No worries here. Rescheduled: We rescheduled for Sunday 10am pick-up time, and they said the driver will call me when they're on their way. I even called the day before and they confirmed my appointment. On Sunday, 10am passed, and I hadn't heard from the driver. At 10:20am, I called the office to check on the status of the situation. It went to voicemail, so I left a message. They called me back shortly after, stating the driver can't make it until 12:30pm. At that point, my gut told me this was an unreliable situation. I was unavailable anyway, but I also wouldn't want to wait 2 hours for something I didn't trust would happen. Rescheduled again: So, we rescheduled again for Tuesday before noon (yesterday). It's now Wednesday, and I haven't heard from them. I'm not sure what's going on with the business. Maybe just an unlucky coincidence, but I'll be looking elsewhere. read more

All in all, this is exactly what I expect from a junkyard, a whole bunch of junk cars. The guy at the counter was nice and when I started to go back to my car for a couple of tools he said don't bother here you can borrow these and handed me more tools than I might ever have needed I just bought a rear view mirror for an old old Honda and I thought $20 was a little excessive. This place sucks! I called asked if they had a part. They said yes. Got there they said this Saturn part was universal so the tail light housing would work in my car. Got the part home and the light is completely different. I went back advised it didn't work even showed them my light they refused to give me a refund. That's crap. It was their fault they were wrong. So I only get a credit. It was over a 40 dollar part. This place sucks! We did our homework. However when a employee says it will work they should honor it when it doesn't. Period! The place sucks! Pretty sad when a company takes advantage of their customers. read more

Called about a radio. They said that there was a radio but that I would have to come down to see if it was the right one. When I drove there and found that there was not radio. They said, "It was there yesterday." Upon complaining they changed their story saying that they don't keep inventory. Unfortunately, you won't be able to use the "new management" excuse from four months ago. Better have some more of your friends write some good reviews. MANAGER JESSIE IS THIEF AND A LIAR! I was buying a car from the car lot and a set of tires from the yard. When I arrived to pay the last 400 of the $2000 total Jesse claimed that I had not given him any money and to show me a receipt. (with a smart ass smile) I paid $1600 cash the day before at 5:20pm when they were closed the day prior. Only Jessie and the owner John were there pulling out of the parking. Jesse said he would just write it up in the receipt the next day. I should have never trusted him but I had done business at the yard before so I thought he was a stand up guy. STAY AWAY!!!! I love this salvage yard. The staff is much more personable than Pick N Pull. Unfortunately, they don't have as many cars to choose from.

This place (according to DMV investigators) EMBEZZLED my car DURING a 30 day hold! I went to pick it up on day 32, after talking to them regularly during the hold-with all the money to pay fees ($1650), and they told me they sold my car! Although, my car was still there. I was so torn when I saw the condition my car was in. My new tires were flat, it was pushed up a little pile of trash, with metal barrels scratching my paint, my windows were down, my car smelled of cat piss due to the zillion that run around there and were apparently using my car as a litter box, many things were taken from my belongings, the list goes on. they were nice enough (yeah right) to let me get my stuff out. In turn, I took my copy of the key, being that it was MINE, and they were left without one for the person they had already sold my car to. Bummer days....... very nice man worked there, and walked me down to get my things, and told me I was a victim. Little did I know then how this would affect my life. This was in Sept of 2007. I ended up losing custody of my daughter because I had no way to get her to school. I lost my job because the cab rides made me late constantly, and ate up my funds, I was in the middle of a move, staying in a hotel, this was the icing on the cake. This place is full of scandals who aare now being investigated. I hope they read this, and change their ways, by going out of business. Word of mouth passes fast, and the things people say about them are unbelievable, but all the same. I know I can go to sleep at night, but can they? Maybe they are all ill for reasons beyond Karma...........What a bunch of illegal assholes. read more

I bought a used truck there and was pleasantly surprised with their level of service. I have never done such a thing before and they walked me through the process and made sure I was satisfied. There were a couple of things wrong with the truck which Jesse took care of. We even paid them to take care of the registration and smog for us. Not bad for a "salvaged" vehicle. It's true their business does not offer cushy waiting rooms, free coffee, or the new car smell but as far as junk yards go they were pretty darn good. read more
