Peruvian Chicken

Friendly waitress & very good food. It has a homey feel to it as the menu has a diverse selection of Mexican & Peruvian dishes. We were here on X Mas Eve for lunch so it was quiet but there were still a few other customers. I definitely would come back as I like the variety and everyone was happy with their dishes which were very tasty!

Great authentic Mexican. Service was phenomenal, ambience was quite. The family had the meals, I had a la carte, tacos and a Verde chicken enchilada. The price was reasonable. A good rival to higher price competitors in Cameron Park.

I have been wanting to try this place since it opened but just made it there today. My husband and I shared 5 tacos (steak, ground beef, shredded beef, shredded chicken) and a chicken burrito. All the food was really good, the only con I had was the slow service.

Cheese pupusas for me plus Salvadoran cabbage

We had lunch at Fernando's. It was good: The Salvadoran Tamale was excellent. Service was very good and polite.

Mediocre food with average prices. Nothing to right home about but it was one of the few local places open on Sunday for burrito cravings!

Everyone is so friendly and energetic. They really make you feel welcomed. The location is well decorated, spacious and clean. The pupusas are next level. 5 stars. They are large, flavorful and really good. The rice one is just as good as the masa ones. The only thing they can improve is to try and higher quality curtido. Like pink curtido.

I was craving mofongo when I found this place. Cute & Simple inside, friendly customer service. The…read moreguy working the front was attentive. The Alcapurria masa was missing flavor even tho it had a beautiful fry on it. The meat inside wasn't bad. I was disappointed to not be given mayoketchup and the sauce was very runny, I didn't think it enhanced the Alcapurria at all. The yellow rice was also lacking in flavor, it needed more sazón or sofrito. And the cook on the rice itself was off but perhaps they had a bad batch that day. The Shrimp on the Mofongo was the best thing I had and I enjoyed the portion. The mofongo just needed more butter since the juice from the shrimp couldn't cover the whole serving. Overall I want to give them points it did help my craving of missing home, hopeful it was just an off day and they can hit with more sazón next time !

Jose and Deisy are the sweetest couple ever! Their pupusas are the real deal and sooooo delicious…read more I first discovered their food truck back around 3 years ago and we've been consistent customers ever since. I'm pretty sure there is one week I visited them 3 times . During the holidays they have salvadorean tamales which are also great! Recently they introduced me to pasteles de pollo salvadorenos and they were phenomenal. Seasoned super well with such good flavor. (I don't believe they have these all the time though.) I always order the revuelta pupusas and they hit every single time. They used to be in Rancho more often, but have recently been up in Auburn pretty full time. That hasn't stopped me/us from visiting though! My husband and I have made the drive up there just for pupusas and of course to say hi to our favorite food truck couple. We've come to their food truck so much in the last 3 years that we're on a first name basis . If you ever see their food truck out and about, do yourself a favor and stop! You won't regret it.

It came with pickled slaw and home made beans and rice. Oh my was it delicious! I wish I had a bigger stomach so I could eat more! Can't wait to visit this truck again! I hope they come back to my favorite winery!
