I went in last week, it was an emergency since the tire had popped. I needed a new tire but they didn't have the size I needed. The guys saw that I needed the tire urgently and provided a solution. They went ahead and ordered the new tire for me which would take 1 day to arrive. And in the meantime they let me borrow one of their tires. It wasn't an exact match but it definitely help me out. When I went in to get the new tire they put it on the car right away and I was in and out in less than 15min. I would definitely go back again if I ever need new tires. There are a lot of tire shops around the area but this shop is amazing, the reviews don't lie. They really care about their customers and offer really great prices! read more

The wrong size tire was put onto my car and the guy didn't reset my maintenance minder. When I took my car to my mechanic they discovered that 560 customs had replaced my flat tire with the wrong size tire. This caused an issue with another tire and I ended up having to replace two tires. read more

Had an incredible experience at 560 customs! My tire almost blew out on the freeway and I quickly yelped a tire place close by. Many tire places were closed since it was afternoon on a Sunday but 560 Custom was open and saved me! I pulled in and Manny helped me out immediately. He checked my tires and replaced both my front tires for an incredible price! He assured me he could have me out of there quickly and he did. This place gets you in and out in no time at all, they are fast! They have great employees and great tire deals on used tires, I never inquired about new tires but I am sure they carry them as well. My boyfriend needed some used tires. We originally found them through offer up, for $50 each. The guy was super cool and we were able to negotiate with him- $90 for 2. Great experience over all; both guys were able to work on my car so it didn't take long at all, and they were polite and respectful in regards to distancing. We bought 2 tires this morning here at 560 custom, Manuel spoke to my husband, he gave us a good price, we left happy, thru out the day our vehicle indicated low tire pressure, normal, it was a used tire, we are on a budget, completely understand, what I am not happy about is the fact that the tire was not checked for any holes, even if there were no nails on the tire, they should have checked for holes, your selling used tires, please check them, we have two little kids in the car. I showed up here on a Sunday right after they had closed with a flat tire. And without hesitation Manny said he could knock out the tire and mount it even though he had already closed up shop. So, my driver side window regulator stopped working because I'm an incessant window user. I took it to my Nissan mechanic who quoted me $750! Even my mechanic was shocked when he called around for parts and decided upon that number. Thankfully, I asked a friend for advice and he suggested I check out some of the shops on Cesar Chavez & Mission. I went to a few different places that wanted $90/$95. Unfortunately, I'm not much of a haggler and I'm also a female so sometimes I think they give me the highest sticker price. However, when I pulled up to Carlos' shop he seemed like a good guy and when he quoted me $75, I immediately agreed and went over to sit in the shade. He's got two vending machines, a couple of benches, and a dog that likes to chase after pigeons. From the looks of it, this shop specializes in window tinting and car stereos. The guy sitting next to us had his entire windshield replaced and he said this was by far the best price in town! I totally recommend these guys: 45minutes/$75/3month warranty read more

the guy seemed nice and he was willing to do a deal with me which i appreciate, but the guy who did the job does NOT know what he's doing. he used the impact gun on everything which ended up twisting and stripping the lug nut lock and lug nut. He didnt even torque the wheel down by hand and on top of that broke the wheel cap. never going back and i would not trust them to work on your car. read more

I needed a tire and happen to come across this tire shop and decided to give them a shot, well it was a good decision. This place is legit. Came to this shop the other day to get some used tires. They have a great selection and the price is very reasonable. The guys there are super friendly and very helpful. While changing my tires they found that one of my rims was crack and they made a call took my rim to a shop and got it fixed and I was out of there in less than an hour. Highly recommended and definitely be coming back here for all my tires needs. read more

Just want to start off by saying the customer service here at 560 customs is amazing!! I came in with 2 bald tires and left with 2 really good used tires. Almost like new! All in my budget. If you guys are in need of some tires for a good price come down to 560 customs and ask for manny! He also pointed out that my brakes are going bad as he was switching the tires so he offer to switch out my brakes! So i left with a set of good wheels and new brakes! Called around shops in Los Angeles and 560 gave me the best rate. Super quick, and the job looks great. They didn't really clean that much after but I know they worked hard on my car and they did it thoroughly and quickly as I was in a hurry. I got 5% around the rear and 20% in the front Sekurt Carbon Tints. Came in on a Saturday around 2 pm and got out by 330. read more

Wait. He wasn't lying either. Two cars in front of me and they got them finished in 15 min. They called me to pull my van up and Maria was so kind and said they'd get everything done in 15 min. I couldn't believe how fast they were. So professional and kind. I was even able to bring my own oil and filter and they just did the work. The charge was way less than I'm used to. So I will definitely be back and I will tell everyone to come here to get their oil changed.

I went in for transmission fluid change earlier in February in my Toyota Camry 2018. I bought OEM Toyota transmission fluid and asked Joe to help do drain and fill.The drain and fill was completed. After that there was a rough driving issues started. I went back to show my car to joe and he drove the car he told me he don't see any issues. I wanted him to check transmission fluid port on if there is low transmission fluid he didn't agree and told me I might be overthinking. I went to different mechanic in April and he checked. I paid $100 to reopen the port for transmission fluid and what we saw was no fluid came out from the primary port. He added 0.5 quarters left. The issues I have had for rough idle and need to have higher RPM on slope went away completely.According to him you have to keep the car running when you drain the fluid and you need to have it at the right temperature he said the drain and fill wasn't done correctly that's why there was still room for fluid. The viscosity of the fluid makes a difference in how much you can fill and drain. He double checked for leakage and there were no leaks either. When I went to joe and asked about don't you have to keep car warm to see if temperature is right? He said you only do it when there is a leak. I don't think Joe knew enough about mechanics of New car. I wasn't overthinking when I went to ask Joe for help and asked to recheck the transmission fluid. I paid $260 for labor only( $160 to Joe and $100 to another mechanic) for same job. It's really absurd. Overall this could have damaged my transmission. I think for future the customer advise should be taken seriously. I know my car well so I know when it's not acting good. I have been driving it from 10 years.

It's one of the best decisions I have made this year. Will was able to come out with a day or so and run a diagnostics check, quickly locating the issue and showing me the results. He explained to me what the issue was, discussed options, gave me a full quote and a price - highly competitive. With me agreeing to what needed to be done, he ordered the part (Saturday) and came back the next day (Sunday) to install it. Incredibly helpful and so polite, he showed me the new part, walked me through what he was going to do and afterward even showed me the part he removed and explained the wear and why it was actually perfect timing. Within hours I was up and running again, good as new. I have NEVER had service like this from a dealership in all my years of being a car owner and driver (and that's several decades). Will also flagged other things that I needed to be aware of (including needing an oil change - which I will be getting him to come and do) but at no point pushed for me to do them there and then - zero pressure, just guidance. He repeatedly asked if I had any questions and was keen for me to understand what was happening and why - superb! He even cleared up the work area after he'd finished. Flawless. He came fully equipped and prepared to fix my suv. The repair took less than the 2 hours he originally estimated. I'm so glad I took a chance on Mobile Mechanic. Dr. Wheel is on the lower side of the equation. The other thing, they come to your house. Say what? Got me wondering how solid of a repair we were looking at. Well, once I dug into the process, saw that the work is warranted for a year, I figured I'd give them a shot. First, we had them do two aftermarket wheels which relatively minor damage. The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

The gentleman on the phone said the transmission fluid is for life unless I'm towing or carrying heavy loads. When I questioned why I see that it's recommended online he says that dealers will recommend this service all day but if you check the Toyota maintenance manual it says you don't need it. Man! I haven't even been to this shop yet and I'm already getting a good feeling about this place. It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

Anyone who builds off-road vehicles knows that finding the right shop is a niche and personal choice--you want a team you can trust with your rig. I had originally received a quote from a shop in San Diego, but when I realized there was a shop right here in my own backyard in Burbank, I wanted to try and keep my business local. I reached out and sent them the itemized list of work from the previous shop to see what they could do. What followed was some of the most unprofessional behavior I've ever experienced. The guy who called me back came out swinging, practically yelling at me over the phone. He was incredibly defensive, snapping, "Just so you know, we are $275 an hour for labor, and I see you cut this invoice out from someone else's estimate. We are more expensive than them." He sounded deeply insecure and visibly furious that a customer would dare to shop around for the best fit. He later left a voicemail asking me to call back. When I did, a different guy answered the phone and spoke to me like I was a debt collector harassing him. When I answered his question about who I was looking for and our previous conversation, he rudely interrupted me mid-sentence, blurting out, "OKAY, WELL I HAVE ANOTHER CALL SO..." and literally just trailed off into silence. I just hung up. Why would I ever let people who treat human beings this way get anywhere near my vehicle? How does a business survive operating like this? I had a $12,000 job ready to go for tire replacements, a suspension overhaul, front bumper replacement, roof rack and heavy maintenance work. Instead of securing a massive project, these clowns let their egos and hostile communication skills ruin the transaction. Out of principle, take your hard-earned money and your rig somewhere else. Go to a shop where people actually practice basic kindness, respect, and professional communication. The way this entire crew came across was like a bunch of snakes. Save yourself the headache and go to another off-road establishment. And know that this place charges an hourly labor rate of $275 an hour.

I just open a yelp account to drop off a review for this shop!! I came here to replace a door glass after having someone breaking into my car. Luckily this guys had the glass in stock and were able to put it on for me in less than 30 min. They were kind of busy but I figured that out after seeing how good their shop looks and how kool this cats are lol, after fixing that I noticed they also do alarm system for cars so I decided to get an alarm from Manuel he showed me a whole lot of different brands and models to choose from so he guided me into the best fit for my car, so I left happy with a new glass and alarm on my car! Down here on mission getting a lock issue fixed. While I was waiting I remembered I needed a new front tire and strolled into these guys next door. They walked next door to check my tire size, told me they had it and it was $50 for the tire including install. After my lock work was done I drove next door and the tire was on in 5 minutes. The guys couldn't have been nicer, the process couldn't have been easier, and I'm damn sure you won't beat that price. Highly recommended!! read more

Came across 560customs after getting a flat on the 101 freeway I exit on mission rd and luckily for me 560 was just around the corner and with the tire that I need it since mine blew up on the freeway the price was right they also accepted debit card which was a plus and I was in and out of there in about 10 min.
