I went in last week, it was an emergency since the tire had popped. I needed a new tire but they didn't have the size I needed. The guys saw that I needed the tire urgently and provided a solution. They went ahead and ordered the new tire for me which would take 1 day to arrive. And in the meantime they let me borrow one of their tires. It wasn't an exact match but it definitely help me out. When I went in to get the new tire they put it on the car right away and I was in and out in less than 15min. I would definitely go back again if I ever need new tires. There are a lot of tire shops around the area but this shop is amazing, the reviews don't lie. They really care about their customers and offer really great prices!

We bought 2 tires this morning here at 560 custom, Manuel spoke to my husband, he gave us a good price, we left happy, thru out the day our vehicle indicated low tire pressure, normal, it was a used tire, we are on a budget, completely understand, what I am not happy about is the fact that the tire was not checked for any holes, even if there were no nails on the tire, they should have checked for holes, your selling used tires, please check them, we have two little kids in the car. I stopped in here today after work after getting a low tire pressure warning. I work in DTLA and have a commute home, so I was relieved to find a place on the way that could help me out. I initially pulled into the wrong lot, but the gentleman over there kindly guided me to the tire shop, where I was greeted with professionalism, speed, and the most gorgeous pit bull The guys got me in quickly, took off my tire, wheeled it over to show me exactly what was stuck in it, and even handed me the item afterward. Everyone was so kind, prompt, and helpful. It's the kind of service that makes an annoying ordeal so much more pleasant, especially after a long work day. I needed 1 tire because it would constantly go flat. I didn't have much cash at the time but it was worth spending the money on 4 slightly used tires. If I would have went to another place I would have spent about $800 on 4 new tire. The services was great didn't wait too long and the techs were friendly. The tires lasted me over 2 years or so. I took my vehicle in for repairs in OC and had to get 4 new tires and ended up paying about $300 - $350 for some brand I never heard of. I tell people about this place all the time. If a location was in OC I know my friends would go there. can't beat the price and the service!! read more

The wrong size tire was put onto my car and the guy didn't reset my maintenance minder. When I took my car to my mechanic they discovered that 560 customs had replaced my flat tire with the wrong size tire. This caused an issue with another tire and I ended up having to replace two tires. read more

I showed up here on a Sunday right after they had closed with a flat tire. And without hesitation Manny said he could knock out the tire and mount it even though he had already closed up shop. the guy seemed nice and he was willing to do a deal with me which i appreciate, but the guy who did the job does NOT know what he's doing. he used the impact gun on everything which ended up twisting and stripping the lug nut lock and lug nut. He didnt even torque the wheel down by hand and on top of that broke the wheel cap. never going back and i would not trust them to work on your car. read more

So, my driver side window regulator stopped working because I'm an incessant window user. I took it to my Nissan mechanic who quoted me $750! Even my mechanic was shocked when he called around for parts and decided upon that number. Thankfully, I asked a friend for advice and he suggested I check out some of the shops on Cesar Chavez & Mission. I went to a few different places that wanted $90/$95. Unfortunately, I'm not much of a haggler and I'm also a female so sometimes I think they give me the highest sticker price. However, when I pulled up to Carlos' shop he seemed like a good guy and when he quoted me $75, I immediately agreed and went over to sit in the shade. He's got two vending machines, a couple of benches, and a dog that likes to chase after pigeons. From the looks of it, this shop specializes in window tinting and car stereos. The guy sitting next to us had his entire windshield replaced and he said this was by far the best price in town! I totally recommend these guys: 45minutes/$75/3month warranty read more

I needed a tire and happen to come across this tire shop and decided to give them a shot, well it was a good decision. This place is legit. Came to this shop the other day to get some used tires. They have a great selection and the price is very reasonable. The guys there are super friendly and very helpful. While changing my tires they found that one of my rims was crack and they made a call took my rim to a shop and got it fixed and I was out of there in less than an hour. Highly recommended and definitely be coming back here for all my tires needs. read more

Just want to start off by saying the customer service here at 560 customs is amazing!! I came in with 2 bald tires and left with 2 really good used tires. Almost like new! All in my budget. If you guys are in need of some tires for a good price come down to 560 customs and ask for manny! He also pointed out that my brakes are going bad as he was switching the tires so he offer to switch out my brakes! So i left with a set of good wheels and new brakes! Called around shops in Los Angeles and 560 gave me the best rate. Super quick, and the job looks great. They didn't really clean that much after but I know they worked hard on my car and they did it thoroughly and quickly as I was in a hurry. I got 5% around the rear and 20% in the front Sekurt Carbon Tints. Came in on a Saturday around 2 pm and got out by 330. read more

Most shops see this thing pull up and suddenly everybody disappears to 'lunch,' but not here. Maria and Cesar handled it like absolute veterans. Maria was at the front desk looking so good I almost forgot why I came in there in the first place. Customer service was flawless she had the whole place running smoother than my truck after the service. Meanwhile Cesar looked like the final boss of diesel mechanics. Dude walked up to the truck like he'd wrestled lifted suspensions in hand-to-hand combat before breakfast. I'm pretty sure at one point they needed FAA clearance to work underneath my truck, but somehow they got the oil change and fuel filter done fast, clean, and without launching a socket into orbit. Truck came back running perfect, no leaks, no problems, and no 'check engine light surprise package' two miles later. Honestly Glendale Lube Center feels less like a lube shop and more like a Fast & Furious side quest. Great people, great vibes, and solid work. My truck is on a 12-inch lift with 42-inch tires, which basically means it's less of a truck and more of a mobile observation tower. Small children look at it the way people look at monster trucks at a county fair. Most oil change places take one look at it and suddenly say things like "our lift is down" or "we don't service... aircraft carriers." Not these guys. They walked out, looked up at the truck like they were inspecting a skyscraper, nodded, and got to work like it was a completely normal Tuesday. One of the techs climbed up there like a Navy SEAL scaling a building. Next thing I know, oil change done, no drama, no weird upsells, and nobody needed a ladder from Home Depot. Truck runs great, still sits high enough to change the weather pattern in Glendale, and I'll definitely be coming back. 10/10. If your truck is ridiculously tall and slightly irresponsible like mine, these are your people.

When I left, a red light came on in my dashboard -- the same one the worker reset. Once I got home, I discovered the real issue: they completely forgot to put oil in my car. I went back the next day, and they admitted it by sending someone to my home to check -- the car had ZERO oil. Their "solution" was offering 3 free services... like I would ever return after that. Because they let me drive 7 miles with no oil, my engine got damaged. On September 15, 2025 my car overheated and I paid $600 out of pocket. When I tried to speak with the owner, he was rude and blamed my car for being "old," even though it had never given me problems before. By September 19 it was leaking oil and I had to pay another $700. At that point the car was basically ruined. I ended up having to give up a car a month ago. I loved my car and they ruined it. They never took responsibility. They ruined my vehicle. I absolutely do NOT recommend this shop. I am teaching the receipt and a video showing that the vehicle didn't had any oil with the date that I visited the shop.

I went in for transmission fluid change earlier in February in my Toyota Camry 2018. I bought OEM Toyota transmission fluid and asked Joe to help do drain and fill.The drain and fill was completed. After that there was a rough driving issues started. I went back to show my car to joe and he drove the car he told me he don't see any issues. I wanted him to check transmission fluid port on if there is low transmission fluid he didn't agree and told me I might be overthinking. I went to different mechanic in April and he checked. I paid $100 to reopen the port for transmission fluid and what we saw was no fluid came out from the primary port. He added 0.5 quarters left. The issues I have had for rough idle and need to have higher RPM on slope went away completely.According to him you have to keep the car running when you drain the fluid and you need to have it at the right temperature he said the drain and fill wasn't done correctly that's why there was still room for fluid. The viscosity of the fluid makes a difference in how much you can fill and drain. He double checked for leakage and there were no leaks either. When I went to joe and asked about don't you have to keep car warm to see if temperature is right? He said you only do it when there is a leak. I don't think Joe knew enough about mechanics of New car. I wasn't overthinking when I went to ask Joe for help and asked to recheck the transmission fluid. I paid $260 for labor only( $160 to Joe and $100 to another mechanic) for same job. It's really absurd. Overall this could have damaged my transmission. I think for future the customer advise should be taken seriously. I know my car well so I know when it's not acting good. I have been driving it from 10 years.

It's one of the best decisions I have made this year. Will was able to come out with a day or so and run a diagnostics check, quickly locating the issue and showing me the results. He explained to me what the issue was, discussed options, gave me a full quote and a price - highly competitive. With me agreeing to what needed to be done, he ordered the part (Saturday) and came back the next day (Sunday) to install it. Incredibly helpful and so polite, he showed me the new part, walked me through what he was going to do and afterward even showed me the part he removed and explained the wear and why it was actually perfect timing. Within hours I was up and running again, good as new. I have NEVER had service like this from a dealership in all my years of being a car owner and driver (and that's several decades). Will also flagged other things that I needed to be aware of (including needing an oil change - which I will be getting him to come and do) but at no point pushed for me to do them there and then - zero pressure, just guidance. He repeatedly asked if I had any questions and was keen for me to understand what was happening and why - superb! He even cleared up the work area after he'd finished. Flawless. It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

I just open a yelp account to drop off a review for this shop!! I came here to replace a door glass after having someone breaking into my car. Luckily this guys had the glass in stock and were able to put it on for me in less than 30 min. They were kind of busy but I figured that out after seeing how good their shop looks and how kool this cats are lol, after fixing that I noticed they also do alarm system for cars so I decided to get an alarm from Manuel he showed me a whole lot of different brands and models to choose from so he guided me into the best fit for my car, so I left happy with a new glass and alarm on my car! Down here on mission getting a lock issue fixed. While I was waiting I remembered I needed a new front tire and strolled into these guys next door. They walked next door to check my tire size, told me they had it and it was $50 for the tire including install. After my lock work was done I drove next door and the tire was on in 5 minutes. The guys couldn't have been nicer, the process couldn't have been easier, and I'm damn sure you won't beat that price. Highly recommended!! read more
