The experience starts with a 15 min foot soak/massage, and that already was divine. The masseuse puts the perfect amount of pressure, and that combined with the warm water, almost put me to sleep, haha. For the body massage part, the masseuse asks you what parts you want focused on and how much pressure you would like. They are also really good at checking in at various parts of the massage to make sure you are completely satisfied. I really appreciated how thorough they are with the massage and also how proactive they are in making sure you are enjoying the experience.
